Everything form the time clock to the AIA billing and the ease of creating an SOV - just cuts down on so much admin time. Its very helpful. Pros I like that it is cost effective and full of features. I also appreciate the amount of time that went into providing resources for learning and training on the system. Every feature has a training module which makes it even easier to use. Cons With my experience in the software so far, I really dont have much negative feedback. There are lots of customizable options, including branding any templates that you choose to use. The only thing I wish I could do, was have the system send and email (invoice or estimate or whatever) and the email shows that its coming from me instead of contractor foreman. If I forget to tell the client, they dont recognize the email address and they dont open it. I've had good experiences with customer support, and it does a great job handing my estimates, project management and all around construction management. Pros Bidding projects is extremely easy on this platform. We love that all of our estimate notes including: pricing, photos, product quotes, etc. are all kept in one location. Converting estimates to projects with SOV’s is simple as well. The support team is available readily without long wait times and are quick to assist with whatever we may need. Cons I would like a feature added to the “daily logs” section where you can search within your daily logs and separate them by logs that have materials and logs that don’t. There aren’t any other cons that we have, the support and overall product is excellent. February 20, 2026 4.0 Overall I give Contractor Foreman a 8/10; there are a few items they can work on and maybe they have overkill a few others. Pros It's very good to streamline Projects, from estimating to punch list. It's good for time tracking and expenses tracking. AIA Billing need some work but it's awesome they have this. Cons They have to work on be able to ease up the process of Over the Counter Sales. They have separated Leads, Estimates and possible sales, I honestly not find it useful for so many tabs. Their credit cards and debit cards fees are a little higher than everyone else. I love the personalized service, (surprising to find company owners who will personally communicate with the end user), as well as the common sense approach to the basic design and function. Pros Easy to set up and intuitively structured to the construction industry. Consistent menus and options throughout the modules. Dramatically cheaper than our former project mgmt software and honestly we find this software better suited to our needs. Great for cost plus builders. Customer support is a joy to work with. Data is easy to store and access. Great reporting options. Cons Bidding works, however it's a bit buried in the estimates module. A few adjustments, such as direct chat or email with bidding parties would make it even better. CEO Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "“Concept Good, Results Disappointing”" December 2, 2025 1.0 My experience with Contractors Foreman has been unacceptable and has raised serious concerns regarding their business practices. When I first purchased the software, I contacted them immediately to request a refund because the system did not meet my expectations. A representative called me and told me to ‘keep trying,’ assuring me that she would follow up. She never did. Before my annual contract renewed, I contacted the company again and clearly informed them that I did not want to continue the service and that they were not authorized to withdraw any additional funds from my account. Despite this explicit instruction, Contractors Foreman still went ahead and processed the charge without my permission. Only after I sent multiple emails requesting a refund did a manager contact me. Rather than resolving the unauthorized charge, she attempted to convince me to continue paying for a product I had already made clear I did not want. The software itself is extremely confusing and does not follow standard U.S. construction guidelines for contracts, invoicing, documentation, or workflow management. It is concerning to imagine what could happen if someone relied heavily on this system—investing hundreds or thousands of hours and large amounts of money—only to face issues later. Recovering your data or obtaining meaningful support would be extremely difficult based on my experience. The unauthorized withdrawal of funds, the failure to honor refund promises, the lack of follow-up, and the non-compliant, confusing structure of the software have made this one of the most disappointing business interactions I have encountered. I cannot recommend Contractors Foreman to any contractor or business. Until the funds withdrawn without authorization are returned, I will continue documenting and sharing the facts of my experience so that other contractors are aware of what occurred.” Pros I appreciated the concept and the effort put into the product, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations or provide the results I was hoping for, even after trying it as recommended. Pros It has help us manage our business processes better. It has simplified how we manage our projects all the way from estimating to invoicing. We now have a much clearer view of where all of our projects are at. Would recommend this especially if you are trying to manage all of your workflow using spreadsheets. Cons More automation within the system would be better so that things can happen in the background without you having to manually do everything. Pros I am now way more organized with job costing and tracking employee time. The quote templates have also helped me get quotes out way faster which I think has ultimately led to more successful jobs. Customer support has been really good when I need to chat about some feature I don't understand. Cons It took a while to get the hang of it, but I imagine that's the case with any software like this. Phone app used to crash occasionally but hasn't happened in a while now. Pros It is very costly as well as very easy to use and its very user friendly, everything is very self-explanatory and if it isn't the customer support chat on the platform is excellent and fast, the estimate creation part is very simple and fast, as well as the project management aspect all of my guys know how to do Daily reports and all necessary tasks quick and efficient, in my office the system we were able to develop with contractor foreman for invoicing is great and for them to manage all data and important information in one platform. Its great to have everything in once place and its easy to keep track of everything. Pros Just about everything. We love how easy it is to manage the projects with all the costs, time used, estimates, and invoices all in one place. The price it costs for the software is also very cheap compared to other similar software. The customer support has been amazing, I have to wait a minute at most to get someone in their chat to help me out when I need it. Cons When making very large estimates the software slows down a lot and it can be hard to navigate since it starts to really chuck along to get everything loaded.
