Incredible for the price. Can't complain. I like that there are so many apps that I can use on one platform.

Pros

Zoho One provides value to our small business for an affordable price. I like that Zoho has the ability to be easy for novice users and the ability to get under the hood and integrate it with other apps/software. There are so many aspects of Zoho that I like. I'll touch on a few. I like that we can use a Zoho forms on our website's contact page and have it feed into Zoho Leads with the Lead source and date filled out. I was paying quite a bit for DocuSign and switched over to Zoho One. I like the ability to use Sign when you need a customer to sign a quote, etc., and it adds it into CRM. I handle customer support and internal IT support. I use Help Desk to track these tickets. It is very helpful to be able to go to an Account in the CRM and see the ticket. I created our company's help page for users to sign up, see our product help, and submit tickets. I added a private Distributor Resources section that is very useful for my distributors. I recently created a Virtual Data Room (VDR) in WorkDrive for potential investors. Very powerful and secure. Outside of using Zoho One, the support is very good. I have always received a response within 24 hours. Zoho Analytics is incredible. I like the option to be able to create widgets and place them on my CRM dashboards. I created a dashboard for the \[sensitive content hidden\] so that he can see leads and potential sales opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes, there are some quirky aspects of CRM. API don't always work consistently. However, I really don't have any issues with Zoho One.

Overall, my experience with Zoho One has been positive. I like having all business tools in one integrated platform, which saves time and cost. However, some apps feel less polished and take time to configure. For example, CRM integrates well with invoicing, but setup requires effort.

Pros

I like Zoho One because it brings almost everything a business needs into one place. Instead of switching between multiple tools, I can manage CRM, finance, HR, and collaboration from a single platform, which saves time, reduces costs, and keeps data consistent across the organization.

Cons

The biggest downside is that with so many apps included, some feel basic or outdated compared to best-in-class alternatives. It can take time to configure and learn the quirks of each tool, and not every app feels as polished or intuitive as dedicated standalone software.

My overall experience with Zoho One has been very positive. As an IT manager overseeing offshore and US-based teams, I appreciate how Zoho One centralizes our tools, streamlines communication, and boosts productivity. It has been reliable and continues to evolve with new features that support our growing business needs.

Pros

Zoho One is a comprehensive suite of business applications that integrates CRM, project management, HR, accounting and more into a single platform. Its unified ecosystem simplifies workflows, improves collaboration across departments, and provides robust customization options. The pricing is attractive compared to purchasing separate tools, and the platform scales easily with remote and on-site teams.

Cons

The breadth of features and applications can be overwhelming for new users, making the onboarding and configuration process time-consuming. Some advanced features require additional setup or technical expertise, and occasional inconsistencies across apps can lead to a learning curve.

Pros

Been using the Zoho suite for 5+ years. The more we go, the more tools we use. Every one of them integrates with the others and we can gather everything in the Zoho CRM part. The price for all the tools we use inside the suite is really lower compared if we had to have all the tools elsewhere individually.

Cons

The fact that there are a lot of tools means you need to have someone watching and controlling all the configurations. Otherwise people can create conflicting rules and break things.

Zoho is a fine system and has lots of potential, but the more I use it, the more disappointed I become with the lack of ability to do things effectively and easily.

Pros

Zoho still has the benefit of having lot's of tools. Every tool your company wants, Zoho has built it into Zoho ONe

Cons

Zoho really has so many bugs. Even though they do have a product to offer for every need, most of the time the products are so raw or nonsensical that it's a deterrent to success

I hate using Zoho. I am currently looking for an alternative. They release updates with pointless features that no one needs, and then do nothing on the things their customers tell them in forums

Pros

Multiple Apps supposed to be synced with each other. Currently not too overpriced for similar software.

Cons

Nothing syncs properly. Simple features are not available such as assigning a project to a particular customer on project setup, or simply linking materials and their cost to a project. Support is terrible and the whole thing is not at all intuitive.

Zoho One needs Natural-language workflows + Universal Eventing + Error Visibility. Non-technical Zoho CRM users struggle to automate follow-ups and system integrations because: 1. Webhook setup is technical (JSON payloads, Deluge scripting). 2. Event subscriptions are incomplete and inconsistent across modules. 3. No retry/error handling for failed webhooks. 4. No natural-language interface for workflow creation. As a result, businesses rely on third-party middleware (like Jeeva AI) to achieve what should be native CRM functionality. Zoho's competitors like HubSpot and HubSpot Operation does this better.

Pros

Affordable. Support team are apologetic about functionality but platform is behind industry standard for CRM technology.

Cons

Non-technical Zoho CRM users struggle to automate follow-ups and system integrations which its competitors do a better job of.

It allowed our small IT team to perform many functions without cycling through 5 different logins or vendors. Great value for what we pay.

Pros

It allowed us to access, with one login, everything under the sun: CRM, support, invoicing, even HR tools. The fact that every module communicates to every other module meant we could deal with vendors and assets in a much easier way.

Cons

Some modules seem not as mature as others and keeping data in sync between apps sometimes requires manual cleanup.

Zoho have shut our business down. We have lost access to our WorkDrive Folder and emails have been blocked and there is ZERO support until Monday. The company has shut our business down for the weekend. I have been trying to solve this for almost 24 hours. emailed numerous times, tried numbers chats and contact centers. All are closed. DO NOT CONSIDER THEIR PRODUCT... They will cripple you.

Pros

The full suite of products made this seem very attractive. and the product when working is great. But there are constant delays in product improvement releases and terrible support.
