It keeps the clinic organized! Love working with it.

Pros

Love how easy to use it is. You can design the software to meet your needs. You can do complicated applications or simple based on you companies needs.

Cons

Customer Services is not always to the most responsive! Some of the representatives do not know the software as well as others.

Very user friendly - The staff are always easy to work with and willing to help you get what you need

Cons

Reporting functions - Not always easy to get the data you need. Requires you to be good in crystal reporting or have PCIS build your reports for you.

Better reporting, better account follow up, less manual work and less man power to complete the job.

Pros

Less manual processes and lot of reporting that is very useful and helpful. The tasking on the system is very helpful and can be set up they way you want to use it
