And the act there the company are so good if you need a slight extension on your free trial. Cons I found it slightly tricky to start with but once I watched the help videos a few times I was able to set it up fully. Pros The sign up process and management of it all ongoing is very easy! Cons The interface can be a little blocky with not enough detail. Dance teacher Sports Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Coacha free trial " June 23, 2020 5.0 Coacha staff have been very quick to respond to emails and have been very supportive. They listened to our requirements and understood our needs. Excellent customer service 👍 Pros The fact that data could be transferred so easily and it was GDPR safe. Cons Nothing. The only complaint would be that during the trial we could only send 100 emails, which actually is understandable. GDPR is a big thing for us, so we're really glad that this combined with an easy way to bring your data from another system has been helpful. We do have to limit the amount of emails initially as some people out there do try and 'milk the system'. Once you have subscribed to Coacha though, you get full email access as you have no doubt found out ;-) I'll pass your kind words on to our team. RB Robert B. It also has a ton of features we probably won't need, but useful to know they are there if needed like invoicing etc.The service from the team has been second to none. Email support comes back very quickly with clear answers, and when I asked about changing something they were very happy to listen to feedback and offer solutions. Brilliant Pros The software is very easy to learn and use, but also has lots of little features that you keep stumbling across to help in all kinds of situations.The price is very transparent and competitive compared to similar products. Cons Would love to see a bit more customisation in the sign up form. The staff like it as do the parents. The admin are very quick to respond too. Cons Other than it being different from what we had before so we had to get used to a new system.
