### "GA Connector is the Easy & Affordable Solution for Marketing Attribution that Small Businesses Need"

I work with many small-to-medium medical practices, where there simply isn't a budget for a CRM (because they're already forced to pay for an EMR), but they need some sort of oversight into where their leads came from. GA Connector inserts into the bottom of their lead emails not just the source medium (organic search vs. paid search ads), but also the landing page and the keywords they searched for. And it does this in a way that completely non-tech-savvy people can understand. There's no hunting into GA or wondering if those 5 leads from the liposuction page on your site actually lead to a consult for lipo in your office, because it's all there and easily attributable.

Pros

\- Affordable at $50-100 per month - Easy for non-tech people to use and understand (including nurses and doctors) - Clear, clean, complete data

Cons

\- customer service is only by email - which made me think the company was kind of shady, but actually they're pretty prompt and good at solving issues over email.

Reason for choosing GA Connector

When you look at the alternatives, yes they do offer so many more features and use cases, but what if you're not looking for a CRM, you just want marketing attribution? That's the case for so many medical offices. And in that case, I think GA Connector is the top choice.

### "A good way to track at a low cost."

Pros

If you're like me, your company can't afford marketing automation at the moment, but we still want to track all the traffic coming in by channel. This product is heaven sent at a cost that we can handle. And a 30 day trial to test value. I don't think you can go wrong.

Cons

It is not the greatest how is lumps previous visits into one field. If there was a way to separate these, it would be the perfect tool.

I have never really needed to deal with GA Connector directly, but this is because it has always worked (2 years using this) so overall my experience has been 10/10.

Pros

It was very easy to get setup and the accuracy of tracking is a goldmine for any marketer looking for stronger attribution.

Cons

It's a little pricey compared to others out there but for me it worked quickly and has been very good.

I love the usage of GA without implementing any script or coding. One can focus the target keyword from where traffic tracks which eventually helps in business growth and filtration of leads.

Pros

This will help to check the source of the lead with the integration with our favorite CRM and also improve the quality to analysis the audience behavior from different channels.

Cons

Nothing as such, the structure, dashboard is great platform for marketers.

In the short time that we've configured GA Connector, it has provided us with additional insight as to Marketing efforts, where best to spend budget, as well as identify gaps in our data and processes that need to be addressed. I've been calling GA Connector, "the missing link" as it pertains to our tech stack over the past few years. I am currently engaging on improvements for our integration and expect great things using this tool

Pros

After trialing the product, we began collecting data immediately and seeing an impact. It was relatively easy to implement within our current tech stack.

Cons

Possibly the knowledgebase, whereas some of the field attribution mentioned is no longer used, ie. the ip address. Not a big deal and understand the reasoning. I've worked with other products that had kb articles steering in a completely different direction. GA Connector kb articles are still on point.

### "No Brainer! "

This extension is a must have. Its easy to implement and gives us a ton of necessary information that gives us a market advantage. Also, support is always available and fast. We've had it installed for over two years now.

This tool does one thing and it does it very well. If you need to connect your UA/GA4 data to mulitple sources (CRM, attribution platform, etc) then this is the tool for you.

Complete tracking of our web based leads.

Pros

All I had to do was post their script in the footer of my website to get it up and running. The cookie's started setting immediately, and my intake form had the fields ready to grab the values saved in the cookies (i.e. 'source=facebook')

Cons

It would be nice if there was a function that continuously submitted new information when users re-visited your website. I.e. if someone who has already submitted a lead to your salesforce visits your website again, it sends an update to salesforce that they just visited again.

Pros

GA Connector has been a tremendous tool in aiding our tracking capabilities. Far too often in Digital Marketing, tracking is conducted over a multitude of platforms meaning data is here there and everywhere. GA Connector bridges this gap bringing all tracking data into the CRM fully automated without hassle. I would definitely recommend GA Connector, especially to those who are heavy users of the Zoho platform.

Cons

It can be a little tricky setting up for anyone that has no web development skills.

Syncing data Googld Analytics data with Zoho CRM is a huge time saver. GA Connector handles this chore seamlessly.

Cons

GA Connector has relieved us from our constant debate at the back of our minds as to whether we are investing too much or too little into Google Ads compared to what we are getting back from it. GA Connector by giving us clarity on which ad groups are actually leading to closed sales (by connecting it to our CRM) has allowed us to optimize our investment in google ads better than ever before and most importantly with complete confidence. We will definitely recommend GA Connector and consider a must have to any firm that regularly invests in Google Ads. It's easy to setup, the support staff are extremely responsive to all queries and the results provide tangible insights to enable you to get the most out of your google ads.

It's very easy to implement for marketers. If GA Connector can provide free installation zoom meetings for new clients, that would be even better. I consider myself a tech-savvy digital marketer, and the installation was easy for me, but probably not as easy for everyone else. The data it provides is incredible. It allows us to connect dots from acquisition channels and campaigns all the way to converted leads and sales. I'd recommend it to companies that don't currently have advanced analytics platforms that integrate Google Analytics with CRM.

Pros

Easy and fast implementation. Provide great data to help marketers to connect dots and report ROI.

Cons

Some small issues with integration between Google Analytics and Salesforce.
