ProsClean, simple and straight forward to use. The technical support provide excellent customer service and system support
ConsThe administration side can be a bit convoluted and it can take a few clicks to get to where one wants to be.

“Super easy to use!”

OverallCost savings, efficiencies, speed of response.
ProsFits all the needs for a business as a live chat option for the first line of defense support. Bot answers the questions it already knows immediately. If it cannot answer, it provides other options in a timely manner.
ConsWish it cookied the browser so that when you exit out or refresh your session, it doesn't lose everything.
