Pros: It is quick and easy to use. I basically do not have to worry about the size of my groups or how many I include in an email blast. I am able to blast out my Newsletter in about 1/4 of the time it took before I had this product.

Cons: Not being a teckee it took me a while to figure out how to set it up, but I did get it set up with guidance from your support.

Overall: it saves me time.

Pros: It is easy to setup and get going. The interface is easy to navigate. The report statistics are good and useful.

Cons: A lot of governance issues regarding the enforcement of TOC require us to deal with a lot of technical issues, which is useful but can also be time consuming.

Easy to use, easy to just forget about and let it do its thing in the background without worry

Pros: Investigating email failure is very easy. Being able to track down bounced mails and find out the reason for bouncing is great, it helps greatly in tracking down where the failure occurred (ie customer, server, etc). The charging model is also perfect for our usage. The reporting visuals are fantastic to see how we are tracking through the month,

Overall: For our usage this software is great and does the job perfectly

Great buy, you dont even need to try.

Pros: Easy to use and great visual statistic that tells you what you need to know. An excellent support with quick response.

Cons: Low tolerence when it comes to Bounces even if end users have special configurations that are in conflict with the rules.

Overall: We are in no need to use the ISP smtp and therefore can use our own configuration.

Easy to set up, multiple verification options, reliable.

Pros: SMTP2GO portal is easy to use and has simple interface yet it is very comprehensive with extended options on smtp users, domains, various restrictions that can be set and best of all, good compliance audit options.

Cons: Higher tier plans could cost a bit less.
domains allowed list could also be restricted per user.

Overall: reliability, cost savings

Pros: Guaranteed delivery, quick support, easy settings and all of that cost much cheaper than analogs I found

Cons: only one: another language support. my English is bad, so i need some time to write correctly ticket to support

Pros: Its capability to send to all my client without delays,it has delivered the features that I needed in order for my daily mailing task to be achieve, Great software!

Cons: Setting up the account into may mail blaster, its abit hard for first time user to set up the account

Overall: Fast delivery of mails to all my clients and suppliers.

Pros: The software was easy to setup with low ongoing maintenance. One of the most cost effective packages on the market that we found.

Cons: It would be great if this software could also integrate to SMS systems which would mean we can use the same software for both.

Overall: I was able to save significant costs automating my faxing system, invoicing system and our EDI system to allow it all to go straight to email.

Pros: Have found SMTP2GO extremely reliable and have never experienced any issues with the service. email delivery. User interface is simply, clear and easy to use.

There is a good level of detail available in the log files that is useful in tracking email delivery issues.

Cons: Only minor request would be to have the option to retain email logs for up to 12 months. This is functionality I would be happy to be a small additional charge for access to.

Pros: easy to use, super flexible, cheap for the service it provides. Use it alot for setting up older devices that don't support TLS/SSL email relays.

Cons: there is no app for the iphone to make setup even easier when onsite at a client. , everything else works really great.

Pros: No limits on the number of emails you can send from your email client. Overcomes the email limitations of many ISPs. Good metrics and support if there are issue with blacklisting. They are strict that only opt-in listsare used and that there are clear opt-out instructions.

Cons: Nothing. It does what it says on the tin. Sometimes there can be issues with blacklisting, but support always are responsive and help fix the issue quickly.

Overall: Overcoming ISP email monthly and daily limitations at a modest cost. Not more I can say to that is there?

An excellent & very reliable service. SMTP2Go appears bombproof & Black List free.

Pros: The service is very easy to setup, give a simple & clear overview of traffic through the service. I'm able to monitor multiple Companies & Domains within a couple of clicks. SMTP2Go also acts as a second layer of security. If any AntiVirus/Security Systems become compromised, Outbound Spam would be blocked, flagging the issue & protecting the Domain/Senders reputation. The Support is always very very prompt, relying to any questions & in the almost unheard of every of an issue, resolving everything. Everyone on that uses it is 100% happy, it is invisible, exactly what a service like SMTP should be on a daily basis.

Pros: What I like most about this software is the easy API integration, and very easy to navigate around the system.

Cons: What I like the least is that the upgrade plans are not flexible. From 20,000 emails to 100,000 jump. I am also not able to view the actual messages from the emails that are sent.

Overall: Made my work easy. Made my day!

Pros: Ease of use admin UI is easy to use and costs for the volume is fantastic
Support is quick and efficient

Pros: easy to use, have the proper tools to diagnose an email flow issue. reporting is quick to get the results.

Cons: when an issue occurs, cant call support. it would be nice to speak with a tech on the phone. have to wait for emails. email could be down.

Pros: The fact it is simple and just works. I also like it when user says they did not get an email and I can look at SMP2Go and verify it did go out.

Overall: security , ease of use, smtp from locations that would not allow it before.

Sends our emails exactly as expected.

Pros: Decent reporting so I can see who is sending how much mail. I am able to generate spreadsheets over whatever time period is relevant that show who send mail to who with what subject line at what time.

Cons: Stop emailing me about SFP configurations. One of the people in our SFP record has theirs configured to be more wide-open than SMTP2GO likes, so it harasses me about it weekly, but I can't make that other company change their record.

Great product at a great price.

Pros: Configuration was was simple. The steps were well documented and available for the most popular web servers.

Cons: Technical support is only available at certain times. It would be ideal if technical support was available 24/7, 365.

Overall: Less delivery failures.

Pros: Simplicity and they do not charge me for each smtp user is a huge plus. I love how they recently made it easy to manage my approved sending domains and testing the configuration within their panel. Up time is great.

Cons: Sometimes negotiations on TLS is slower than I would hope, but then i just use SSL. No complaints really.

Overall: I provide SMTP solutions to many of my key customers in an effort to ensure inbox delivery.

Pros: Great analytics and openness of the platform. It provides us a lot of intelligence for how our messages are sent to companies and government officials.

Cons: It seems expensive for our monthly contract as compared to other solutions in the marketplace (e.g. mailgun).

Overall: BIPAC would not be able to do business without SMTP2Go. If we had to switch to another vendor it would require a significant time expense to have our developers rebuild applications and then to create the level of analytics provided by your platform.

Pros: Reporting features allow us to see how the email is being sent out as well as see which have bounded back

Cons: Can get costly if you go over the monthly amount that you purchased, make sure to buy a subscription that allows for growth.

Very easy to set up, except for some outdated info on the site (port 25 for example)

Pros: The ability to track email delivery at the granular level is very helpful in ensuring delivery of critical documents.

Cons: The occasional backups/delays in mail delivery. Occasionally delays can be a couple of hours, which is inconvenient when waiting for important system-generated alerts.

Use SMTP2GO for our mass email systems. They do a great job and we get all the reports we need.

Pros: The simplicity and how easy it is to use their services. Mass emails are essential and they help make sure everything is sent. I also like their dashboard and being able to see everything in the website.

Cons: Not really too much. At most the set-up in the beginning was slightly difficult. But that comes with most of these types of services. Also, upgrading the services, I haven't been notified or communicated on any new updates they have done to improve their product.

Overall: Being able to use email marketing which is essential.
