Pros

It does so much. And I love that it keeps everything in one place. Since I began using this it has really helped to keep track of my music

Cons

Did take some time to learn how to use to its full potential. But the longer I used and played with the software I can't imagine what I would do without it.

Fine, as I have already noted.... I am likley not the target audience, being an amateur guitar noodler, but for a musician it looks to be the mutts nuts

Pros

Fully featured scoring software... so many options and tools available and the interface is easy to navigate.

Cons

No Cons, but it was beyond my payscale, musical theory is not my area of expertise so most of this went over my head, but for an actual musician I could see this being invaluable

I found tons of guitar tabs for any song I wanted to learn, and this helped me write my own music too.

Cons

It definitely takes some time to learn how to use. And it's a little pricey for what I was looking for

The software is extremely robust. I only needed the basics, but it had a ton of stuff that you could do with it.

Cons

I'm a simple guy and got lost in all of it. So I went with another software that was pretty plain, but got the job done.

Pros

Guitar Pro is a great tool for learning to play guitar. It allows you to download tabs or create your own, and its great in editing sheet music. It works for several string instruments. It interfaces really well between live sound and tablature.

Cons

It took some time to understand the interface, and to get to know all the features.

Very easy to use and was not hard to start. Fun and effective. Motivated to edit more music. Made the task easier.

Cons

Initially was hard to get started, but then very easy. Good instructions and directions. Not many faults

Guitar Pro offer less "active" opportunities than RIG 5 , 6 , 7 on Logic pro X and create problems affecting output source to play with the sound live in the arrange

Pros

Its simplicity and ease of use are the things which attract me towards using it.

Cons

Sometimes I faced trouble while importing the midi file, either it showed corrupted or blank.
