You get access to a significant amount of apps that are really amazing for business. Cons The support is horrific. I called to get help setting up the software (which clearly I was calling because I knew I was doing it wrong) and they started putting alerts on my account that there was not the right number of licenses purchased. The person I was talking to created an extra account without my knowledge and then was trying to get me to be charged for it. (we only needed 2 accounts and they were trying to create 3).The whole experience was bizarre. Thank goodness the product is good. Review Source EG Eric G. While the team is working, I can do my favorite things. It is enough to determine the tasks and conduct a brainstorm. The program itself steers all processes. Each department receives its tasks and presents results. To keep track of everything, it's enough for me to spend a couple of hours a day. Cons Do not rely too much on this system. The idea is good, but the human factor still has not been canceled. Sometimes you have to drop everything and intervene urgently if something goes wrong. You certainly feel like your getting your monies worth when you open up the dashboard and start adding the apps Cons Personally, I felt liek they have tried to do too much. Yes, they have tools and applications for everythng you could possibly want but it ferels like each piece of software is not as polished as a competitor focusing on a set number of features and benefits. Doubting my decision in spite of recommendations I received. Pros I like the integration of the various components. Cons I am completely at a loss re: support. I have twice made appointments for my consultant to go over the inventory module of Zoho. They have twice failed to show for the appointment even though I called (on my own initiative) to confirm 18 hours ahead. It is a waste of my time and my money. Pros Zoho one combines a lot of applications from different categories like the Sales, Marketing, HR, etc... and the beauty of it is that you can have all of these needed system in one package and fully integrated with each other. We use the Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM to help run our business, but Zoho One adds no extra value to us. Pros First off, Zoho makes great products that our company uses for several business functions. Sadly, this product is not anything to call home about. Yes, it is a resource for saving documents in one spot, but nothing special. Love that I can sync my data between products so it's there when I need to use it in another product. I love that I can use the Admin Panel to open each product when needed. Took 7 days for someone to contact me to setup, it was not seemless, they deactivated one of our users and after talking with support for two hours they still have not reactivated. Pros Looks like a comprehensive application, although I have not given the chance to use it. Cons Their customer service is extremely awful, even start from beginning. They have poorly trained account management team that are I have never dealt with. They are irresponsive, careless and super rude. It was the most awful experience I have ever had in all the vendors I have dealt with in the past.
