Makes my daily work simple and easy. Makes my members login simple and easy. Cant recommend Rhino Fit enough!

Pros

Easy to setup, they don't charge an arm and a leg. Has a set price per month, not like the other top brands that charge more as your membership increases!

Cons

Nothing! Everything about this software is fantastic. From the very start of setup they helped me out and got me up and running in no time.

MY experience has been great. I am a 1 man team at the current moment, and RhinoFit allows me to streamline a lot of the admin parts of my job so that I have more time and energy to do what I am good at, which is coaching! I would definitely recomend, and at the price point its set at it is a no brainer.

Pros

I like the simplicity and the support. I found the program relatively intuitive throughout the set up process (although I have been using similar software for 2 years). Anytime I've encountered an issue the RhinoFit support team is just one call away and they have been more then helpful in answering my questions.

Cons

The app. Sometimes it is very slow when my clients want to access their schedules.

The product management makes it easy to run a product store from my mobile phone. Easy to customize as well!

Cons

The digital waivers were a challenge to get going, but once they were created it made it easier for my customers to access.

### "Don't go with Rhino Fit ! "

customer service bad, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] bad, tech support \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] bad. Don't go with rhino fit!

Pros

Nothing . If your a small business or gym, stay away!

Cons

The App is terrible ! The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is doesn't follow up. Was told the scanner could read through glass because I told them I couldn't have it outside because of Minnesotas weather. Guess what, I should of never listened to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from rhino fit. Doesn't work at all ! Lets put it this way, I'm hiring a lawyer !

### "don't like it"

I have not been impressed with the software. 1st as a member of a gym using the software.. always felt it was slow and used way too much data. as a box owner I find it is not very easy to maneuver and there are too many steps to create a class schedule. the menu is also not very user friendly.

the price. the software is very affordable but ease of use and functionality reflects the price

Everything has been as advertised so far. It has exceeded my expectations, and I think we're still scratching the surface.

Pros

It is intuitive and easy to setup. Easy to integrate with our web site. Seems to have features to support everything we can think up.

Cons

There are features that don't work the way I would have expected. Not saying they're the wrong way, but it takes some time and experimentation to get a solid handle on everything. That said, I wish I could create test accounts and delete them when I'm done. I mean REALLY delete them. Also, it would be nice to associate specific RhinoSign waivers with memberships. Also, I would love to handle membership contracts and waivers separately with RhinoSign.

### "RhinoFit Dojo Necessity!"

RhinoFit software enables us to track student progressions, log WODs and manage overall attendnace of students and instructors. It has proven to be a valuable tool that we use for accounting, payroll and student retention.

Pros

The product is simple and easy to implement. Our dojo was able to convert and begin using the software within one business day. It was literally an overnight turnaround.

Cons

The software lacks an ad-hoc notification system. We would love to be able to flag students so that when they log in at the kiosk they are presented with a custom message that we have flagged them for. This single feature would make the RhinoFit software a total package!

Pros

It allows my members to book classes as well as scan in to my facility for open gym time during early and late hours.

Cons

The door access scanner does not always work so I have members that cannot get in at least once or twice per month. I have to drop everything and let them in if the unlock feature on the app doesn’t work for me either. I wish I could add classes from the app to start at specific times like I can with appointments, but unfortunately it won’t let you change the class start time from 00:00 hours. It would also be nice to have a feature that alerts you when a member scans into the facility so that can be monitored better as well without having to keep checking the “reports” throughout the day.

Pros

RhinoFit automates all the basic processes, most importantly the auto billing of my clients and management of their memberships. It does that reliably and simply. And it is very cost effective with no per client fees.

Cons

One on one booking and advanced metrics reporting could use some beefing up or customization. There are a few features with little documentation that look like they could be really cool, but I don't understand how to implement.

Minus the negative experience with the long wait time to recieve your money, everything else as far as membership management and WOD and calendar management is what makes it great.

Pros

Ease of use. Many of the other programs I looked at were way to complicated for what a gym owner needs. Rhinofits ease of use is what drew me in and continues to work for me.

Cons

The credit card processing partnership takes a long time to get through compared to competitors such as square and the like. Makes it hard to budget for the future when you have no idea when your money is coming in.

### "Great improvement over 2014 software"

First the Bad: Reservations page is awful on iOS (so is the calendar), but PC version is ok. Taking 3 clicks to get to shortcuts are still cumbersome (think getting to your roster) Definitely improved over 2014 version and still a better buy over other gym management software. Customer support is great when you have questions.

Pros

Navigation menu is on point.

Cons

Calendar is still a pain- Clients can't use Andriod Ap, Mobile site is cumbersome.

I like that RhinoFit can handle all aspects of my studio in one program. I can accept payments, secure door access and send workouts or alert members of upcoming events.

Cons

Still trying to understand barcode scanning and why it does not beep or alert you if a member is not current.

So far so good we have not gone live in our facility yet as we are transferring all our client info over and it takes a long time.

Pros

The bang for your buck is pretty good compared to others out there. I like that I can have my customers scan in and check in when the attend classes. I love the point of sale and the ability to brand almost everything with the software

Cons

Huge learning curve, if you are not ready to run the program don't sign up as the charge you credit card processing access a month even if you don't process it.

My purchasing decision is price-driven. Dealing with the Rhinofit staff has been the worst B2B experience I have ever had in my 12 year career. The software on-boarding never happened, the shipment was over a month late, and I was misquoted and over charged for my hardware. When I pointed these things out my rep promised to make things right, but the company pulled my rep away and reneged on that promise. I have invested 3x what I was initially quoted. Knowing about my anger, I haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks. They simply don't care.

Pros

Software meets my minimum requirements. Monthly subscription pricing is industry-best.

Cons

Equipment costs are outrageous. Sales process was the worst I have ever experienced. Customer service follow up was the worst I have ever experienced. Some basic features, are NOT user friendly.

Reason for choosing RhinoFit

Cant remember the other options considered. But my decision was price based.

The service offered is however very good, the customer support from RhinoFit is always polite and humble, which is an absolute add-on. Also, it offers vast features, just the features need a bit of tuning and sharpness, to be the best in the market.

Pros

The interface is simple, and easy to use; which is one of the reasons for using this application. It is great for gym/fitness club facilitators to manage the user's check-ins and timings as well.

Cons

It seems as if the software allows data mining for the simple reason of knowing the client's schedule, details of timing, and tracking the clients. Hope this remains to that itself, and the privacy of the clients is preserved outside this. Other than this, the application needs to be built a bit stronger, sometimes the app stops to functions all of a sudden.
