Pros: MSP stack allows us to tie the day-to-day functionality from different technologies and software solutions together into one easy to use Interface.
This makes it possible for our non-technical colleagues, and even customers themselves, to perform tasks that used to be complex IT work.

And because processes are automated and therefore more robust, we save a lot of hassle and we're able to help our customers faster and better.

Also, as a seasoned MSP we have a lot of experience with support teams of different vendors.
The support team for MSPstack is great, they don't pressure for closing a ticket but are involved and determined to find a solution together.

In my opinion, the MSPstack functionality will benefit almost every company. Especially for companies that haven't embraced the Self Service and automation wave yet!

Cons: The User Interface design is on the basic side. This interface could be made more attractive in my opinion.
