### "Incredible Value and Support"

March 16, 2026

5.0

Incredible for the price. Can't complain. I like that there are so many apps that I can use on one platform.

Pros

Zoho One provides value to our small business for an affordable price. I like that Zoho has the ability to be easy for novice users and the ability to get under the hood and integrate it with other apps/software. There are so many aspects of Zoho that I like. I'll touch on a few. I like that we can use a Zoho forms on our website's contact page and have it feed into Zoho Leads with the Lead source and date filled out. I was paying quite a bit for DocuSign and switched over to Zoho One. I like the ability to use Sign when you need a customer to sign a quote, etc., and it adds it into CRM. I handle customer support and internal IT support. I use Help Desk to track these tickets. It is very helpful to be able to go to an Account in the CRM and see the ticket. I created our company's help page for users to sign up, see our product help, and submit tickets. I added a private Distributor Resources section that is very useful for my distributors. I recently created a Virtual Data Room (VDR) in WorkDrive for potential investors. Very powerful and secure. Outside of using Zoho One, the support is very good. I have always received a response within 24 hours. Zoho Analytics is incredible. I like the option to be able to create widgets and place them on my CRM dashboards. I created a dashboard for the \[sensitive content hidden\] so that he can see leads and potential sales opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes, there are some quirky aspects of CRM. API don't always work consistently. However, I really don't have any issues with Zoho One.

### "Packed with apps and possibilities"

August 10, 2023

5.0

Overwhelming. For a single user like me, it is difficult to get the most out of it without spending a whole month setting it up calmly, very calmly. You should have a 6 month trial just to configure it and then be able to use it calmly.

Pros

Zoho One is one of those products that can be overwhelming the first time you see it. Packed with apps and possibilities. You have apps to perform almost any task within a company. EVERYTHING. If you're going to use it or three of the apps it has, you'll get your money's worth.

Cons

Integration between apps, while possible, is not as automatic as one would expect as they are all from the same developer. It takes time and effort to set everything up and there are some really complex tasks. The price for a single user like me is excessive. For large companies it is multiplied by the number of users, but their large number of apps can justify it.

### "A complete business suite that finally got our tools talking to each other"

June 24, 2026

5.0

Overall it's been a very positive experience. Once we got past the initial setup, Zoho One became the backbone of how we run the business. Consolidating everything into one platform has saved us time, reduced double-entry errors, and given us a clearer picture across departments. Support has been responsive when we needed it. After the initial investment in learning the system, we wouldn't go back to managing separate tools — it's hard to overstate how much simpler day-to-day operations have become.

Pros

The biggest win is having 40+ integrated applications under a single subscription with one cost per user. CRM, social media, email, and marketing all live in the same ecosystem, so the data flows between them without complicated third-party integrations. Leads from our social campaigns land straight in the CRM, reporting is centralized, and every department works on the same up-to-date data in real time. The value for money is unbeatable compared to stitching together equivalent tools from different vendors.

Cons

There's a real learning curve at the start. With so many applications available, it takes time to figure out which ones you actually need and how to configure them properly. Some of the apps also feel more mature and polished than others. A guided onboarding for new admins would make the first few weeks much smoother.

### "No in-built default Automation of Client Follow-ups, or Templated Worklows"

September 30, 2025

2.0

Zoho One needs Natural-language workflows + Universal Eventing + Error Visibility. Non-technical Zoho CRM users struggle to automate follow-ups and system integrations because: 1. Webhook setup is technical (JSON payloads, Deluge scripting). 2. Event subscriptions are incomplete and inconsistent across modules. 3. No retry/error handling for failed webhooks. 4. No natural-language interface for workflow creation. As a result, businesses rely on third-party middleware (like Jeeva AI) to achieve what should be native CRM functionality. Zoho's competitors like HubSpot and HubSpot Operation does this better.

Pros

Affordable. Support team are apologetic about functionality but platform is behind industry standard for CRM technology.

Cons

Non-technical Zoho CRM users struggle to automate follow-ups and system integrations which its competitors do a better job of.

### "All-in-One Solution That Simplifies Business Management"

April 16, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho One has been very positive. It’s a powerful all-in-one platform that helps manage different parts of the business from a single place. Once you get familiar with the apps, it really improves efficiency and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. While there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, the value and convenience it provides make it worth it.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho One is how it brings everything into one platform. It includes apps for CRM, email, accounting, project management, HR, and more, so you don’t need separate tools. The apps integrate smoothly, which makes daily work easier and saves time. It’s also flexible and affordable, especially compared to using multiple separate tools.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Zoho One is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning because there are so many apps included. It takes some time to understand which tools to use and how everything fits together. Also, while most integrations work well, a few apps don’t feel as polished or consistent as others.

### "Lots of Features, but takes some work to fully integrate"

March 8, 2021

4.0

I have used Zoho for my own business and also implemented it for several clients. 4 years ago, I loved everything about the platform and loved the integrated nature of apps (books, expense, inventory, CRM), however, the more I had to push the customisation of Zoho, the more barriers I found and cracks started to appear in their polished promises. I still believe that Zoho has a big offering for small businesses as long as they do not need customised process flows or integrations. I have decided to move my business away from using Zoho and have actually downgraded in functionality to another "business platform" provider on a lifetime deal. I will be fully evaluating Zoho for future clients as I have spent far too many weeks pushing out project deadlines due to poor inter-Zoho integrations.

Pros

A HUGE bang for the buck. Getting access to all Zoho apps for one value price is super appealing and great value. All the apps a business needs in a single platform Easy to administer User friendly screens (mostly)

Cons

Apps are not as integrated as they could be. I spent a long time when consulting for several companies trying to customise their integrations between Zoho apps (that really should be there out of the box). Zoho Flow (Zoho's answer to Zapier) goes someway to help integrate their apps, but still some apps just cannot be integrated as needed (Bookings and CRM, Bookings and Inventory, for example). Zoho's integrations with 3rd party services and apps sometimes are way better than their own apps. Their all-in-one platform approach often means that the main competitors offer much better features and functionality (e.g. Meetings vs Zoom, Bookings vs Calendly, Campaigns vs Active Campaign). Their strong point is definitely CRM, Books, and Inventory, which are all very strong products. Support is hit and miss. I have had responses within minutes and then other tickets I have had to chase for nearly a week to get a response. Sometimes I had to explain the issue several times before I got more than a canned response.

### "Comprehensive and integrated business platform"

December 21, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho One has been very positive. As an IT manager overseeing offshore and US-based teams, I appreciate how Zoho One centralizes our tools, streamlines communication, and boosts productivity. It has been reliable and continues to evolve with new features that support our growing business needs.

Pros

Zoho One is a comprehensive suite of business applications that integrates CRM, project management, HR, accounting and more into a single platform. Its unified ecosystem simplifies workflows, improves collaboration across departments, and provides robust customization options. The pricing is attractive compared to purchasing separate tools, and the platform scales easily with remote and on-site teams.

Cons

The breadth of features and applications can be overwhelming for new users, making the onboarding and configuration process time-consuming. Some advanced features require additional setup or technical expertise, and occasional inconsistencies across apps can lead to a learning curve.

### "Save yourself a headache"

October 28, 2025

1.0

I hate using Zoho. I am currently looking for an alternative. They release updates with pointless features that no one needs, and then do nothing on the things their customers tell them in forums

Pros

Multiple Apps supposed to be synced with each other. Currently not too overpriced for similar software.

Cons

Nothing syncs properly. Simple features are not available such as assigning a project to a particular customer on project setup, or simply linking materials and their cost to a project. Support is terrible and the whole thing is not at all intuitive.

### "Zoho - Life Made Simpler"

December 23, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho One has been positive. I like having all business tools in one integrated platform, which saves time and cost. However, some apps feel less polished and take time to configure. For example, CRM integrates well with invoicing, but setup requires effort.

Pros

I like Zoho One because it brings almost everything a business needs into one place. Instead of switching between multiple tools, I can manage CRM, finance, HR, and collaboration from a single platform, which saves time, reduces costs, and keeps data consistent across the organization.

Cons

The biggest downside is that with so many apps included, some feel basic or outdated compared to best-in-class alternatives. It can take time to configure and learn the quirks of each tool, and not every app feels as polished or intuitive as dedicated standalone software.

### "Unified operations with an integrated approach using zoho one."

June 26, 2025

4.0

It allowed our small IT team to perform many functions without cycling through 5 different logins or vendors. Great value for what we pay.

Pros

It allowed us to access, with one login, everything under the sun: CRM, support, invoicing, even HR tools. The fact that every module communicates to every other module meant we could deal with vendors and assets in a much easier way.

Cons

Some modules seem not as mature as others and keeping data in sync between apps sometimes requires manual cleanup.

I would give it an 8/10 because i have some crm admin knowledge and amateur coding knowledge. Enough to get me by and make it a good experience for my business and worth the cost.

Pros

The integration of every single tool a company would need to run when it comes to software and zoho brings them all together in a single platform.

Cons

The set up is very advanced. You have to have extensive coding knowledge or crm set up knowledge to be able to get zoho up and running to its full potential.

### "Zoho One is a Contender"

September 29, 2023

4.0

Overall, Zoho One hasn't been a bad experience, but it's becoming a little frustrating with the amount of time it takes to configure the various apps to fit our business. It feels like everything we need is available but the time it's taking is becoming prohibitive.

Pros

Zoho One packs a lot of bang for the price. With over 40 apps, you could effectively run your entire business with it. We've tried all of the significant all-in-one CRM systems, and I've yet to see another solution rivaling Zoho One regarding the number of apps you get with your subscription starting at just $45 per month.

Cons

The thing that makes Zoho One attractive may also be its weakness. With so many apps to learn, it can be a bit overwhelming, The UI is not as well designed as some of the other solutions available. There is also a huge learning curve and I find myself spending lots of my time watching how-to videos and reading Zoho documentation. It's not a bad solution by far, but you will have to dedicate a significant amount of time, to wrapping your arms around how the different apps work together.

### "Zoho One - the Leatherman for entrepreneurs "

January 5, 2024

5.0

I don´t want to miss it. I use it every day: CRM, SalesIQ, campaigns are my main apps. Books and work drive the next. You don´t have to think about: ahh...I need this app/function, where can I get it? Because you already HAVE it in Zoho One.

Pros

Everything (and I mean: everything!) you can imagine that you need for your business is integrated into ZOHO One. For every use case there is an app.

Cons

First: the greatest pro is the biggest con. In the beginning you don´t know where to start because there are some many possibilities. You have to get a structured plan for yourself. Otherwise you will resign. Second: It´s not "the" ZOHO One App. There are about 50 apps you can use. You have to learn what apps are useful and what apps can be connected. Start with CRM as center of ZOHO one.

### "Not for Most Users"

June 30, 2022

3.0

First off, let me see that I am a huge Zoho evangelist. I am a Zoho User Group Leader, I have two companies on Zoho One and have been a user for almost 5 years now. That said, I would caution most users from using Zoho for many of the same reasons that many other people here have noted, namely weak or non-existent customer service, increasing prices with a reduction of functionality, and buggy/flawed designs on new applications and enhancements to existing applications. Just look at the fact that they went from 1 TB/user on Zoho Mail to 50 GB/user to get an idea of how drastic their cuts have been. I am sad to say that I would not recommend Zoho to anyone without the stomach to deal with their terrible service and without an internal team member that can develop around their design flaws.

Pros

I love that Zoho is constantly evolving and adding new functionality to its software.

Cons

The customer support is horrible. Most people you speak with have no experience with the software and cannot answer the most basic questions. Sometimes they even make up answers to get off the phone. It is actually absurd how bad the service is.

### "40 products in one!"

December 9, 2020

5.0

I was impressed. It was very easy to setup compared to the competitors, had excellent training videos and manuals, plus excellent customer support (but only 5 days a week 24 hours a day, not 7 days). I would call the software second best in almost all categories, but when you add in how they all integrate together, this is awesome software. I think the software it best compares to is SalesForce, which I haven't ever used due to the price.

Pros

It seems they have everything in one, and all integrated. When I was looking for each piece, their name kept popping up as in the top choices for each product... especially social media.

Cons

Reporting for accounting was not up to what I am used to. They have a lot of reports, but they aren't very customizable. You basically get what they provide, which is still a lot! I also kept running into a few bugs. And many people have feature suggestions. So it seems like their low price is reflective of this.

Reason for choosing Zoho One

The integration and the fact that they are around second best for each of their products, which is pretty good! Plus that they have 40 products that all work together. And the excellent customer support. I am still going to keep ActiveCampaign, which can't be beat for email marketing features, but will integrate the two together. I also like how full-featured the products are... they can grow with my business, yet start out at a price that I can afford. Zoho One is a smart move.

### "One SaaS to rule them all"

January 11, 2022

Putting everything related to our client interactions (marketing, communication, tracking, data, etc) under "one roof" can be somewhat of a challenge when there are different products used for different areas of the business. Zoho One has allowed to continue using the products that "get it done" while integrating smoothly with each other and providing ease of access to staff as needed.

Pros

Quick and easy integration, truly puts everything "under one roof" with an intuitive interface and great functionality.

Cons

I have found the interface to be lagging at time, with occasionally long load time when moving between products. (Internet speed was tested multiple time, we know this is not an internet related issue)

Pros

Cons

### "Not for the Solopreneur"

October 8, 2018

4.0

I would say keep it up Zoho. I believe their mission to be a one stop SAAS is perfectly achieveable and the world would be a bleaker place without them. As for me, after 1 or 2 months of trying to offload everything onto Zoho One, I end up subscribing only to Zoho Books, which ironically, was the reason why I came across Zoho in the first place.

Pros

Value, you get a lot for what you pay for. Responsive customer support. You could run a entire business or even a franchise on Zoho One. One stop service, single log ins. If you are less demanding, this suite would suit you. If not, read on...Initially, I paid A35 per month, then it became apparent that I somehow escaped the 5 employee requirement.

Cons

Zoho One promised integration amongst all their apps and data would flow seamlessly from one app to another. Not true, and it was painful to constantly contact Zoho support regarding setup issues. Eventually, you figure it out. A lot of the apps need polish esp the iOS apps, which couldn't be split screen. I came to this conclusion: I might as well stick to using disparate apps, and run Toby on them for single screen access. Or use Zapier or MS Flow to connect them.

The big benefit was that we would get an all-in-one solution for our small startup's needs. CRM? Check. Mailing list? Check. The usual office suite? Check. Customer support platform? Check. Accounting? Check. Workflow automation? Check. All the buzzwords and must-have's? Check. All looked good. When it came down to actually using it - not so much. Basic functionality is there. It does work, but it always felt like we had to jump through hoops as we started using it more and more. It took forever to hear back from their support team. They have some products that are not part of One but are very similar. CRM and CRM Plus, I'm looking at you. We finally stopped using them because it was a nightmare to get our processes set up and automated. We would rather spend our time actually building the company than trying to figure out Zoho.

Pros
