"A Game Changer for Team Engagement and Assessment"

**Overall:** Overall, our experience with Riddle has been excellent. We’ve used it for years and found it to be a highly effective platform for team engagement, presentation-style discovery, and delivering immediate client-facing insight. The tool is well-designed, informative, and genuinely useful in professional development settings. Customer support has also been thoughtful, responsive and very humanistic, which reinforces the quality of the company behind the product.

**Pros:** Riddle was incredibly helpful for assessing our clients’ natural presentation and communication styles. At The Comediology Company, we used it as a fast, engaging way to generate immediate insight within teams and it consistently delivered real value right away. The platform is intuitive, professional, and the assessments feel both practical and insightful. It’s one of those tools that quickly becomes a “must have” when working with groups.

**Cons:** If I had to point to one drawback, it would be that subscription renewals can be easy to miss if you’re not actively monitoring them, especially for long-time users on annual plans. I’d love to see even more flexibility and visibility around renewal timing and cancellation windows, perhaps downgrading to a monthly subscription if and when needed.
