Pros: Clean, simple and straight forward to use. The technical support provide excellent customer service and system support

Cons: The administration side can be a bit convoluted and it can take a few clicks to get to where one wants to be.

Pros: It is simple to use and stille very professional. So many options/features. As a customer it feels like "your own" system.

Pros: Fits all the needs for a business as a live chat option for the first line of defense support. Bot answers the questions it already knows immediately. If it cannot answer, it provides other options in a timely manner.

Cons: Wish it cookied the browser so that when you exit out or refresh your session, it doesn't lose everything.

Overall: Cost savings, efficiencies, speed of response.
