Pros

I have used numerous scheduling tools, but in the end, I have landed on iconosquare . I like it’s simple-to-digest analytics, weekly reports, and the easy to set up scheduler (It’s big and clear!). The best posting time for every day is automatically starred, and hashtag lists can be saved. It also offers industry benchmarks and competitors overview. I personally enjoy their app because it buzzes when a scheduled post have gone out, so I know even when I’m on-the-go. And of course, the pricing plan is super friendly, with a yearly option so I don’t have to worry about any monthly payments (which I hate).

Cons

In the beginning, there were problems with auto publishing. However, the problem was quickly solved.

Platform Connectivity Issues: Need to reconnect to the different accounts again and again. Notification Overload: Team members not actively managing accounts (e.g., in reader-only mode) have reported receiving excessive system notifications, which clutter inboxes and create confusion about required actions. No Inbox Management for Twitter an whatsapp.

It's nice tool, but it needs improvement asap. Specifically the new mobile app needs option to download media and copy whenever I want, not only after I got the reminder.

Pros

1\. That I have statistics and insights in one place 2. It's easy when it comes to the interface and overall easiness of use

Cons

1\. apps get disconnected often 2. I can't download media from the mobile app and schedule them manually via Instagram before the 'remider' 3. insights based on one post 4. when Instagram changes post size I can't schedule posts with new size right away 5. Customer support just thanks you for the contacta nd nothing happens 6. I can't manage all my social media profiles in one place

The user-friendlyness of the platform! Everything is very intuitive, the visualization helps a lot to understand the important insights for your brand, and it helps you maximize the potential of your assets. Also, everytime I have encountered a problem their customer support hasn't only been incredibly effective but also super kind!

Cons

I like that you can customise your own dashboard and tailor it to different channels. The selection of specific engagement insights is very broad and super helpful. I also love the ability to schedule specific reports and receive them via email.

Cons

Overall it is a great start for social media management, but it is limited, and could use more AI integration.

Pros

Easy user interface, no need for professional social media management knowledge. Easy post scheduling and very useful feed preview.

Cons

Even with the scale plan, some features are still missing. Some insights are also missing. AI inspiration should be for the content of the post, not only ideas and caption.

Cons

Cost of staying because it has all my data as a loyal user since 2016 especially for Instagram. If KPIs or access changed, you should remove the data that can't get updated anymore.

So far, so good. It's been very helpful with Instagram especially. The dashboard is easy to customize, so you see exactly what you want to see.

Pros

It's so helpful with Instagram, who only shows you 30 days of data. It allows you to see your growth in realtime - allowing you to understand what you are doing right and where you can improve.

Cons

It often has trouble staying connected to your social media accounts. You have to reconfirm the connection many times.

Prise en main de l'outil très facile, j'apprécie de pouvoir planifier mes contenus à l'avance et de prévisualiser mon feed sur Instagram. Le tableau de bord est très bien fait, cela permet d'avoir une vue d'ensemble de ses statistiques. J'aime également le fait de ne pas avoir besoin de valider la publication d'un post programmé sur Insta, il suffit de cocher une case dans les paramètres pour que cela soit automatique. Cela ne fonctionne que pour les publications simples. Enfin j'aime pouvoir créer des listes d'hashtags pour les réutiliser lors de la création de mes posts

Manque la possibilité d'ajout le réseau social Linkedin.

### " Iconosquare a good program with recurring failures"

I think it has been a medium experience, I am not as fluent with twitter and facebook as in other programs, in this sense this program became one of our third-place programs in use, perhaps in the future if they fix this login system it can happen to the programs I use with priority.According to account management, tracking, metric comparisons that we always generate in the company to keep bots at bay and eliminate undesirable followers.

Pros

What I like the most about the program is a great variety of uses with different programs, for example, Instagram, Twitter and you can access each of them in the best way, it also has very good plans at a low cost, that is, almost any company You can purchase their services.

Cons

It is a good program but as the title says, it has many flaws, when integrating the accounts they log off recurrently and this wastes a lot of time on a daily basis, especially on Twitter, which is why we decided to change in this regard to a support program that supports us daily the login without wasting time. As for support, I can't say less, they have great support, but what is tedious is entering help tickets.

Very positive overall. We've had it for almost a year and use it daily!

Pros

It allows you to schedule and preview your Instagram feed. We've rarely run into any hiccups, and the platform has updates now and then which have only improved the experience. The reporting is very thorough and detailed and works well for putting into reports.

Cons

I wish there were easier view options. ie: see the next 4 weeks instead of just the specific month. or automatic layout options.

Pros

The data and graphics provide great information for analyzing effectiveness online. It's easy to setup you account and the system pulls a wealth of data within an hour of getting started. There are short video tutorials that help along with tooltips. Really user-friendly system.

Cons

I would love it to allow more users and/or social profiles for the lower-tiered accounts. However, compared to other similar social media analytics tools, Iconosquare has a very reasonable low-cost plan that provides great features.

I only used Iconosquare for a little while. The pricing was out of my budget at the time. But it was relatively easy to use.

Cons

The pricing, definitely. As a brand new entrepreneur and stay at home mom pricing was important. This was a bit out of my reach at the time.

Pros

Delivers all the metrics you want and need, and then some. Easy to interpret and very useful in informing social media decisions. The monthly report exports are extremely detailed with everything we want to know without being cluttered with extremely granular data like a Facebook report.

Wish there was more historical data available.

Good product as accurate as other products which I have used in the past so I would definitely recommend.

Pros

As a freelance Social Media Manager, I use Iconosquare to measure performance on my clients' acccount. I have used other (more expensive) tools and I have not found them more helpful or better than Iconosquare.

Cons

the navigation could be improved because I always struggle a little bit to find what I am looking for. I also don't like the fact that you need a FB page to log into an IG one.
