Cons

At the price point, I did not feel that it was worth it to continue utilizing this program, especially since my business transactions aren't very hard to manage

Pros

This software gives you the ability to get paid by your clients and pay your subcontractors all the in the same place, which is a huge time saver. This software changes the game for small business accounting.

Cons

It's a little confusing at first, especially when you are trying to explain to your subcontractor that they are going to get paid through Bill.com. Once you explain how it works, you'll be up and running without any major hiccups.

easy to use software for what it is. nothing bad to say about software

Cons

signed up to pay a new major vendor. after a week they cancelled the account without a reason nearly ruining a business relationship and never paid the bill. cannot reach anyone by phone...stay away!!!!

Bill.com is delivering the benefits of payables automation in an extremely affordable package. And because it is a SaaS application, it requires no IT support

We love that we can pay vendors so easily. Payments can be approved via email to our vendors. Adding customers is super easy.

Cons

No real complaints on the software. Minor things like improving the look of the software would be nice.

Pros

I love being able to set up and pay bills in such litle time and minimal effort. Always been timely and accurate.

Cons

Make sure to plan ahead in case you need to verify accounts. Know when deadline is to set up payment for current months payments to get there in time.

Cons

The site is not mobile friendly and can be difficult to navigate. I’ve had it crash occasionally even on desktop.

Not friendly to use, no way to call and not interested to help event if they did not explain extra cost.

Pros

i like the auto payment features and feels less worried towards my payment dates because bills.com take cares all of them.

Cons

charges for the service are little high. No rewards system is on payment to encourage bill payments.

Easy deployment and user friendly way to keep track of open invoices and deadlines with several reminders.

Pros

Great integration of multiples necesitiess in one place like payment deadlines, credit memos, and the status of the invoice.

Cons

The customer service could be better since right now depends only of chat or email with not the best responses.

It can have many people sign on the checks and can be accessed from anywhere. It's also easy to use.

Cons

There should be more syncing resolutions with other accounting software such as Quickbooks.
