Pros: The user interface is smooth, well-thought-out, and pleasant. But it does not stop there. It's hard to get both form and function right. Leadworx does an excellent job at combining the two.

Setting up my account was flawless. Adding my website was a breeze. For a Wordpress user like me, they went a step ahead and provided a plugin that would add the needed script. I much prefer the plug-in route as it would be easy deactivate later if I don't need it for some reason. The instructions to install the Wordpress plug-in were simple and easy to follow. They could have just left it up to the user to add the couple of lines code. (They do have those instructions on their help portal, if that's preferred.)

The best part I think is that integrates with quite a few popular CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho. I was thrilled to find out that it also integrated Salesflare, which is what I use. Again, the integration with Salesflare was flawless. It also integrates quite a few email clients and Slack.

Cons: I can't think of any. Perhaps they can add some of the more popular email clients, such as Active Campaign, which is what I use, to their integrations. (Their roadmap mentions that they are looking into it.)

Overall: Once I had setup my account and the plugin, it took a few hours for it to start collecting data. Within a few more hours, I started seeing data for the visitors. My website is brand new so I don't get much traffic yet. Still, within about 24 hours after I connected my Wordpress account, Leadworx had captured about 5 visitors, including a business with 30 employees that would be well within my prospect profile.

Also, within minutes after integrating, I was seeing all my data from Salesflare inside Leadworx. Even better, they had sliced the data that was *caputured by salesflare* and presented my existing contacts and accounts in 3 pie charts that categories them by industry, number of employees, country. For the first time, I got a clear picture of the kinds of customers we have had.

The capture (sync) of the visitor data into a sales funnel within my Salesflare account was also also easy. It was pretty cool to be able to actually capture the data into 1) one of the sales funnels I had set up inside Salesflare and 2) assign a "stage" to the account within that sales funnel.

Pros: Many tools that reveal your website visitors use Google Analytics to do so, and they can only detect companies that have a dedicated IP address registered to their name. Unfortunately, this leads to a ton of bad leads and you also get a lot of schools (from students browsing from their IP) and internet providers (since IPs are often registered to the provider).

Leadworx is better because they actually have a database of millions of businesses that they have put together, and is always growing. So I have found the leads I get from my visitors are FAR more accurate than the several other tools I have tried that only use Google Analytics.

Also, the fact that they track the visitor's path through the website is great, so you can see how far that visitor got and contact them with that information in mind!

Cons: They do limit how many companies they reveal the contact info for, depending on your plan. While they have some great info, I wish it would just apply to every company that visits without a limit.

Also, I would like to see a little more info from each company such as more social profile info, etc.

Overall: It's hard to find good B2B leads, and you often don't know how many people have visited your website with a genuine interest. Leadworx gives you great and accurate leads, and has allowed me to finally have a good pool of leads and information about those leads so I can reach out. This is much better than being a completely cold contact where the company hasn't expressed interest. With these leads, I am not going in blind when contacting them. They have already visited my site, and I know more about them. It's been fantastic!

Pros: 1. Track companies of all sizes looking into your website.

2. Track specific pages that are viewed by your visitors, and time spent for each pages.

3. Determine their traffic source (Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Direct, etc.)

4. Advance filtering of leads (filter leads by the number of employees, traffic source, specific pages they have viewed, by country, by tag)

5. Ability to add team members

6. Have their own database and they don't rely on Google Analytics like other companies.

Pros: We get more than 100,000 users on our website every month. Leadworx scouts which companies and countries these anonymous users are from; and specific pages they have visited per session. What's even more powerful is their Google Analytics integration & workflows support, which has helped marketing understand the real value of traffic coming to the web across different sources; and has helped sales teams initiate a bunch of tactical outreach initiatives. A great alternative for tools like Clearbit or other DataBase/ABM tools; as Leadworx makes all the data actionable with a very friendly UI and connected data points for insights.

Cons: Currently Leadworx captures the headquarters of the company from which the person is browsing the website, which becomes difficult for sales to follow up for companies which are spread across multiple geo locations. Hopefully the guys at Leadworx are working to solve this issue.

Overall: All in all, a great product, simple UI (can be easily taught to teams who are not that marketing savvy as well), very low TAT and great customer service. Would definitely urge B2B businesses who are focused on Account Based Marketing to give this a spin!

Pros: I like the abiliy to see who visits your site and find out who they are and if they are relevant to your business.

You can integrate your marketing, analytics and leadworx to give you a clearer picture of your visitors, so clear you can drill down to visitor industry, size, value, with suggested leads to connect and connect being the magical word that convert to sales. It works great for active landing pages that have the leadworx code, its like having an extra hand sifting all the data for valid leads.

I have tried tried leadberry and leadberry only works well if you have big traffic coming to your site, so you lose leads and cant convert as easily with leadworx but I also noticed that they give different results both usable but leadworx delivers faster.

Integration is key and leadworx gets you suggested leads straight to your CRM for easy processing.

Cons: They have limited credits to unlock the emails and contact details of clients they discover. They should integrate with more tools.

Overall: Getting leads that we didnt know we had till we started using leadworx.

Pros: Intuitive and cost effective lead monitoring. We currently use more than one form of lead monitoring software, and Leadworx has proven to generate leads which are equivalent to that of more expensive services.

Cons: As with any service, the performance is only as good as the information provided by the user.

Overall: I used the web chat to install Leadworx on two separate domains. The quality of the support provided was excellent. Results from the monitoring improve quickly over time.

Pros: Leadworx has some really good website traffic identification capabilities and the accuracy is remarkable compared to other products that we tried. It's a must have for any sized company for highly targeted ABM initiatives.

Pros: It's very easy to set up, offers a ton of functionality and has a great UI/UX. But what stood out was their amazing customer success team. They worked very closely with our team to make sure the product integrated deeply into our existing processes and that it had a bottom line impact. Other similar tools that we tried gave only the company name, which is great to know but is not really actionable. But since they helped us create automated workflows to drive the data where it can be used right away, we started seeing results from 1st week. If somehow it's not working for you, email them. The data that they generate has a vast potential and they'll help you realize it.

Cons: In the product, the ability to assign team members to a specific lead would be great.

Overall: Great product coupled with an amazing customer success team which is fanatical about providing value.

Pros: Easy to Use, Cost Effective and Fast Implementation. I loved the Website Personalization and the automated Outreach Pieces. Leadworx's data is much better than the competitor software.

Cons: A lot of integrations are in pipeline, I am waiting for them to get live so that i can stop paying Zapier.

Overall: It was amazing, Sahil and his team have really gone above and beyond just being a vendor for Freshworks to make this partnership work very well. I am thankful to Sahil and his team for amazing product and implementation. All the best to Leadworx!

Pros: Leadworx is not dependent on Google Analytics. They built their own proprietary tracking that combines a series of technologies to be able to identify visitors on your website with greater accuracy. Second, I'm personally quite lazy when it comes to following up these visitors. Thankfully Leadworx has automated workflows in place that allow you to get updates in Slack and/or automatically push new leads to CRM. Works great together with Salesflare, which can send automated emails to the new leads, so you don't need to lift a finger.

Cons: Nothing much. There's a few bugs here and there, but it does what it's supposed to do and it does it well.

Pros: Leadworx reveals the companies and countries our users are from as well as the specific pages they visit. The Google Analytics integration adds even more value to our understanding of our visitors and helps us make more tailored outreach.

Cons: Would like it to be even more accurate. This is improving however. And there will always be some gaps with a service like this.

Overall: Find out which companies are visiting your website. This is very valuable information.

Pros: It's providing the value of money and give me leads. The Support is great.

Cons: - It's a bit difficult to navigate and onboarding could get much easier.

- I try to subscribe to daily emails again but don't see a button (probably it is me)

Overall: Class software - Love it! I'd recommend to everyone.

Pros: GA has a view that you can set up to record some of what LeadWorx does. However, here are the three main benefits of why I use LeadWorx. The first and second reasons are the UI and UX of the platform. It is beautiful, organized and easy to use. The third reason is the ability to identify contacts at the lead's company straight through the app.

Cons: They have limits on their plans, just like any provider. The pain here is that they allow up to X records of leads per month. However, they do not allow you to delete leads, etc. so you fill up your lead allotment regardless of if it's information you want to keep or not. Can escalate your costs quickly depending on the size of your business traffic.

Overall: Identify advertising traffic that didn't convert and remarket to them.

Pros: We are a B2B SaaS company and I love the way Leadworx has automated most of the manual steps required for cold outbound. From gathering the best fit companies (from those who have already visited our site) to getting the decision makers, they have you covered. The data is easily pushed to our email automation software which runs drip email campaigns. No more manual company/email hunting and verification.

Cons: It would be great if they could replace our email automation software and give us an all-in-one outbound platform.

Overall: I have not seen this level of end to end automation with any other tool (and I have used quite a few of them). I'd highly recommend Leadworx for B2B demand generation.

Pros: This is a pretty good tool in comparison with Clearbit or Leadberry (which I've used in past).

It shows you the company and it's details and also the people from the company. So you can reach them through the tool itself.

Also, it's cheap. (As compared to others)

The UX and support team is very good. Kudos to them.

Cons: Although no one can have the perfect database, Leadworx has a good one. I've had some of the companies data mixed up, and when I reached out to them they got it solved quickly.

But this tool still shows some data from the companies who haven't visited my website. It's just a mis match. :(

Pros: The differentiator of the product is it's UI/UX. I found it really helpful in boosting the efficiency of our demand gen engine. It helps us capture and nurture unidentified visitors through its marketing automation and remarketing features.

Loved the feature of setting up workflows, which makes the tool more interactive, its ready integrations allows it to fit into your current marketing technology stack.

Cons: Nothing so far. Would love to see more features in it.

Pros: Understanding who's coming to your website and creating a workflow for reaching out to them. Their customer service is also very good and are quick to respond!

Cons: Not all prospects can be identified, but ofcourse this is difficult or sometimes impossible and so I don't fault them for it. I'd also like to see more integrations with more CRMs.

Overall: Understanding who's coming to our website, targeting these prospects when we're top of mind and executing on sales strategy to convert them into warm leads.

Pros: Allos you to gain more insights on your website visitors by matching ip addresses to Companies in their database. Can be useful for some businesses that target large corporations. It also has lots of integration options with 3rd party software.

Cons: I say this is largely useless for most businesses as the data you get back is almost unusable. You have to sift through lots of junk visitor data. For example, if someone visits your website form home then the lead will be listed as that person's internet service provider, like Comcast.....this is not a lead from Comcast. Also, even if a valid corporation does show up, you have no idea if it was the CEO, the mail clerk or a daydreaming office worker trying to start a business that came to your site. How do you turn this into a valid lead?? The quality of this tool really depends on who your target market is and how fine tuned the traffic is coming to your website, otherwise it's useless.

Overall: Was never able to get useful data from the tool and stopped using it.

Pros: Leadworx is quite easy to setup, if you understand Wordpress. We had to install an additional plugin, but afterwards it worked nicely.

After a few days Leadworx starts collecting data that looks very accurate. How do I know? Because I implemented Leadworx for a customer and my agency is showing up as a lead on their account with very specific info about which pages employee's from my company clicked at and for how long.

What's really nice ist that you can also easily obtain specific contact info about companies that visited your page, e.g. the marketing manager or CEO. You can then buy that contact info with credits you are assigned to each month.

Adding team members works like a charm and is unlimited, I think.

What's also great is the integration with CRM software like Salesforce and Pipedrive, so you can import the leads generated through Leadworx and directly implement them to your CRM software. Neat!

Cons: The database! In my opinion the database is too small. Otherwise I can't explain how my customer, who is in business for 40 years, with more than 1.200 unique visitors each month and 200+ clients has about 3-5% real leads while the rest consists of bots, marketing companies etc.

Especially the existing customers that are visiting his website every day should be displayed, but they aren't.

The database makes or breaks the usefulness of the software obviously. The functionality and approach of the software is fantastic, but there is still a long way to go. Due to the less than ideal quality of the database I cannot recommend using the software as a reliable lead generation tool at the moment.

Pros: The accuracy of the leads that come through. Some other software have accuracy in certain parts of the world. Leadworx appears to have a larger database and can provide access to more companies visiting your site.

Cons: A small glitch when clicking on referral to lower quality company sites. Not a big issue though, just cut and paste the company's site to visit their webpage.

Overall: Great Software, Easy to install the scripts, Strong accuracy with Data of leads.

Pros: I love the interface and find the app extremely user-friendly. I also am impressed with the responsive and helpful nature of the support reps, as well as their professionalism.

Cons: N/A. I haven't been using this for too long, but I'm very pleased thus far. I will update this review should that change.

Overall: It's offered fantastic insights into my leads, and done so in a user-friendly manner making LeadWorx a joy to use.

Pros: Leadworx is an unusual service that I didn't believe could exist before we tried it. It provides us a great look at the prospects visiting our website. The platform was so easy to use and it literally took under 2 minutes to get started.

Pros: Leadworks gives valuable data about your website visitors. While it is not 100% accurate, it pulls out a lot of info that can be used for lead generation and retargeting purposes.

Pros: After trying out numerous similar softwares in the industry, we finally settled for Leadworx. They offer the most extensive set of native integrations (with CRMs, drip email tools, real time chat etc) which enables seamless data flow. Due to this, we are able to make the full use of the product and the leads it generates.

Cons: None so far. Will update in near future if something comes up.

Pros: Simple installation and clean dashboard. Additional details about the visiting company such as which pages they have visited, their total sessions and time duration spent on each page give us a greater insight into their buying intent. Getting the decision maker of those companies is a big plus too.

Cons: Not possible to know the exact visitor who has visited my website.

Overall: Helps in our outbound campaign. We see a 3x better conversion when we reach out to companies who have visited our site, as compared to cold prospects. Definitely valuable for a B2B company.
