Pros: The bot helps us automate our ordering, menu, offers and coupons to target new customers as well as drives orders and revenue. Its easy to setup and HeyMojo team did a great job with the onboarding and automating the marketing part. Loved the sequence feature which pings users if they liked a menu item or sends them an offer if they did not complete the purchase.

Cons: The dashboard is useful, but sometimes its hard to search in conversations and the ability to create new offers automatically is still not there. With a POS integration, this should be a no-brainer for any restaurant or pizzeria to drive direct revenue without sharing any commissions.

Overall: We have built a subscription list of users who liked our restaurant and offers and the list keeps on increasing as we run our social media campaigns and FB ads. We have been able to acquire new users through this and retarget our loyal customers with offers and promotions. Its really interesting how a lot of the marketing efforts are automated and we can really see this driving a big part of our revenue going forward.
