Customer support has also been thoughtful, responsive and very humanistic, which reinforces the quality of the company behind the product. Pros Riddle was incredibly helpful for assessing our clients’ natural presentation and communication styles. At The Comediology Company, we used it as a fast, engaging way to generate immediate insight within teams and it consistently delivered real value right away. The platform is intuitive, professional, and the assessments feel both practical and insightful. It’s one of those tools that quickly becomes a “must have” when working with groups. Cons If I had to point to one drawback, it would be that subscription renewals can be easy to miss if you’re not actively monitoring them, especially for long-time users on annual plans. I’d love to see even more flexibility and visibility around renewal timing and cancellation windows, perhaps downgrading to a monthly subscription if and when needed. Easy to set-up, intuitive to use, \*many\* customization options. Results organised in order from high-low and in % automatically, easily linkeable to ActiveCampaign and Google Sheets (making the use of Zapier not necessary). We love it. Pros With Riddle we were able to create a quiz exactely how we needed it easily: having the results automatically registered from high-low and in percentage, without having to do any set-up or workaround for calcultations ourselves. Cons We bumped into some limitations with regards to the ActiveCampaign integration. Nevertheless, the Riddle team was continually available and their developers were able to develop a fix overnight! They know why the exist and they build the tools coupled with the support to make their users successful. Pros Riddle had all the flexibility I needed to build the service I envisioned. It is incredibly robust and intuitive especially for the cost. Whenever I had an issue the company offered immediate support and when relevant directed me to the exact blog/how to video I needed to address the problem myself. Cons Nothing so far.
