Good cloud telephony product
Pros: Good cloud telephony product available in market, its a good replacement to physical PBX system. No a single call is missed, Now our executive are always directly reachable to our customers.
Cons: I did not find any loopholes so far, there were few issues with communication service operators which effected Supereceptionist couple of occasions.
Product is good, Support is bad
Pros: Easy to Use, Cost effective. Product is simple and build quality is good. However innovations are required.
Cons: As product grew, lot of limitations have been put up. Plus the support has turned very pathetic. It takes days to get a simple request solved. Chat support agents do not respond.
Terrible Customer Service
Pros: The features for the product and Knowlarity website are great
Cons: Knowlarity customer service sucks honestly. It takes forever to hear from them to get your free trial and then they back out on supporting you or allowing you to use their service.
