Pros I still enjoy the reward options that are available and have been using it for a repeating golf membership to a players program. Cons I was asked to confirm my eligibility for reimbursement and it was very difficult to updated the values of the program and thus require a lot of back and forth email before submitting a support ticket. I like the auto reimbursement feature for my gym membership. When I submit questions, the answers are delivered timely. Pros The wide range of things eligible for reimbursement and the ease of the process makes this a great program. Cons The amount is limited to only $500, wish it were more. I have many things eligible for reimbursement throughout the year, so $500 only covers about a 1/3. Browsing the website is straight forward and the forms that need to be filled are clear. Cons I don't think I've found anything bad so far. Perhaps only the fact it takes a while to get the reimbursement back, but I'm guessing that's not related to the platform itself. I have been looking around thrivepass for other products but most of the items are very much you can find cheaper anywhere. Cons Less options. It would be great to have more options for families. Specially with those who have small children. But I understand it is mostly for employees. Pros I like that we get to pick what we want/need. This is the only perk that Allina gives to us that is actually beneficial. Cons The options are horrible, especially that it is promoted as a health and wellness gift and that it must be used as such, why is door dash is an option? Literally ppl can order McDonalds and I find that hilarious, but yet we have show and have proof of purchase for other "wellness items". Ordering what you want and doing the refund option is the best, in my opinion. Also random staff get an extra $100. Very unfair. Our experience with ThrivePass was great from the first interaction with the sales team. We had a great implementation team and have had the same Relationship Manager since we launched in 2022. Pros Great customer service. Our Account Manager and Relationship Manager are great and exceptionally responsive when we need assistance. Cons I would like a unified platform. There are separate logins for Thrive Wallets, PreTax Accounts, and COBRA Administration.
