Receiving B2B payments.

Pros

Compared to QB or Stripe, the email notifications when getting paid through Bill.com are more professional.

Cons

Haven't encountered problems yet. The timeframe before pay-out could be shorter.

If you have more than 50 employees, worth the cost. Its definitely user friendly and easy to navigate.

Pros

User friendly, customer service wasn't needed since I could actually figure it out myself. Easy to submit my expenses.

Cons

A little pricey for a small company, which we are. I don't think the cost was efficient for us trying to save money.

I liked that I was able to invoice clients and give them the option to pay me directly online, instead of requiring a check in the mail!

I didn't like the organization of the webpage, I thought it could have been a lot more clear.

Pros

It allowed me to pay my bills adequately but signing up was confusing because the offerings were not clear

Cons

Very confusing website at first with a lot of different options however none of the options presented specifics which are obviously the most important thing with any mortgage or financial instrument.

With the increase of online payements and methods the demand for new, quick, and creative ways to pay on the net is risen.

Cons

On one hands bill.com addresses a research gap that is not yet been established. But many models resemble their own and I believe they a ten not well distinguished from the rest.

Automates both accounts payable and receivable. Simple, clear interface. Multiple approval levels. Cash forecast. Auto Bill Entry.

Cons

Auto Bill Entry pricey. Help could be more instructional and context-sensitive. Reports not very customizable; can't link to underlying data.
