He was actively involved every step of the way, providing training across multiple sessions on various dates and times. When unexpected issues arose with the software platform and data transfer, \[sensitive content hidden\], along with the IT and support teams, worked promptly and effectively to resolve them. \[sensitive content hidden\]'s dedication truly stood out when he provided assistance at 3:00 a.m. to make sure our sales platform was fully operational. The success of my company was his first priority. I have personally contacted \[sensitive content hidden\] on many occasions to request additional support and he has always promptly provided me with the support needed. \[sensitive content hidden\]’s professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to the customer’s success made our experience seamless and greatly appreciated. I am elated about my company’s decision to switch to the Insitu sales platform and are utilizing all of the additional features our previous platform did not provide.

the additional features our previous platform did not provide. The data transfer from our accounting software to Insitu was extremely easy and Steven was able to talk me through it over the phone.

Our previous rugged field printers (for the route salesmen) did not work effectively with the new platform.

We've been using Insitu for over 6 years and cannot recommend this product enough. Customer Service is always so helpful as well!

Sometimes connectivity with QB is faulty, but very this problem is very rare maybe 3 times in 6 years.

Each chapter in InSitu’s development provides added value to our business. They understand their customer and show they care about delivering a platform that meets our needs. On more than one occasion, Insitu has provided custom solutions for our needs, bettering their platform and our business both

The platform has made our ordering and delivery process more efficient and user friendly both internally and externally facing

Cons

At first there were a few bugs, but this is natural since we started early on with just Insitu DSD a couple years ago. It’s amazing how far this platform has grown. Our route delivery drivers use it, sales team have used it, our customers order through the automated portal system, and hopefully soon our warehouse team will use the inventory system

Insitu Sales checks all the boxes! Provides our SALES REPS with a mobile crm/ quoting/ordering app. Gives our OFFICE staff a seamless integration to our accounting software (no need to re-key orders). Offers our CUSTOMERS an ecommerce website and app for placing orders. Provides a pick/ pack/ ship solution for our WAREHOUSE to get orders out fast. And the best part is that all of these are "linked" together so our team all have visibility on the same data! For anyone with some technical ability it also has an open API so you may be able to integrate it with other software used in your business!

Pros

The support and management team is the BEST as they consistently work hard to resolve even the smallest of glitches and they are open to suggestions and new ideas!

Cons

We've been using the software with our business for over 5 years and it just gets better. The only "wish" we have is more related to Quick Books DESKTOP as Intuit only provides a "web connector" integration unlike their Quick Books online product.

It's been an absolute game changer allowing us to move this business from an outdated, unorganized process into a modern and streamline system with much better communication between office and reps. I have never had such good customer service as we have had with Steven. It's stellar!

Pros

It syncs perfectly with Quickbooks so our outside sales reps can easily see inventory. Steven has been the absolute best with customer service, onboarding and even follow up long after his initial job is completed!

Cons

If an order is placed in house, it sometimes doesn't sync with the reps app so doesn't show accurate balance for customer's account.

Initially, everything was okay, but as we started using their system and finding issues, it became apparent that they did not have their house in order, nor did they have a reliable system. Most of the so-called features of the product do no work or have issues

Lots of promises from InSitu. No real solutions.

Their team does not accept any responsibility for their flawed system. They do not live up to their promises. OVERPROMISE, UNDERDELIVER

InSitu Sales enables me to focus on higher level priorities while knowing that the fulfillment side of the house is receiving orders seamlessly. Long gone are the days of receiving an order in an email and having to stop to enter the order into QuickBooks. I know that my team will receive an email from InSitu once the order has been placed so that the transaction can be realized, in some cases, on the same day.

Pros

InSitu Sales enables my field reps to enter their orders at any hour of the day with confidence that the office will have the order ready for fulfillment within the next business day.

Cons

Using groups in QuickBooks makes the inventory management system useless

I would highly recommend (and have already) this software for a company that requires multiple department communication and accessibility for sales transactions.

Pros

As a self distributing micro brewery, there are many functions to executing the sale and delivery of our products to customers. Before we started with Insitu, we were utilizing approximately 3 different platforms to perform one transaction for our sales team. InSitu has helped increase our sales team efficiency and daily workflow with having everything we need in one place.

Cons

There are a few hiccups in the software that we have experienced, however the InSitu customer service has been impeccable with resolving our issues. \[sensitive content hidden\] is a great resource for us to have communication with and works diligently to respond to our questions and navigation when we do come across an issue.
