Pros

Their creation tools features a vast selection of templates that can be used and customized accordingly to our own design and it's easy to use even by inexperienced user

Cons

Their video tutorials are somewhat lacking and required further support by their customer care service, which were able to help us in a fast and precise way

As demo everything was working ok. The nightmare was after purchasing the PRO package. nothing works properly. Specially the Mobile Editor. I contact Support several times as we get the PRO, they try to avoid any help and keep asking you thinks (similar as when you go to do a government document) they looks like to avoid to assist you to forced you to pay extra money for the "Experience" All seem to be intentional pointed to get you stressed to push you there.

Pros

Some features are OK, relatively easy to use if you have an It background. Some templates are quite OK too. Store management are OK.

Cons

1- Customer Support are totally useless. They never help properly. 2- Some features are not working any longer after you purchase the PRO version. as example on the Demo the mobile version and editor was working fine, and as short as you get the pro everything stop to work properly, we do truly suspect is to make you purchase the "experience package" that is quite expensive. 3-No handle all method of payments. 3- Lack of proper training if you are newbie.

I really liked the wide variety of free templates offered. I can choose one that perfectly suits my needs and style, and then customize it further to make it unique. I also loved the additional functionality to my site, such as image galleries, contact forms and links to my social networks, which gave it a complete and professional look.

Pros

The truth is that it has many things that I liked but if I had to choose one, I would say that what impressed me the most was how easy it was to create my website.

Cons

It has a bit of limitation in terms of total design customization. Although the editor offers many options and functionality, in some cases I would have liked more freedom to fine tune certain design elements.

With Flazio it was easy and quick to create sites for local companies, with many pages and many elements, both textual and visual

Pros

Simplicity, completeness and accuracy. These three words are enough to describe this magnificent software, which is made even better by the extraordinary team that always works closely with customers and users

Cons

Perhaps the mobile version editor may have been slightly implemented, otherwise it is difficult to think of doing better!

Literally TRASH... DO NOT USE... to cancel you have to jump through hoops and use translation software just to communicate with them! GARBAGE!!!

Pros

The customer service is horrible, the software is not friendly.. they do not refund your money even if you try the software for a couple hours. PSD function is terrible and that was the only reason I tried their service.

Cons

Everything... I really don't feel like I have to say more

### "Tante promesse e basta"

Ricevo una offerta per passare da Wix a loro in cui mi dicono che avrebbero trasferito tutto il contenuto del mio sito, esattamente con le stesse impostazioni, senza alcun problema. Accetto l'offerta, pago e non ho più aggiornamenti: non mi viene detto se l'attivazione del servizio è andata a buon fine, non ricevo indicazioni di quando e come avverrà il trasferimento (cosa importante dato che aggiornavamo il sito quotidianamente con news - cosa a loro detta), non mi viene dato nessun riscontro alle richieste se non, in ritardo, con qualche messaggino via whatsapp. Mi dicono che il sito è trasferito ma trovo immediatamente delle cose mancanti, come i collegamenti tra una pagina e l'altre. Mai avuto conferma della fine del trasferimento del sito e assistenza per vedere le funzionalità del portale, nonostante la mia richiesta. Insomma servizio scadente e con assoluta mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Alla fine, mando il modulo di cancellazione dal servizio di fatto mai attivato e richiesta di rimborso. Nessuna risposta neanche in questo caso. Risultato: si sono intascati 100 euro e spariti.

Pros

Niente! Tante promesse, assoluta mancanza di assistenza. Alla fine servizio non attivato ma soldi incassati subito.

Cons

Probabilmente ragazzi improvvisati. Impossibili da contattare. Riscontri solo via whatsapp e dopo molti solleciti.

### "Ottimo prezzo, web hosting italiano ma necessita aggiornamenti"

Due anni fa quando sono diventato loro cliente la piattaforma era una tra le migliori, ma da due anni a questa parte non sono quasi mai state effettuate delle modifiche degli aggiornamenti rendendo piattaforma purtroppo quasi obsoleta. Spero davvero tanto che al più presto effettuino una serie di aggiornamenti importanti, che portino il prodotto dal 2018 al 2023.

Pros

Sono un cliente di Flazio da circa due anni, la piattaforma dell’editor per la creazione la modifica del proprio sito web è facile da utilizzare, è disponibile anche un’opzione molto semplice che permette la visualizzazione e la modifica della versione web del proprio sito. Il loro servizio clienti tra parentesi non via WhatsApp e mail ma via telefono, è molto efficiente e disponibile.

Cons

Purtroppo ci sono tanti problemi con Flazio.prima di tutto sono anni che annunciano di aggiornare la propria app sull’App Store ma ciò non è mai successo. L’opzione live chat praticamente non funziona, a volte le caselle di posta smettono di funzionare perché quando effettuano un aggiornamento di server e non comunicano l’interruzione di servizio ai loro utenti, se ci sono dei bug per esempio nell’e-commerce che non permettono un facile check out dei clienti che utilizzano il sito questo non viene mai notificato.

Molto soddisfatto, si può avere assistenza sia da sistemi automatizzati che da persone. Il commerciale che mi ha venduto il servizio, mi ha sempre seguito e risposto, di solito scompaiono.

Pros

Software molto veloce, interfaccia sostanzialmente chiara. Il mio sito ora è visibile anche sui TV Samsung e LG (con l'altro provider veniva scartato). La cosa che mi piace è che nonostante sia possibile usare le A.I. per migliorare e/o gestire il sito, comunque se vuoi e ne hai bisogno ci sono persone capaci e pazienti che ti seguono. Cons

A volte ho dovuto attendere più di quello che mi aspettavo, ma comunque tempi comprensibili e inferiori alla media

Ho fatto diversi siti, più lo uso e più mi diverto

Pros

Flazio è una piattaforma molto buona, Facile da usare e poi è semplice anche per chi utilizza pixel di facebook

Cons

Sarebbe bello una piattaforma parallela per l inserimento delle case nel caso del immobiliare o macchine per una concessonaria. Senza che l utente vado su flazio.

J'étais attiré par le prix. Mais : - La création du site fonctionne mal - il y a plein de bugs - le support ne répond pas Là où WIX certes plus cher propose un outil de création de site intuitif, polyvalent et complet. Je suis désormais coincé car souhaitant désormais faire mon site ailleurs, le support ne répondant jamais ne me renvoie donc pas mes codes de transfert de domaine. Vous risquez donc d'avoir une très mauvaise expérience et mettre votre activité sur internet en danger en essayant de travailler avec FLAZIO. A éviter à tout prix

Pros

Sto realizzando il mio sito con flazio, ho trovato in un solo prodotto tanti servizi utili. Oltre alla creazione del sito è possibile gestire i clienti e fidelizzarli. Il supporto live e le videoguide sono sempre molto chiare e risolutive.

Cons

Non ho trovato aspetti negativi, mi piacerebbe però avere sempre la chat di supporto attiva, perché spesso lavoro sul sito la sera

Consiglio Flazio perché il sito mi soddisfa pienamente, lo posso aggiornare in piena autonomia e, in caso di problemi, l'assistenza clienti interviene in modo tempestivo per risolvere il problema
