All very smooth. Pros I like the flow of creating posts and the feedback on timing, content and etc. Also, the price was very reasonable. Cons Sometimes when publishing to Instagram it freezes but that is not often. Also, the need to go to publishing details in the app was not fully intuitive the first time I did it. September 24, 2019 5.0 Pros I chose Loomly because it was the most affordable software out there doing just exactly what I needed for my communication agency. Their customer service is excellent : you can feel that they value their customers. It's really easy to use and does exactly what it's supposed to do. :) Cons I guess, because it's a relatively new software, there is some functions that could be added... But I'm confident that it's coming because almost every week they release something new. April 3, 2019 5.0 I am able to schedule all of my client's posts with ease as well as submit the posts for approval to them so that they can see the posts before it goes out. I also like being able to pull analytics from loomly, although it would be nice if there was a visual graph we could see so that I could submit that to my clients. Pros I love that I can manage multiple client's social media accounts. Loomly works with all of the social media platforms that my clients need. You can collaborate on the posts with your teammates and also preview the post befor posting it, which is great. Very helpful are also the content suggestions based on trending topics. The collaboration tools are also great, it allows me to send social media in a fully designed format to clients for review and approval before they are posted live to their accounts. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve in using the calendar functions and adding all f the accounts, but I could have probably spent some time going through training instead of winging it. It has enabled me to get a grasp of all my social media platforms and there is still more utility to discover through more usage. Pros The functionality of this software is amazing. The interface is clean and esthetic. The app gives you options on how you can publish your posts, either through the application or through Buffer. It is simple to connect all of your social media accounts and there are plenty of guides to set up your calendar workflows to fit your personal needs. There is even an option to invite collaborators onto your calendar creation tool. Cons There is nothing I don't like about this software. It has fit all my needs and I will continue to use it enthusiastically! Pros It's allowed my team to be more efficient by streamlining processes and helping us collaborate easily and effectively. I like the consolidated calendar view to be able to view the content on all social media platforms in one simple, easy to use interface. Cons As a relatively new user to the platform, it's a bit overwhelming and confusing at first. The mobile website is a bit sub par for mobile devices. It simplifies things and saves time. For example: You can start a post for one company and select which platforms you want: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Then it allows you to edit the text in each so you can make it more original. This helps save you time, instead of having to schedule each post separately. Cons I use Loomly to schedule content for a client. My client set up Loomly, so I don't know what was involved with that. But, overall it's been pretty easy for me to use. There was a little finagling in the beginning, but for the most part it's been working well for us. October 5, 2017 5.0 Pros Everything is easily customizable for posts, and within a scheduled post you can make changes per platform. Since Instagram doesn't allow third party scheduling, Loomly emails me the picture to easily download and the text I had set to use so I easily copy and paste it into Instagram to post. There are also great suggestions for timing of posts, length, and engagement to help social media managers get their posts really eye-catching. Cons It might be nice if there were an option to receive emails about Instagram posts, letting you know that you have one scheduled for that day in x amount of hours/minutes, as well as one right when the post should publish. I don't think that everyone would like it if they always got that many emails, which is why I think it'd be a great option to have available for those who might like the extra reminder! Pros I love the fact you can upload everything and schedual it for release ahead of time. It saves on so much time, espeically when you are someone who is on the go like myself and get so caught up in life that you forget about things such as social media plugging during critical times. This took makes it so much easier! Cons I do not really like having to go through an additional tool, buffer. Would be nice to just have to go through loomly only and not have to download the buffer app on my phone. I love that they give you post ideas and tutorials to help you get started. The support has always been very helpful. Overall very user-friendly and dynamic platform. October 20, 2017 5.0 Pros I like how simple it is to layout posts and it gives you easy to follow tips to help with the process. Great tool for small business owners. Cons There are some restrictions but I believe it's with every other system. I did speak with their customer service and they have plans for great growth and development in the coming months. We subscribed, tested, posted, shared and compared. Loomly clearly stood out above all of the others out there. Many of the other services we reviewed had bells and whistles that no one really needs. Loomly is smart, easy to use, cost-effective, and has really good analytics. Our clients can preview and approve online and it speeds up the entire process. Cons We have had no issues. I love being able to sit down at the beginning of the week and schedule my social media posts I also love the feature that allows you to invite collaborators if you work with other businesses. There's no other social media management software at this price point that comes even close. Being able to build out a quarterly calendar with a skeleton, then having my team fill in the post and put it through an editing workflow, has been revolutionary, by allowing us to get away from endless stacks of paper. I think the best I can say is the headline: After trying an enormous number of social media tools, including some that are quite expensive, Loomly is the best tool of its kind. Cons Creating events from calendar view requires a lot of extra clicking. Tags aren't global, so if you have multiple calendars, you have to create each one separately. On Facebook, back-posting is not supported yet, and you can't share a Loomly post to another page or profile from within Loomly. Review Source JC Josh C.
