Wow capable yet still evolving there is a reoccurring theme that shows occasional glitches slower support response at times reporting limitations in extra setup work for customization making it really not the best fit for what's out there it just depends if you're a larger corporation it's going to be not as much of a good fit, but for a smaller company it would be a better fit. I mean you get what you pay for it's a little bit more inexpensive in comparison to other platforms and it's specific line of software.

Pros

Strongest areas appear to be in scheduling patient records reminders telemedicine in administrative and organization with ease of use customer support in the value for money being also on the positive side when describing it where other software can be notoriously clunky.

Cons

The product still feels limited in areas of Enterprise depth it doesn't appear to have the same maturity or ecosystem depth as major healthcare platforms like Athena health or epic systems or eclinical works which will show up in areas of integrations advance reporting customization and specialty specific work-flows.

Good, as it is an easy platform to use. I can see why business/doctors would want to use this for their patients.

Pros

Good for patients who want to see their appointments or access other information easily. Self-help is available through this app.

Cons

I have encountered some glitches when using this app, but I haven't used it long enough to determine if it is very problematic.

Overall this is a good software. It has the major features needed, customer service support response time can be lengthty.

Pros

Secure EHR, scheduling, online appointment booking, telemedicine, payment for services, prescribing AND reporting analytic all in one place! Makes my daily work life easier and my patients also have records and payments at their fingertips!

Cons

Seems to have less customization than similar programs.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Med desk! The software is so easy to use and keeps track of everything in the office! I use it for scheduling and invoicing!

Muy buena experiencia, la atención al cliente muy rápida y muy amables, los precios son excelentes y tienen muchas funciones

Practicidad, el hecho de que puedas cargar tus propios formatos o crearlos ahí mismo para poder llenarlos. Tienen muy buenos precios para el producto tan completo.
