Pros

What I love most about Cloud Campaign is that it’s powered by real people who genuinely care about helping their clients succeed. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and feels like an extension of our own marketing department. The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing social media for multiple clients a breeze. The client approval process is one of my favorite features — it’s seamless, straightforward, and saves us so much time compared to other tools. Our clients love how easy it is to review and approve content without any back-and-forth confusion. Cloud Campaign has become an essential part of our workflow, and I can’t imagine running our social media operations without it.

Cons

If I had to choose something, it would be that new features can take a little while to roll out, and there are still a few tools I wish the platform had built in. That said, I really appreciate that the Cloud Campaign team listens to feedback and takes client requests seriously. They’re constantly improving the platform and keeping us updated along the way, which makes it easy to stay patient because you can tell they genuinely care about getting it right.

The team is great, they took their time to teach us during our onboarding process. IF an issue does arrive, which is rare, they communicate quickly to resolve the issue.

Pros

The overall platform is user friendly and a great asset for my clients. They make social media reviewing easy with their comments and approved feature. It look away the back and forth emails.

Cons

I do not have any complaints, it works well for me and my team. I have not found another platform like it that is as cost effective.

I really love this platform and I love the human interaction/assistance that comes with this platform. A HUGE deciding factor for most of my searches on scheduling platforms was if they only have an email customer service, or if I have a contact that can support me when needed. I also love the willingness to adapt on the platform end. Social media is always changing and I need a platform like Cloudcampaign that adapts to the changes and constantly provides updates.

Pros

I love how easy it is to add content and copy for my clients to review. It is the only all in one solution for content sharing that I have found and love!

Cons

I need specific features in order to run business smoothly. Cover photo creation and optimization is a whole job here in the industry. I need a way to upload cover photos when scheduling content and a way to update the selected cover photo once its been scheduled. There are specific clients we can not put on this platform because we can not yet customize the thumbnail/cover photo.

I cannot rave enough about our experience with Cloud Campaign and their team. The customer support has been amazing. Their team is exceptionally attentive and willing to assist our team in any capacity. From evaluation, onboarding, post go-live optimization to now sales and growth, the CC team has become line an extension of our internal team.

Pros

The best thing about Cloud Campaign is how it has streamlined and simplified our workflows. We are able to manage organic social content across multiple social channels for a location all in one place. We have also been able to scale our program, going from about 150 participants to close to 200 without additional resources. The CC team was tremendous during implementation and assisted with migrating our existing channels over and training the team to feel comfortable in the tool. When we started to integrate the tool into our proprietary software, they brought in their \[sensitive content hidden\]and Software Engineers to walk us through the process and get up and running. We were able to be fully implemented and live in about a month's time.

Cons

I wouldn't even say it's a dislike, but I would love to be able to do promoted posts or even Google LSAs through the platform so that it truly is a one stop tool for our team.

Great! The team is awesome, the platform is easy to use. It post my content without issue. I am able to share the approval with my team and get feedback, it is great!

Pros

The program is easy to use and set up, and very aesthetically pleasing. I like the calendar view, which allows me to see my content at a glance. The approval process is what sold me on the platform; no other social media management tool makes it this easy.

Cons

It is a little buggy; sometimes it can take time to load. I have had great experiences reaching out to my rep, and they support me when this happens.

Pros

There's so much I like about Cloud Campaign! What I currently like most about the software is that it continues to learn and adapt based on my posting routine. I also really like the Canva integration, which I use daily! It has eliminated the step of my having to download content and then upload it into the program. I also really enjoy the ease of reporting and then sharing those reports with my clients.

Cons

I haven't quite figured out how to create schedules that work for me. I schedule unique and specific content on different channels, very rarely do I use the same copy or piece of content in the same month.

I love how seamless social account integration is and how easy it is to create a content schedule for multiple clients and keep track!

The only con would be the pricing, while it’s worth it i need a plan in between the first and second option. But for now, it’s perfect!

Fix the analytics, and ask me again later. Right now only happy with client approvals and publishing.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the system, how clean it is to use without any fuss. Please keep it that way.

Cons

The analytics really STINK STINK STINK. Please fix this, it is such a chore right now. The analytics show stats based on highest performing items, which is fine if you just want to know what performed best. But if you want to see how all your posts performed, it's a HUGE CHORE.

I think Cloud Campaign has done an excellent job in creating a social media management platform for marketing agencies. If you are using Hootsuite or some other expensive service that locks you into a year-long contract, mark you calendar for switching to Cloud Campaign ASAP!

Pros

I love that Cloud Campaign has streamlined the approval process with our clients. All of our clients rave about how easy it is to use.

Cons

There are still some functionality things that could be improved upon, like making edits to a post that are universal across the platform when you make them on the calendar. I also wish I could delete skipped posts from the calendar because it clutters the view. These are minor complaints, though.

Pros

The ability to handle multiple schedules and recycle content. You can also have unique caption for each social media platform and you can categorize the content so you an find items in the future. The analytics is also useful in understanding what's working and seeing any trends that may appear. The ability to rearrange the queues is also useful in arranging content. The recent update where you can post straight videos straight to Instagram was also useful

Cons

When we post a video to LinkedIn, it takes the user to another page, which means I then have to go back in and post the video natively. Also, with tagging, you can only tag on Instagram, it would be useful to be able to tag accounts on other platforms as well.

I like that all my accounts stay linked with no issues. The platform is very easy to use and I love the Canva integration.

Cons

I wish there was a feature where I could see all my social media feeds within the platform. I find that the Social Listening feature isn't enough.

The communication and support from our CloudCampaign account leads has been nothing short of invaluable. Their guidance allows us to better serve our own clients, and our digital marketing manager relies on them heavily for strategic input. They consistently deliver thoughtful, timely, and actionable support that makes a real difference in our day-to-day work.

Cons

At times, the reporting integrations have been a little inconsistent, especially with TikTok. We’ve also noticed occasional discrepancies between CloudCampaign’s reporting and the metrics we see directly in platforms like Meta. But these issues are few and far between.

Pros

As a SMM, I've used various similar tools and always find something that's missing. The things I love most is the ability to add content with varying aspect ratios, adjust captions for each platform, and short-form video upload capability. I've never been able to upload to TikTok, Shorts, AND Reels all at the same time! CloudCampaign also provides detailed analytics that make reporting a breeze. From customer approval to creating content, it's an invaluable tool in my day to day process creating content for multiple customers.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about CloudCampaign but some features that would be great to see would be more detailed analytics platform to platform. For example, I would love to see individual reel performance on Instagram including saves, shares, and profile views.

I have enjoyed using it and have regularly said that as the CC team continues tweaking and improving on it, that it could be better than all of the other social media management software. It's very in-depth and offers a lot that I can in turn give to my clients to show them how well their content is performing or if we need to take a different route content wise.

Pros

I that all my past posts are readily availible to me to view. I like categorizing them so I can access certain kinds of posts if need be. I like being able to add hashtag groups and spare my self the time to type hashtags out all the time. I like the option of seeing my posts on the calendar color coded by platform as I am very visual. I like the analytics which seem more in-depth rgarding the best time for me to post.

Cons

There could be more tutorials because it was a little confusing at first and chatting with a customer service rep would sometimes take a while because they would be busy and not readily availible. I noted that if you delete something from the calendar, it would delete the content and then you would have to reload everything. That was my main complaint. I also sometimes have to repair accounts bc they become randomly unliked. I don't love how the recommendations will bring up very old and outdated articles.

I've had a wonderful time learning, exploring, and using Cloud Campaign. I've used other platforms, and where they may have more complicated features, they were hard to navigate and often confusing. I am very pleased with the site overall and enjoy working in Cloud Campaign.

Pros

I love the user-friendly qualities. It was very easy to learn! Navigating the site is simple, yet there are a lot of useful features to utilize.

Cons

I LOVE that the time of posting for scheduled content can be calculated and determined for you, however, I wish there was an easier way to alter specific times of day for a scheduled post for the few times it may be needed. The only way I've personally found is by switching the calendar view to weekly/daily to edit the scheduling's time. I would love to see an addition in the post-building area where you could specify a window of time for a specific post if you desire to add one, but it not be mandatory if it's not needed.

Cloud Campaign has helped us save a lot of time while during the scheduling process. They are always willing to help and if there is a challenge, they will not stop until they find a solution to it. I personally had used other social media management programs in the past and by far I recommend Cloud Campaign to any company or anyone who wants to make a difference for their clients or for their own business.

The product is easy to use and even though there is a learning curve it is not that bad thank you to their customer support assistance. Love the fact that you can handle multiple social media channels for each client and that we can categorize the content by tags. Plus, they are always looking for feedback on how to continue developing their program to help us make our work more efficient while helping our clients look like rockstars.

Cons

The social listening portion is only for Twitter (X). No ability yet to edit content that is already on the platform.
