Ich kann von einer Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Unternehmen nur abraten. Auch nach der Übernahme durch die Firma Job AD Partner hat sich hier nichts verbessert, sondern eher weiter verschlechtert.

Pros

Hier gibt es nichts zu nennen, da es einfach nicht reicht, wenn man viel verspricht, aber nichts davon hält bzw. die Qualität in keinster Weise ausreicht.

Cons

Customer Service ist miserabel und versprochene Dienstleistungen werden nicht geliefert. Es gibt keinerlei Lösungsorientierung.

Mein Fazit: Wer den Kauf erwägt, sollte sich Zusagen aus den Verkaufsgesprächen unbedingt schriftlich geben lassen und die Datenbank vorab anhand eigener, realer Suchen testen, bevor ein kostenpflichtiger Vertrag mit Mindestlaufzeit eingegangen wird. Aus meiner Erfahrung kann ich das Tool für spezialisiertes und qualitatives Sourcing aktuell nicht empfehlen. Wer nur auf Masse anschreibt, sieht das vielleicht anders.

Pros

Das einzig positive war für mich letzten Endes die Onboarding Beraterin - sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber leider ändert das nichts an dem Nutze der Software.

Cons

Zusagen aus den Verkaufsgesprächen haben sich für mich nicht bestätigt. Ich habe als Einzelunternehmerin im IT-/Tech-Recruiting ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement abgeschlossen, Investitionsvolumen rund 1.670 €. Grundlage waren zwei ausführliche Verkaufsgespräche, in denen mir zwei Dinge konkret zugesagt wurden: dass der ganz überwiegende Teil relevanter Kandidatenprofile in der Datenbank enthalten ist und dass die Filterung nach aktuellen Job-Titeln zuverlässig funktioniert. Beim ersten echten Projekt sah die Realität für mich anders aus: – Von den Kandidaten, die ich bereits identifiziert hatte, fehlten rund 31 % (117 Profile) in der Datenbank. – Eine einfache Suche nach aktuellen Job-Titeln lieferte über 650 unscharfe Treffer, während dieselbe Suche bei LinkedIn 55 passende Profile ergab. Die Titelfilterung griff bei mir nicht. Für ein Geschäft, das auf validen Marktdaten beruht, war das Tool damit für meine Zwecke nicht brauchbar. Was mich besonders enttäuscht hat: Die festgestellten Punkte wurden mir gegenüber vom Anbieter selbst bestätigt – unter anderem ein neuer Scraping-Vertrag, um Datenlücken zu schließen, sowie eine fehlerhafte Hochstufung von Profilen in der Suche. Trotz dieses Eingeständnisses gab es keine Erstattung und aus meiner Sicht kein echtes Entgegenkommen; ich war an die Mindestlaufzeit gebunden. Auch die Kommunikation verlief danach für mein Empfinden schleppend, aktuell seit Tagen keine Rückmeldung.
