The amount of time that the Schedules feature saves my agency and clients is worth the monthly costs alone.

Pros

Schedules is by far my agency's and client's favorite feature. To be able to generate up to 200 post about a specific topic and have the system cycle the post on the days/times make it so much easier to create weekly content that does not feel stale and recycled.

Cons

I have not experienced any major issues. I noticed a small design flaw in the mobile version and brought it to the AM and Devs and it was fixed very quickly.

My overall experience with Cloud Campaign has been very positive. I first used the platform in an agency setting to manage multiple client accounts, content calendars, scheduling, approvals, and publishing workflows. Now, I use it as a freelancer plan client managing social media for a commercial construction company, and it continues to be a valuable tool. Cloud Campaign helps bring structure to social media management. It keeps content organized, supports consistent scheduling, reduces back-and-forth, and makes it easier to manage approvals and publishing in one place. The platform provides strong value because it saves time and helps me deliver a more professional, reliable client experience. Overall, Cloud Campaign has helped me work more efficiently, stay ahead of content deadlines, and focus more on strategy and quality rather than administrative tasks.

Pros

What I like most about Cloud Campaign is how organized and practical it is for real social media management. The content calendar, scheduling tools, approval workflows, and account management features make it easy to plan ahead, stay consistent, and keep everything in one place. It offers strong value for the money because it saves time and reduces the manual work that usually comes with managing content, approvals, and posting schedules. There is a small learning curve at first, but once the workflow is set up, the platform is easy to use and reliable. I have used Cloud Campaign in both an agency setting and now as a freelancer plan client for a commercial construction company, and it has helped me manage social media more strategically and professionally.

Cons

There is very little I genuinely dislike about Cloud Campaign. The only challenge is the initial learning curve when setting up workflows, calendars, approvals, and account structures for the first time. Once everything is organized, the platform becomes much easier to use and feels very reliable. If I had to name one area for improvement, I would love to see continued enhancements around reporting customization, AI-assisted content tools, and more flexible client-facing views. These are more “wish list” items than major complaints.

Overall experience has been wonderful. I have had a few meetings with the team at CC since starting to use the software, and customer service has been awesome. The software has worked amazing. Reporting and analytics are extremely thorough.

Pros

Ease of use is outstanding. I save so much time using this software. It takes me about 4 hours to schedule a month of posts for 5 properties, 3 posts a week. The Google Drive integration is amazing. I can take the photos and upload them from my device and the automatically sync to the software. Brilliant.

Cons

Image gen doesn't work for my industry. I need location specific images and the AI gen images don't really work.

Pros

Cons

You can’t tell who is replying if they don’t have an account, and there’s no way to reply to them directly within the platform. It would be helpful if communication tracking was a bit clearer. But it's a small downside.

The team is great, they took their time to teach us during our onboarding process. IF an issue does arrive, which is rare, they communicate quickly to resolve the issue.

Pros

The overall platform is user friendly and a great asset for my clients. They make social media reviewing easy with their comments and approved feature. It look away the back and forth emails.

Cons

I do not have any complaints, it works well for me and my team. I have not found another platform like it that is as cost effective.

Pros

What I love most about Cloud Campaign is that it’s powered by real people who genuinely care about helping their clients succeed. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and feels like an extension of our own marketing department. The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing social media for multiple clients a breeze. The client approval process is one of my favorite features — it’s seamless, straightforward, and saves us so much time compared to other tools. Our clients love how easy it is to review and approve content without any back-and-forth confusion. Cloud Campaign has become an essential part of our workflow, and I can’t imagine running our social media operations without it.

Cons

If I had to choose something, it would be that new features can take a little while to roll out, and there are still a few tools I wish the platform had built in. That said, I really appreciate that the Cloud Campaign team listens to feedback and takes client requests seriously. They’re constantly improving the platform and keeping us updated along the way, which makes it easy to stay patient because you can tell they genuinely care about getting it right.

Great overall! I enjoy using this tool on the daily and looking forward to seeing what improvements they continue to make.

Pros

Ease of use, excellent customer service, great for agencies to have multiple clients in one space, the features are helpful as well.

Cons

Tagging seems to be an issue at times, and the reporting could be a little more customizable and robust.

Working with Cloud Campaign has been an amazing experience. The platform simplifies the approval, review, and reporting process across multiple clients, which has saved us time and reduced stress. The ease of use, combined with responsive customer service, makes it an invaluable tool for managing clients efficiently.

Pros

CloudCampaign is incredibly user-friendly, making it quick and easy for our clients to navigate. The white labeling feature truly sets us apart, and the built-in approval process and reporting tools add so much value. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. Nick is always super responsive & helpful!

Cons

There isn't anything negative to say about CloudCampaign - still learning about all of the integrations.

Great! The team is awesome, the platform is easy to use. It post my content without issue. I am able to share the approval with my team and get feedback, it is great!

Pros

The program is easy to use and set up, and very aesthetically pleasing. I like the calendar view, which allows me to see my content at a glance. The approval process is what sold me on the platform; no other social media management tool makes it this easy.

Cons

It is a little buggy; sometimes it can take time to load. I have had great experiences reaching out to my rep, and they support me when this happens.

We've had a great experience! Their customer support is exceptional, and they continually add useful features.

Pros

The approval process workflow makes life a lot easier for us and our clients. The new bulk approval process has greatly reduced the time it takes for us to send approval links to our clients.

Cons

I'd like to be able to use the social listening feature on more platforms. I'd also like to pinpoint the best days of the week to post.
