The support staff have been incredibly helpful and pleasant, and Loomly has successfully published all content we've scheduled. It's also been great for our team - a lot of us do not work in the same office or even the same state, but the multi-user function has allowed us to work together and execute content efficiently and successfully. Pros Loomly is easy to learn and efficient in scheduling, approving, and posting social media content across multiple social media channels. The multi-functional, multi-user platform works great for our organization which has almost 10,000 members. Cons There was a minor set back with the automated Instagram publishing, but Loomly quickly resolved that issue and walked us through every step to get back to fully automated publishing. Within 8 hours, I had created 3 completely unique posting calendars. Loomly allows me to create posts and see the value in each post with their analytics tools. This has been detrimental in planning our future posts to ensure we create engaging and meaningful content. Pros I manage 3 brands across multiple channels of social media and creating a post for every channel life each day was totally for the birds. There had to be a time saving platform out there that would allow me to put all my eggs in one basket. I loved the fact that I could create posts for all of the platforms that I use in one location and easily organize each brand. Cons At first, the only thing that seemed to be a downfall for this platform was the Instagram integration, but that was resolved and now we are posting on Instagram with confidence through Loomly. However, I am a bit concerned about the various free applications that can replace some of the functionalities. I personally never use the Comments section because it's not as functional as commenting directly to posts. There are also many extras that I don't use either but would like to see a bit more standout features to have the feeling that the investment was worth. I am sure they will improve over time. Pros I like that it will save us time posting to several sites. It is a rather easy to user interface. It has definitely made posting to multiple places easier and much faster. Cons You have to manually push to Instagram frequently. This is time consuming. There are work around but require a sign up with other services. After making a post and scheduling it for publishing it takes you back to a screen where you have to click to reopen the calendar vs going back to the calendar view. I also think that you should be able to print your calendar out with any paid membership regardless of the tier. This should not require an upgrade. For $34.99/ month, it was not creating any savings for my business. Pros I tried Loomly for a month after looking for a social media scheduling platform, and it just wasn't for me. The only thing that I really liked about this software was the content ideas they provide. I didn't find that the most important part - social media management was user-friendly at all. Cons I was looking for a user-friendly content management tool and this was not it. When I saw that Loomly offered multiple calendar views for multiple social media accounts, I was sold.However, after giving it a shot, it wasn't as user-friendly as I'd hoped and instead of creating efficiencies for my business, I ended up spending time just trying to figure out how to use it. Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Loomly is the Answer" August 31, 2018 5.0 Pros Loomly is the social media management platform I have been searching for. It's simple, organized, and visual. I love that it has the calendar feature where you can build or quickly add ideas and drag to move them to different days of the week without having to go into the post itself. With the calendar, you can easily see when you have posts scheduled and what the content is. There is also a feature when creating a post that gives you tips and suggestions to make your post more effective and appealing! Any images you use are saved into a photo gallery that you can reference later and you can easily duplicate a post if you want to post it again at a later date. I'm the only one who uses this for the organization I work for so I don't use the features of leaving comments on drafted posts for others to see but it's still a cool feature. Love everything about this AND it's very affordable. I could go on and on. Highly recommend. Cons If I HAD to list a con, I would like to be able to tag people's personal social media accounts instead of just businesses.
