Pros: I am the main user of Loomly in my office as the social media manager & one of the graphic designers for the organization. I use it just about every day and I find it very useful for planning posts, organizing my time and posting schedule. I like being able to see the calendar I've created in several different views. I also love being able to see what our feed will look like with the posts I've created, even including future posts that I've assigned but not yet published. I also have found their customer service to be really responsive and friendly, and go the extra mile to figure things out for me when I've had an issue, or not understood something within the app/site. Its been really interesting to use this app, and my department has chosen to continue our subscription past the trial because we like even being able to give each other feedback on posts, assign certain topics to specific people, and see the history of posts & images and pull from those for future posts without scrolling way back in our feeds for that info.

Cons: There are just a few things I would like to see improved with the use of Loomly. Overall, I find the design of the interface it to be very intuitive and easy to use; however the thing holding it back is posting to Instagram. Loomly is a bit behind on integrating it's system with the new Instagram rules (which now DO allow publishing through third party apps). So as of right now, it is not easy to post to Instagram, and in fact it almost feels like a waste of time to even use Loomly for that because you're just creating posts on Loomly and then having to redo everything through Instagram later, or copy and pasting everything from Loomly which is just an extra unnecessary step. I've also found that that part of the interface (especially from the app) to be counter intuitive and it ends up giving me lower quality images than what I uploaded to copy and past into my post. This is really only one area that I've found to be lacking, but to be honest, the point of an app/website like this is to make less work, not more for a social media manager, so I do think it's important to be on top of it.

Pros: I LOVE that you can write the content once and then tailor each set of copy for each social media channel. For example, the exact same copy that works for Facebook doesn't always work for Instagram & Twitter. With Loomly, you can write it once and then go into each platform and customize your content to include hashtags, shorten links, etc. You can also upload custom photos for each platform. Other social media schedulers only allow for one set of copy across all the platforms you choose, making it cumbersome and time-consuming when you have multiple platforms to schedule.

Cons: I cannot stand the fact that you have to also have a Buffer account to enable auto-posting with Instagram. I really, really wish they'd figure out a way to allow auto-posting instead of getting push notifications on my phone without having to have a Buffer account. I don't want to have to pay for two social media schedulers. Loomly would be nearly perfect if not for that huge flaw.

Overall: The overall experience has been wonderful. My only negative feedback is the inability to auto-post with Instagram unless you have a Buffer account. I'd also like to customize what steps I take when scheduling. (For example, I always skip the "audiences/filters" feature when scheduling for Facebook, and I'd like the option to get rid of that step entirely because I won't use it for my clients.) Otherwise, the interface is smooth, easy-to-use and learn, and helps me write and schedule content more efficiently.

Pros: Loomly does exactly what it claims to do, reliably, and easily enough for clients to use the platform as well. My absolute favorite part of Loomly is being able to visualize all of my posts using the monthly calendar view. This can be done on a calendar-by-calendar (client-by-client) basis or you can see a master calendar with everything in one spot. Any images you upload are also saved to a media gallery for quick retrieval later. There are a few really helpful views, such as the monthly and list views, but you can also see what individual posts will look like on a platform-by-platform basis. When you enter a post, you can customize that 'generic' content on each platform, making it extremely simple to tailor the message to different audiences. The advanced analytics section is helpful in being able to identify engagement rates, top performing posts, and to simply compare different time periods. Analytics for the linked social accounts can all be viewed here, so it's nice to be able to work from one tool instead of having to log into each platform separately. From a collaboration standpoint, the comment system works well. You can @mention specific users and assign posts to other for review, edits, or approval. It's an effective way to manage a high volume of posts. I average about 400 posts per month, and I never feel worried that I'll miss something.

Cons: I would like if there was an option to disable email notifications if I'm already receiving app notifications. It does not have two-factor authentication, which could be a dealbreaker for some. The automatic publishing to Instagram is still in the pipeline. It would be handy to have, but it's not enough of an inconvenience to bother me on the day-to-day.

Pros: I love how easy Loomly is to use. I love the suggestions/tips it gives as you go through the posting process. I also love the ability to add multiple calendars.

Cons: I do not like the photo library. It does not function correctly. If I select unused photos, it shows me photos I've already posted using Loomly. If I select photos within a certain group that I've added and used, it won't show the photos in the results. I also don't like that customer service is not immediately available to address questions or concerns and that there is no phone number. One more thing, when adding hashtags you don't have the option to look at all of your hashtags....it gives you about 10 to choose from then you need to remember/create additional ones to use.

Overall: With Loomly, I'm able to see and manage all of my posts in one place which is really great. Even though Loomly has room for improvement, I really enjoy their product and I'll continue working with them! Keep up the great work Loomly! MyAssistant is here with you.....we're growing together!

Pros: Love the calendar planning and being able to drag and drop to change post dates. The workflow options have been very useful in planning posts and then marking them for approval when ready so my supervisor can sign off on them.

Cons: Wish there was a grid preview function that could exclude my story posts! I really need to preview my gallery posts in a grid, but there is no way to sort out the story posts. I don't mind manually publishing all that much but it would be really nice if it would post automatically and with tags. I would love if I could drag and drop from month to month (right now I can't drag a post from April into May).

Overall: We are a small-ish design firm in Chicago. Without Loomly running the IG account would be cumbersome and very time consuming. I like that Loomly is not overly complicated and that conversations with my supervisor are easy within Loomly. Customer support has always been prompt and helpful and friendly. I could *probably* do my job without Loomly, but it would be awful.

Last but not least, drag and drop from month to month is usually possible, with one limitation: when a month starts on a Monday (or a Sunday, depending on the settings of your calendar), then no day from the previous month shows up in Calendar View, which prevents you from dragging and dropping posts. Pros: I Signed up for Loomly because of 3 features mentioned on their website(Post Inspiration, Post Builder and the ability to store images and videos in the library for use in future posts.)

I also liked the workflow options, which are:

1. Original workflow with 6 different post states (Draft, Pending Approval, Requires Edit, Approved, Scheduled & Published)

2. Lite Workflow with 5 different post states (Draft, Pending Approval, Requires Edit, Scheduled & Published)

3. Zero workflow with 3 post states (Draft, Scheduled & Published)

Since I was managing one of my personal brands I used the Zero workflow option, however, I'm happy that there were other options.

I liked the post ideas option, where you save RSS feeds to use for posts. I selected the option that allowed automatically made draft posts from all the articles in the RSS feeds. I could then edit the draft post as I liked.

Another thing I liked about Loomly was the ability to preview how my post would look like on each platform.

Finally, I liked the post builder/planner/editor (I'm not sure what it's called) I liked the option to define generic content (ie the base content that would be shared on each profile. After this, you can then fine tune each channel, removing and adding from the base content, adding hastags, etc.

I liked the tips it provided for each network, tips such as reducing or increasing the length of the copy for specific channels, changing the scheduled time to a more suitable time etc.

Cons: I hated how it took over ten minutes for my post to publish after clicking the publish now button. It kept showing "Submitting..." In the end I had to refresh the page and start over again. After refreshing the page and redoing the post it worked and my post was published immediately.

Pros: 2 months ago I started as a local Social Media Photographer. Which mean I am a social media expert that does the follow-up for a lot of local stores/enterprises' social media in combination with a monthly dose of photography.

I was looking for a platform that made it easy for me to import the pictures and form a calender that I could send to my customers so they can follow every step of the social media-planning.

Loomly has it all:

* Nice calender

* Details of every post

* Statistics at the end of the month for all my channels (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook)

* Good pricing!

* I LOVE the customer service. Whenever I need to ask a question, they almost immediately respond to my messages.

Cons: There's not much to dislike but I'm still waiting for the automatic Instagram-posting! Because I have a lot of channels, I can't do it on free platforms so I need to publish manual for the time being.

Also the analytics could be a bit more in detail (e.x. Iconosquare is very detailed!)

Overall: It makes it easy for me to link new customers and give them an open view on what I'm doing.

They can follow day to day posts true their PDF calendar.

Beginning of the month, I send them a draft of the calendar and they can make notes which I can adjust easily.

Also the mobile app is easy to use and you can edit it at the last minute if needed.

Pros: Easy to use

Simpler and works better than other platforms I've used

Easy to collaborate with team and get approvals fast

Easy to use multiple accounts across different platforms

Love that it adds spaces to IG captions

Love that you can see a preview of your IG grid

You can edit posts through the phone app

The suggested post ideas are a cool feature

Cons: I can't think of many cons...

It doesn't yet support automatic IG posting (but it's coming)

Doesn't yet support multiple photo posts on android

Would love some more post types like youtube, blog posts and emails - not necessarily to post through loosely, but just to organise it all on one calendar.

Overall: Makes my social media management (of multiple accounts) so smooth and simple, plus it's been great to collaborate with clients using approvals and comments!

Pros: The best feature for me is the ability to create a master message however personalise it to each individual platform and ensure that it is optimised for each platform I am using! for example there are different requirements for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest however I am able to quickly and simply ensure each message is 100% perfect for the targeted audience on that platform.

Cons: I love the desktop version however I would like to see more development of the mobile app to enable me to fully utilise the features of Loomly when on the move.

I would also like to be able to manage more than one group/page for each platform in the same calendar. For example we have several company Facebook pages and groups and it would be helpful to post at the same time to them rather than duplicate the post to another calendar.

Overall: After many years of using a different management tool for my social media it is refreshing and has actually inspired me to do more again with our social media. I also teach strategic social media management for our training company and have changed my recommendation to our learners!

Pros: Simple, easy, and designed for the work I do. Not as online salesman like all the others. I manage 5 different small businesses social media. what I need is not to be able to spam people with unless sh** but to craft valuable engaging content and deliver it to hard earned audiences. Love the builder, love the client collaboration, love the calendar, LOVE the library. and most of all I love the way they are constantly developing and innovating, that for me is infinitely more important then any specific feature.

Cons: It's new and run by what feels like a very small team. This isn't a block buster summer movie but a tiny little cult classic. Loved deeply by some but not enough. The design is a little rough, the functionality a little finicky. I heard that initially it was designed by a husband for his wife.

Overall: I have 3 clients who all use the tool to approve messaging and collaborate with me managing there entire online presence. It works really, really well. What else is there to know.

Pros: I have been running social media for many clients and now my own brands for several years now. I have used a myriad of tools from different companies, however Loomly is my current favorite that I am also recommending to other social media professionals and online content creators. What I love most is

-Easy to use and scalable - Interface can be scaled down for one user or scaled up for multiple users/approvals.

- Helpful suggestions from current events to how to format your copy per platform.

- Generalized copy that you can customize per platform.

- You can schedule the same post for different times per platform

- Preview of what your copy and visual assets will actually look like per platform

- You can configure your Facebook scheduling from Loomly too

- Customer service has been great.

Cons: The only thing that is missing from Loomly is more analytics information. Step one would be to bring in analytics from each platform. Step two would be to combine analytics across platforms. Last time I heard they are currently working on more analytics for future versions of Loomly.

Pros: I can't remember how I divcovered Loomly first, but when I tried it, I immediately understood how it will help me on my everyday community management work. What I prefered immediately was the simplicity to use and to share with my collaborators and customers. Finally, I thought : Loomly was invented for me ! ;-) From now, I always put Loomly in my recommandations and when I present Loomly to my customers they are always surprised on how simple it is and how easy it helps us to work together. I really enjoy and appreciate the facility of speaking with the team and propose improvments.

Cons: Loomly is always evoluting, so it's hard to say but there are two things I supposed they will work on : - Posting more than just Photos and videos on Facebook (canvas, diaporamas, etc...) - Having the possibility to post directly on Instagram (It depends on Instagram API of course) and the possibility to tag people on pictures !

Pros: This works great as a social project management tool. It allows one person on the team to draft the post and other admins to review and approve the posts before they are published. I also love the calendar tool that allows you to tag posts by category and see all of them in the calendar at a glance.

Cons: There's nothing I really dislike. My only suggestion would be for more capabilities, like being able to "share" a post link to a designated team member after it's been approved and posted.

Overall: I was looking something that would function as a team project management tool, and I was disappointed with the other tools out there. Loomly does exactly what I was looking for. I love the ability to set user permissions, and posts can go in the queue for review and approval.

Pros: Ease of organizing posts! We have started a small social media team for our bookshop after joining Loomly. We have created pages that reflect our brand and message after joining! Gained almost 5,000 with no outside targeting. Just great marketing, programing, and photography!

Cons: Small features that I know you must be in the process of making! We would love to post automatically to Instagram and tag from Loomly! Coding features that we know aren't available quite yet but we eagerly await their arrival.

Overall: Wonderful. We have recommended to so many other small business who have also joined. They love it just as much as we do! Thank you for creating a space for us to thrive!

Pros: The pros are: - It is very visual and intuitive - The customer service is great - The relationship price/value - To be able to fine tune for each channel - To be able to export the calendar - To be able to assign different roles to people for free (customers, workers...) - You have metrics - Tracking of the personalized URL (if you use it) - Phone alarm and email alarm for different events - Email update for incidents (pending aproval posts for example) - You can leave comments to colaborators And many more I'm now happy Hootsuite customer service was terrible and they wanted to charge me 500$/month for the same this app has for less than 200$

Cons: The cons are: - No automatic best time to publish - No auto publish on Instagram (you have to spend one network to connect it to buffer) - No possibility to mention on facebook - If you duplicate a post it does not duplicate the fine tunning for chanel - No scalable, if you have more than 50 channels the price difference is too much.

Pros: Loomly is very similar to Hootsuite as they are both social media mangers and help in posting content and making sure that posts are made consistently. What I really like about Loomly is how nice the interface is compared to many of the softwares that also serve as social media managers, such as Hootsuite. I had a great time using Loomly because it was very easy to navigate around when scheduling for content to be posted on our different soical media pages.

Cons: What I liked the least about this software is that there isn't anything particularly different about Loomly. There aren't any features that make Loomly any different from others and so I still think Hootsuite would be preferable to use as that is the industry standard.

Overall: My overall experience with Loomly has been great and I would recommend for others to give it a try using the 15-day free trial that the software provides to see if it would help to fulfill their organizational needs. However, I ultimately chose to not continue to use this as Hootsuite was better for our organization as it fulfilled our needs.

Pros: As the social media manager for a company who posts frequently on several social media channels, I use Loomly daily. I love the simplicity of creating and scheduling posts, as well as the ability to make edits to a post in a matter of seconds. The step-by-step process helps to keep all the information together, and the calendar layout makes it easy to see what is scheduled and what has already been published for later reference. Our workflow has improved with the ability to easily assign posts to specific people for approval before posts publish. I manage several brand calendars and find that the post ideas found within the content calendar help generate ideas for unique posts. I also find the Advanced Analytics very useful when creating my monthly brand analysis reports.

Cons: I'd like to have the option to hide Step 5, the Target Audience tab, as it is a screen I don't utilize much, if ever. I'm still waiting for the YouTube channel to be added to the list of options.

Pros: I've used Loomly for 2+ years and for multiple companies, for profit and non-profit. I got in with Loomly when they first launched and have been a very happy user. Their pricing is similar to competitors like Buffer but they have a little bit more of a visual approach in their content builder, which I like. Loomly helps any social media manager make the most of their marketing with a calendar view, analytics, and post builder. My companies have grown their engagement because of the tools Loomly offers.

Cons: There's a lot to make your way around on Loomly...maybe too much for the average user. If you're new to the social media game, it could be intimidating. But if you're a veteran, you probably love that Loomly offers so much to you if you click around all the different features and functions.

Overall: Seen my companies grow in engagement steadily!

Pros: I LOVE the calendar! You can at a glance see a beautiful calendar showing days you don't have posts scheduled, or that all your days are covered. And not just a post or not, but you can color code the posts so you can see if you have too much fluffy in a row, or not enough news this week. And I LOVE that you can drag and drop!!! It is SO easy to just move the tiles around to better balance things or when I have a more pressing news story come up for a day and want to just push off the other. It's also very convenient that you can schedule facebook tags and sponsorship boosts right from Loomly, and you can tweak your wording for Twitter versus Facebook. All of these were things when using Hootsuite we had to go in and do manually or set reminders to take care of later, or track the calendar separately since I couldn't see my past posts in the same view as my future posts on Hootsuite. Now it's all there and easy - a one stop shop.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that I have to do a few extra clicks to get to the page where you edit each channel's text for a post when I pull them up in a social media committee meeting. But that's only because we don't use the built-in approval process, I have them approve in the room and schedule it myself. So I'd imagine very few others actually experiences that.

Pros: I like that there is a review system! Helps my team stay in the loop and keeps us all on the same page as we review and publish content.

Cons: There isn't a lot of analytics behind your social performance, during the review process a LOT of emails are sent out for edits - it can be overwhelming or cause your team to miss something due to the quantity, and you can not choose one or two people of your approvers to look at a post - you can only send to one person or all. Also - When you choose to do a link preview, sometimes it posts nicely and other times, it minimizes the picture and puts the link preview to the right of the photo. Unfortunately, it will not let you choose the style you want the post to publish when using a link - and if you don't use the link previewer, your image will not be hyperlinked.

Pros: I manage 3 brands across multiple channels of social media and creating a post for every channel life each day was totally for the birds. There had to be a time saving platform out there that would allow me to put all my eggs in one basket. I loved the fact that I could create posts for all of the platforms that I use in one location and easily organize each brand.

Cons: At first, the only thing that seemed to be a downfall for this platform was the Instagram integration, but that was resolved and now we are posting on Instagram with confidence through Loomly.

Overall: With the ease of the user interface, it was very easy for me to learn this software. Within 8 hours, I had created 3 completely unique posting calendars. Loomly allows me to create posts and see the value in each post with their analytics tools. This has been detrimental in planning our future posts to ensure we create engaging and meaningful content.

Pros: There are a number of things to love about this software:

1. Great user experience

2. Outstanding customer service

3. Helps to streamline out social media process for both our company and our clients

4. Being able to view calendars both a list and as a calendar view

Cons: There are only two cons:

1. Scheduling directly to Instagram requires a separate Buffer account of each content calendar/client

2. At the moment, you can't customize the reports which would be of high value

Pros: The Pros:

- Easy to use

- The process is very easy for scheduling.

- Clean interface, very organized

- Easy Android App to use on the go

- Perfect Social Media Scheduling /Posting

- Love having clients approve proofs before social posts become public

- Love the drag and drop calendar

- Love the easy duplicate post option for multiple same post scheduling

Cons: Some of the negatives of the software

- no location tagging ability

- no stories option (Storrito has figured a way in doing this)

- preset design software would be nice (not a deal breaker but would be convenient)

- no set time option (need to keep changing the time from the calendar quick build view)

- Would be useful, in the calendar view once you're editing a certain post to stay within the calendar view post and not redirected to page, editing a series would be much more convenient then having to go back again into the calendar view.

Pros: Ease of use. Once you link your social accounts, it is very easy to start posting and scheduling. If you are short on ideas, Loomly has a section to give you popular hashtags on any given day. The entire process can be as automated as you wish.

Cons: The analytics. I wish they were better and were more options. They are ok and they help, but I personally use another program for analytics.

Overall: Loomly dramatically increased my efficiency as a social media manager. I can post to multiple accounts simultaneously, saving a lot of time - time that is now spent on marketing strategies and creating campaigns. If you are thinking about getting a SMMT for your business, do yourself a favor and give Loomly a chance. You won't regret the decision.

Pros: The simple UI and platform previews are awesome, but the most useful part of the platform is the ability to create, schedule, and edit copy per social channel. I utilize one piece of content and schedule it (at all different times) for Facebook, Twitter & Instagram and then am able to tweak the copy for each platform individually before publishing. This is so key for making sure twitter copy is short enough and adding hashtags specifically to Instagram. Again, the platform previews are awesome to know what your post will look like on the various social channels.

Cons: Needs multiple Image upload ASAP. I actually have to utilize another social media management platform anytime I want to schedule a post with multiple images for Instagram. Other that that, nothing. Can't beat the cost for the convenience it provides. Integrates seamlessly with Buffer as well, but would be nice to not have to pay for Loomly & Buffer.

Pros: The shared calendars are easy to setup and share with colleauges, clients, or contractors and provide a collaborative environment for creating and scheduling out your social media content calendars with ease. Additionally, the comprehensive and comparative reporting from week-to-week or month-to-month compiled for each clients' calendar is easy to generate; a click of the button, and easy for the client to read and understand because each and every assigned active social media account associated with the calendar is neatly compiled into one report. No more multiple sourced social media reports from each individual platform. Loomly has saved me hours and hours of work each month.

Cons: The biggest thing missing for any one providing an all-encompassing social media management solution is the "listening". You are not able to read or respond to post comments or direct messages to the social pages from within Loomly. This is strictly a scheduling and reporting application. Additionally, if you are creating specialized post creations inside a social platform (ex: slideshows in Facebook), or are publishing content to a blog, there's no way to really indicated this on the calendar or note in client reports.

Pros: From the multiple calendar views right on through the library and optional client approval process, this is hands down, the most complete social media management tool out there. The customer service is brilliant and they are updating often. With the built in connections to other software, Loomly is my dashboard for all things social media.

Cons: I would like the ability to colour code my own dashboard (or at least customise from the standard set-up), but the developers are quick to respond to my suggestions. I would also like an in-built message system for my clients. The way it is set up now is not intuitive (especially for clients who are not web savvy) and when things like the Library is updated, I don't get an automatic notification. Being able to easily communicate with clients through the app would be the cherry on top!

Pros: The calendar view is spectacular! I can view my upcoming posts by a list or calendar view, AND I can view my different company calendars in a consolidated view! OMG! If I have a queued post that I want to be moved to a different day, just drag/drop to a new date. Easy peasy!

The analytics are amazing!! Tells me my top posts (by saves and comments) and my flops (by saves and comments) as well as metrics for each post for each of my social media accounts.

I own three businesses and manage social media for a 4th. The sharing capabilities allow me to queue posts for the managed company to review/approve as well as allow employees of the managed company to generate their own posts as needed.

Cons: The only con as of now is the IG posting is still manual. :-( It does facilitate easy posting by loading up my post to my IG account on my phone for me to review and approve, but it would be nice for it to auto post.

Pros: desktop platform that pushes to Instagram and has auto-publishing capabilities; team review workflow; alternate captions; multiple social media channels; monthly calendar; reminders; library for photos; comments -- basically everything that is included is great

Cons: lacking and instagram feed view to plan how quilt would look with the queued posts

Overall: Loomly was the only software I could find that is desktop based, built for team reviews and calendar planning, and has auto-publishing. It's been great, but the iPhone app lacks most of the features included on the site

Pros: Finding the right social media calendars is difficult. I chose Loomly above all the others (buffer, hootsuit, coschedule) because is is stable, easy to use, has a clean interface, syncs well with the major social media platforms, allows Facebook ads from within the platform and is very affordable.

Cons: You can't schedule the one post to be resent multiple times to the same social media platform, but I would never want to do that.

Overall: I'm a solopreneur with no training in technology, who creates her own content, runs a wordpress blog and airtable database, and sends out regular information out via social media.

My main target is a Linked In style audience of health and technology professionals. I keep my material relevant and unique.

Loomly is an easy to use, straightforward product. For busy people on a low budget, who keep their content original, this is an excellent product.

Cons: The mobile app is undergoing some development and I would like to see a bit more a visual/ overall overview of the posts.

Overall: So far this platform works better than other products in the market. However, I am a bit concerned about the various free applications that can replace some of the functionalities. I personally never use the Comments section because it's not as functional as commenting directly to posts. There are also many extras that I don't use either but would like to see a bit more standout features to have the feeling that the investment was worth. I am sure they will improve over time. They have friendly customer service.

Pros: Loomly is the social media management platform I have been searching for. It's simple, organized, and visual. I love that it has the calendar feature where you can build or quickly add ideas and drag to move them to different days of the week without having to go into the post itself. With the calendar, you can easily see when you have posts scheduled and what the content is. There is also a feature when creating a post that gives you tips and suggestions to make your post more effective and appealing! Any images you use are saved into a photo gallery that you can reference later and you can easily duplicate a post if you want to post it again at a later date. I'm the only one who uses this for the organization I work for so I don't use the features of leaving comments on drafted posts for others to see but it's still a cool feature. Love everything about this AND it's very affordable. I could go on and on. Highly recommend.

Cons: If I HAD to list a con, I would like to be able to tag people's personal social media accounts instead of just businesses.

Pros: The ability to have multiple users, each with different levels of access, is amazing. We frequently have interns, and that allows us to give them the ability to draft posts and notify us when they're ready for review. The set-up of general content before fine-tuning each channel is exactly what we need. Other bonuses: Analytics! They aren't fully available with Twitter, but they are with Facebook which is a massive time saver. We also were able to get a great non-profit discount, making this super affordable for a small office!

Cons: It's unfortunate that we can't get Twitter analytics, but the Loomly team was great at explaining why, and it certainly doesn't change the user experience. The one thing that could be helpful going forward would be a separate option to 'live tweet' - we're at events frequently that require us to live tweet, and the current set-up is a bit long for that. We do it through Twitter directly right now, but we'd love to see an option to 'live tweet' so that we could keep all our social media posts on one platform.

Comments: I've been using this product since it was launched and I'm impressed with how far it's come in such a short time. I was looking for a solution that would allow me to easily edit posts and fine-tune them for each channel and I found it in Loomly! I use it daily and couldn't do my volunteer work without it.

Pros: Ease of use, good feature set, the responsiveness of the development team. a relatively new product and it's continually evolving and maturing...which is also a very good thing!

Recommendations to other buyers: I'm a convert from Hootsuite, which is a more mature product, but one that is lacking in the "ease of use" department. I'd strongly urge you to give Loomly a try!

Pros: The tool helps you create good content for your social media. It helps you organize your posting schedules and to organize your time well. If you have already created some posts, you can preview your news feed for all your future posts. You would come across a very responsive customer service team to get to all your queries. There is this monthly calendar view where in, you can check out a summary of all your posts by a glance. While you post a content, you can customize it to fit to different audiences. The application provides superb analytics to check out the best performing posts, conversion rates and engagement rates for several time intervals. You can tag posts and add notes.

Cons: The absence of multi factor authentication and auto publish content feature. A feature to delete multiple content all at once, would be very helpful. You can't post content to Instagram. An improvement in monitoring capabilities would be helpful. Bring up more platforms for social media.

Pros: Love the Calendar and the ability to create posts from Feeds. The Ideas/Topics are a nice touch for writer's block Reminders keep me on track and especially when on the go. New Library feature is nice. Would be great if we could delete multiple entries at a time vs one at a time.

Pros: This software is very easy to use and I love the ideas that pop-up when you are building a post. It gives me an idea for a future post or lets me know about a national day that I was not aware of. I really enjoy using this program because it allows me to easily manage my social media pages.

I would highly recommend this software to every social media manager!

Cons: I think my least favorite part about this software is having to use Buffer for Instagram. It is not a deal-breaker and they working on getting that integrated into the software to where you post directly from Loomly to Instagram.

It is a great time-saver and it does not take long to schedule the posts. I just set aside a couple of hours on an afternoon and have at it. The posts show up beautifully on my SM accounts. Highly recommend for the features and price.

Pros: I love that I can manage multiple client's social media accounts. Loomly works with all of the social media platforms that my clients need.

Cons: I wouldn't say these are cons, but more a wishlist of things I wish loomly did/had:

1- post directly to instagram without using buffer (extra cost)

2- abilty to edit photo's directly in the loomly post builder

3- save lists of hashtags

4- ability to tag photos in the post builder for instagram

Overall: I am able to schedule all of my client's posts with ease as well as submit the posts for approval to them so that they can see the posts before it goes out. I also like being able to pull analytics from loomly, although it would be nice if there was a visual graph we could see so that I could submit that to my clients.

Pros: I really like how simple Loomly is to use, and I love the fact that I can see my posts spread out on a calendar. I tag my posts with things like 'blog post', 'news', etc too so that I can get a good idea of how diverse my content is. I also like the post preview function - in fact it's the reason I went with Loomly over competitors. It stops me having to worry about how things look when I draft content, and it saves me time checking it all afterwards. Customer service is second to none.

Cons: It's a shame that their cheapest plan doesn't include better analytics. Nothing too fancy needed, but it would be good to have something other than 'Likes' and 'Retweets'. The next level up plan isn't too expensive, but it has a lot of features I'd not use as a solo, so it's not worth the extra dollars really.

Overall: So far, so good! I'm really happy with it and am enjoying the freedom from scheduling anxiety!

Pros: Great price for what you get! Easy to use and I'm able to customize posts for every platform in just an extra click or two.

Cons: No real cons! Just features I wish it had, schedule automatically to Instagram )it's coming) Wish I could comment using Loomly.

Overall: Customer service was exceptional when I had a question when I first signed up. It's been a great platform to manage 5 clients. Love it!

Pros: I like the calendar view. I can easily see what is scheduled for multiple clients as well as plan ahead. The reporting and analytics tool is very easy and provides a great benefit to clients.

Cons: I really can't thibk of any cons. The customer services is terrific and if I've had any challenges, the CEO himself responds with a solution.

Overall: Overall, Loomly is worth the spend to better manage multiple social media accounts. I feel much more organized.

Pros: I have tested many different social media scheduling applications, and Loomly by far has the cleanest interface. The calendar view of each scheduled post along with the ability to customize each post to the specific requirements of each platform is incredibly helpful. Loomly also offers content suggestions when you run out of ideas to post. It definitely tops Hootsuite and Buffer in my book!

Cons: Loomly consistently updates their platform adding new features all the time, so it is difficult to come up with cons. What I might mention today may be fixed tomorrow. One thing I would like to see is the possibility to post directly to Instagram, but that is an issue that lies directly with the Instagram API.

Pros: I love the fact you can upload everything and schedual it for release ahead of time. It saves on so much time, espeically when you are someone who is on the go like myself and get so caught up in life that you forget about things such as social media plugging during critical times. This took makes it so much easier!

Cons: I do not really like having to go through an additional tool, buffer. Would be nice to just have to go through loomly only and not have to download the buffer app on my phone.

Overall: So far it has been great and I've suggested it to all my freelance friends as a useful tool for social media promotion!

Pros: We did a lot of research on social calendaring options. We subscribed, tested, posted, shared and compared. Loomly clearly stood out above all of the others out there. Many of the other services we reviewed had bells and whistles that no one really needs. Loomly is smart, easy to use, cost-effective, and has really good analytics. Our clients can preview and approve online and it speeds up the entire process.

Cons: We have had no issues. It works as it says it will and we're happy with the results that we are getting.

Pros: What makes Loomly so good is that it is far better at giving you options about how you want to go about content creating. you can make calendars and add clients and have them approve what you are doing before things go live or you can just go about it yourself and post now without collaboration and go live right after you create the post. It is all up to you.

Pros: We absolutely love the calendar and workflow features. There's no other social media management software at this price point that comes even close. Being able to build out a quarterly calendar with a skeleton, then having my team fill in the post and put it through an editing workflow, has been revolutionary, by allowing us to get away from endless stacks of paper. I think the best I can say is the headline: After trying an enormous number of social media tools, including some that are quite expensive, Loomly is the best tool of its kind.

Cons: Creating events from calendar view requires a lot of extra clicking. Tags aren't global, so if you have multiple calendars, you have to create each one separately. On Facebook, back-posting is not supported yet, and you can't share a Loomly post to another page or profile from within Loomly.
