Extremely easy. Pros It's a vey simple process. Really nothing to describe, enter name, sum and upload the proof of verification. Done. They come back very fast usually. Cons nothing really. However, all I had to do was enter some basic membership information into Thrive and account information, and everything was paid out correctly on the first try. This makes it really easy to use benefits reimbursements the company is giving. Cons I'm only using it for one benefit right now, so I haven't played with it a ton outside of that one benefit, but I have come across no issues so far. Pros I've had to reach out to Customer Service a couple of times about unexpected issues that arose during the ThrivePass purchase or reimbursement process, and they have been super helpful and quick to respond. Cons Sometimes, it can be a little difficult to find what you're trying to navigate to on the website. Pros It is easy to send in receipts for past health related expenses to be billed back. That function is probably the nest thing about TrivePass Cons It is hard to get started and to remember to use it every month. There are a limited number of gyms that are on it in my area that would allow for a automatic recurring charge so I have to remember to add my expenses manually every month. The software was quick and easy to use and simplified the reimbursement process. Cons It is difficult to come up with an improvement since I have not used other features besides the monthly gym membership reimbursement. The turn around time is super fast so i dont have to wait and wonder if there is any issues. Pros I like that it provides a picture and description of the benefits available to me. I also see the categories I used in the past are also visible to me at the top of my screen. I am happy with how easy to use the software was and how quickly my reimbursement was processed. Pros It was easy to use and submitting a claim for reimbursement for fitness was easy. I got emails almost immediately after submitting and the processing went faster than I expected. Cons It was difficult to get to the Thrive Pass from our Wellness page. April 30, 2018 5.0 Thrivepass provides an easy and administrative free way for Sovrn to offer a wellness stipend to employees for things like gym memberships, races, etc. It is easy for us to track what employees are using their stipend on and if employees don't register with Thrivepass we don't charged for them because they aren't using the software. Pros There are a lot of options and the system is capable of offering custom solutions and strategies for our business. Cons Thrivepass recently added an integration with ADP so I no longer have to submit files or manually update employees. This has been a big improvement! I was able to explain to her that its a local muni that might not be the best with their equipment set up and I was able to get my refund.
