I guess that's their way of handling support issues. There's this person \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] they keep pointing to as the person who I need to talk with about my refund. He just doesn't reply at all. They admitted to charging us for 3 months after we cancelled our service with them...... so why is it taking months of me pestering them and still no refund. It has been infective for me to some extent. Pros Ability to publish an article and alert my viewers immediately and the subsequent increase on my website by site visitors. Cons Not having options for 4000, 45000, 6000, 10,000 subscribers. I suggest these should be made available for people who would love to have them. You have 3500 and jumped to 75000 which is a big gap. Nothing inbetween. I would have loved to pay according to the growth of my subscribers. Now I have 3500 subscribers and more but not 75000. It means when my subscribers grow to 4000, i will be loosing 500 people because the next level is 75,000 and too costly for me to fund at this moment. And it only took me 5 minutes of configuration to get everything working, so it was perfect. Pros The tool is very easy to configure and offers a very advantageous free version. Cons People who unsubscribe from my site's push notifications are not removed from the counter of the possible limit of the number of subscribers. This also means that a person inadvertently clicking on the tool will consume "a place" of the global limit. UTM params inserted in the notification URL are tracked and now it's my primary source of direct traffic. My customers have started loving that and few of them emailed me that now they get timely notification from us informing about the new posts. Email marketing is dead, newsletter subscriptions are hardly sending traffic back to my site as compared to PushAssist. I am using it from 1+ year now and no regrets so far. Pros I am using PushAssist WordPress plugin which integrates the entire PushAssist panel within my wordpress blog. Settings like auto send a push notification when a new post is published or updated along with trackable UTM params is a killer. Right after publishing my post i straight away see real time traffic in my Google Analytics dashboard. Before using push notifications on my site i had to wait a while for Google to index my page and traffic starts flowing in. Pricing point of view i feel it's pretty cheap as compared to few other vendors i tried in past. ROI on push notification for a WordPress site especially in "Adblocker Era" is simply great.
