Pros: It's easy and accessible from my cell phone, so if I am not in office I can do payroll on the go! Great app

Cons: I cant save my favorites because it says I don't have permission. This is discouraging because I always have to search the link

Comments: Now that we are up & running, the software will be very beneficial to our growing company

Pros: The Employee Portal for each employee to have access to their own information is very useful. Processing is much quicker than my previous software

Cons: The implementation started out very strong, but was rough when we actually got to implementation. Hard to get answers from the implementation team

Pros: I like that the tools I use on ADP have been redesigned for use on mobile. Much more usable than mobile web, at least for this set of functions. Thank you!

Cons: It doesn't seem to have all the same features as the desktop web version. I wish there was a link out to the full website in some instances.

Comments: ADP will always be my preferred payroll software of choice.

Pros: I have used ADP software for nearly 3 decades and have experienced its growth and expansion. The software is the most user friendly and easiest to learn and for the most part is designed to conducive to the needs of payroll professionals. ADP always seems to be looking for the best ways to tackle a complex software system which includes so many aspects, taxes on Federal, State and Local levels, benefits, time and attendance, not to mention payroll itself and all of the important laws and calculations. It is very important for payroll professionals and their companies to trust an outsourcing software and company to guard them from error, mistakes and penalties. ADP accomplishes better than anyone else in their industry.

Cons: In July 2017, ADP adopted a new customer service model which has been very poor. Understanding that they need time to work out the kinks, however it has been 8 months and I would still rate the system quite poor.

Pros: Standard product that allows for online clock in/clock out, payroll, vacation, sick leave, benefits management, and more

Cons: Sometimes finding what you want in the system can be a bit tricky or burdensome. It also comes with some features which don't seem very useful.

Pros: Good for record keeping, tracking employment history, keeping wage records, and easy to input data base.

Cons: Hard to get customized reports, look very complex and options are very limited, hang couple of times

Pros: Able to look and see how many hours you worked. Keep up with pay stubs and can print all this information if needed.

Cons: Not that great when it comes to navigating around. Sometimes was difficult to find certain documents you are looking, resulting in calling customer service.

Pros: I am the payroll manager and I love ADP because I can run reports for employee data, and payroll information. I always create reports to do analysis or to provide information to third parties.

Cons: The import spreadsheet model should be updated. The one in wfn usa is much better and way more advanced and easy to use.

Pros: Easy to allow team members to request time off, view annual statements, view pay stubs, and go through open enrollment.

Cons: The mobile app sometimes has issues with allowing users to submit time-off requests on the day of the request (i.e. if employee needs to submit time off if they're sick that morning).

Cons: Big company that caters to the mainstream company and lacks flexibility because of this. ATS (Talent module) lags greatly compared to other ATS's on the market, not mobile friendly

Pros: I liked that our entire hiring process can be managed from the system, anything from applications to denial and acceptance letters.

Cons: Looking at some of the "portal" type work, it can be a bit cumbersome for an technology-inexperienced applicant.

Pros: Robust software - love the org chart features - demonstrators/sales reps are very patient, fully explaining the system

Cons: Cost of the software and the overall implementation process - They do have a new feature that allows you to pay for an ADP project manager to handle the implementation for you so you don't have to complete the labor intensive implementation tables/paperwork etc..

Pros: The multiple features and functionality that ADP has along with the ease of use makes my job so much better and automated! I have used a lot of different software and nothing compares to the flexibility that ADP has for individual companies.

Cons: There are a couple features that can use some improvement, such as recruitment, but I do know that ADP is continuously trying to improve their products all the time.

Overall: This software has taken me from several manual processes and automated all of them. This allows me to do more more more efficiently without having to hire more help!

Pros: Timesheets are easy to complete and submit. It's easy to check or print a pay stub as well as request for time off.

Cons: I haven't figured out the mailbox yet. There's not feature to delete my messages, so each time I log on it looks like I have a new or unread message when I don't.

Overall: Timesheets are a breeze and other HR information is quick and easy to find.

Pros: They now have a dedicated account manager for payroll that has been super helpful, they know your system and remember what issues you've worked on in the past. It makes it super helpful!

Cons: The bolt on modules don't work as well as they sound. Things like recruitment, time and attendance, etc. Everything integrates which is nice, however, the functionality is pretty limited.

Pros: What I like most about the system is overall how much is offered for you to use such as payroll processing, benefits administration, Time/Attendance, etc. It seems like everything we needed was all in one place.

Cons: What I like least about the system is that the company's customer service is very poor and it seems as if every time we needed to reach out for something that our representative was someone knew.

Pros: -Updated paydata (all employees are showing and there is a shirt option) -HRIS (having employee's information in one spot)

Cons: -Lack of mass updates (merit increases, vacation accrual, etc) - an easier way to import spreadsheets, not all company's use file numbers -Customer Service (a lot of the time I will speak to someone that doesn't know how to help me or gives me wrong information) -Printing employee information (there should be a button you can click that says "print employee file" that prints job history, pay history, personnel information, etc. so if a company wants to go paperless and they get audited there is an easy to to provide them the information).

Pros: This software is the go-to for anything Human Resources related, has a clean UI and is easy to navigate.

Cons: Whenever I don't manually log out and try to log back in it will tell me that I can't log into two places at once, so I must clear my cookies every single time.

Pros: I like how i can look up tax information, vacation time, and insurance information. Through different windows on the program.

Cons: It takes a while to log into the system. Once you put in the user name and password, it takes a good 45 seconds to a minute, to log into the system.

Pros: No pros-Worst experience ever in my history of being in payroll. You are forcing me to type 100 characters and there are NO PROS with your software!

Cons: The customer service wait times over 1 hour hold times! The response time from Account Mgr is awful! The quality of your customer service reps that are not your account manager (Very POOR) The inability to talk to someone past 5PM Inability to talk to someone in the tax department to resolve tax matters. The overpriced charges our account is being charged compared to competitor

Comments: ADP would not be something I would recommend at this point. We have had many problems.

Pros: A little intuitive, has a lot of features, and we can usually muddle through what we are looking for. Thank God for the Bridge

Cons: There are a lot of things that don't work. For example, if you have any additional earnings that are treated as negative deductions - you can not set a goal for the deduction to be reached. Also, SUI and SDI should be separated, and not treated as one item. We have employees eligible for SDI, but not SUI.

Pros: ADP has been relatively easy to use and does a lot of things like keep track of time and pay stubs. For the most part everything is user-friendly.

Cons: The mobile app always seems to be slow, and quite often gets hung up, either freezing or refusing to load.

Pros: I love having benefits information, time off requests, and paycheck information all in one place. It is simple to use, and is quick to learn.

Cons: The "help" functionality from within the application could be improved. It does not respond well to keywords.

Comments: ADP has been constantly pushing back on us saying that when the system was initially set up, it was rushed and not set up properly. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to provide us with a list of courses to take. When we looked at the courses, it was realized by ADP and us that the page we had was different from theirs. Looks like we haven'#39;t even been getting the necessary updates for this either, not just the ATS. We are currently waiting for training material (half of which has to be paid for). I don'#39;t believe that training is going to fix all of the issues we'#39;ve had. Why else would it take months for things we request to be fixed? We have been unhappy for a while with this system. Through all of this we have been extremely patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt. We were told by an ADP representative that we were giving up. I have reason to believe that this is why our requests were stagnant for so long. Like ADP just threw their hands up in the air and said, why even help them, they'#39;re leaving anyways. We are very frustrated with this system, but even if we were entertaining the idea of switching to a different system, we still have jobs to do. So, why give up on us while the company is still paying you for your service? Totally backwards to me.

Cons: 1. Reporting is difficult to navigate and select. You can create a custom report, but don'#39;t be fooled. It'#39;s not as customizable as you need it to be. 2. You cannot find an employee by typing out their full name; it has to be either their first or last name and then the options will populate. 3. There is no onboarding functionality. We'#39;ve created so many of our own spreadsheets simply because this function does not exist. 4. You can change the status of an applicant, but you have to go into their profile in order to do so or select a checkbox that will bring up a different screen. Too many pages between what you would like to do, makes such a simple step in the hiring process very cumbersome. 5. The referral option is not customizable at all. We were excited about this functionality, but can'#39;t even use it because it cannot do what we need it to do. 6. Our ATS has not received any patched updates at all (ADP has known about this and is 'quot;fixing'quot; for the past 6 months). Our applicants can'#39;t even click the '#39;next'#39; button without a banner being in the way of it. We know that we have lost many applicants due to this. 7. I do not work in the benefits side of things, but I know that we had a big issue with many of our employees being provided with the wrong insurance due to a mishap on ADP. Took us months to correct. Many employees paychecks for almost a whole year were incorrect that we had to refund. 8. Registering to apply for a position is so difficult. You have to click on '#39;apply'#39; for the same job 3 times navigating to multiple different screens before you actually start applying. 9. There is no automatic feature to remind our managers to submit their time cards for their branches. This has to be done manually. We have to then submit the time cards individually at the end of every pay period. This takes a whole day for one person to complete, and we have about 250+ employees. 10. Customer service is atrocious. It was so bad that when we finally complained about it enough, they didn'#39;t really offer any fixes to the standing requests that we already had, but offered us a 'quot;white glove'quot; service that we would have to pay for just to get better customer service. 10'#39;s of hours are wasted monthly just to get someone that can help us. And then we have to call back again to see if we get the same answer twice, which more often than not, we receive a different answer.

Comments: Not bad but needs work. Use someone else for HRMS/HRIS management.

Pros: A robust payroll system that should be able to do everything you need in running payroll at your company/organization. They provide updates fairly regularly. Long history of payroll success.

Cons: HRMS needs work. Support is always someone different and often does not speak English as their first language; however, they normally can fix the problems you have. System is very complex and not very user-friendly. Reporting is confusing and complicated

Pros: I am still working thru a full implementation of WorkForce Now. This includes Payroll, Time, Benefits, and Talent. I have found this experience to be second to none. Each function of the product has its own specialist to help your company implement the solution along with a project manager that oversees all aspects of the implementation cycle. Having so many moving pieces can be a tough process but ADP has it down pat. They are in my option the best in the business. Although they might not be the best at everything the team that I have worked with have been responsive to issues and go out of their way to resolve your needs.

Cons: One of the issues that come to mind is when we implemented Time & Attendance. For our business, we have multiple roles that required 6 different setups. the challenge we have is that our employees want to check their timecards outside of the businesses network. We have Time & Attendance setup so that our employees can only punch in from either the ADP Clocks or on a local network pc. This creates a problem as if you want employees to be able to see their timecards outside of the business network, they can only do so by the ADP App for smartphones or tablets. It has created a few issues. We came from Kronos which did not have this issue but was much less user friendly navigating the site.

Overall: Ease of use and functionality with the ability to incorporate all aspects of HR and benefits including 401K.

Pros: The payroll processing is very simple and is much easier than our prior system. Also, the way our company receives the W2s is much easier than our other system, too. We used to have to hand calculate a lot of information and it took forever. The way ADP auto calculates tax information is excellent and very helpful, since most of that information is very complicated for the average user. It is also very intuitive on how to navigate to different features.

Cons: I think it can be hard with the customer service aspect. Our company isn't given just one representative to reach out to, so we get a random person every time we call in, which makes it difficult if we are following up with a prior issue.

Pros: - Graphical User Interface is actually not bad - Controls for pushing out new policies and see who has seen/acknowledged - Is capable of all-in-one functionality

Cons: - The GUI blankets an aging system which desperately needs to be replaced with a ground-up rebuilding - Think of WFN as having a great payroll system, it's what ADP does right. Everything else is bolted-on and is terrible - "Works best" on outdated Internet Explorer, so when things don't work on Chrome (my company's supported browser) i have to figure out how to fix it by myself (or go into IE) - Reporting is atrocious and non-intuitive. You literally have to take classes to learn how to report - All of the bolt-on options are lacking: ATS, background check, drug screen

Pros: I like how everything can be centralized in ADP. Payroll, benefits, HRIS. I love the idea of only using one system to do it all.

Cons: It still needs a lot of work. The onboarding is still very clunky and needs work. There is still a lot of manual entry we needed to do on our end. I wish we could do more with reporting as well. I do want to give them the benefit of the doubt because it is a new product they rolled out.

Pros: I love that this system has it's own app! You can view your check stubs, and also request time off of work that you need.

Cons: There should be a new user tutorial for this product. It took me a while to get used to how it worked.

Comments: There are far superior products in the market place. Run away from ADP!

Pros: If you a simple demands and nothing complex or difficult the software may work for your company. The product is not intuitive nor is it user friendly.

Cons: Clearly this product was not designed by Users - it reeks of being over engineered by Engineers. If your company has different payrolls running at the same time or exceptions based different levels of employees with different benefits offered, I have one bit of advice find another HRIS vendor. Many time the Customer Service team or Implementation teams of ADP can't come up with solutions. Once ADP has implemented the software - their support decreases and solutions are minimal. You have to threaten to fire them before you get some help.

Pros: What I most like about the software is that I am able to house all employee data in one place and the analytics dashboard is extremely helpful when looking at measurable data to base company performance on.

Cons: What I like least about the software is that all modules are ran on separate platforms. Specifically the ATS and Workforce Now. This makes it very confusing for candidates when having to create two separate credentials when logging in. The software is very glitchy and I find that random features will stop working for a period of time and then randomly come back. The on boarding process when creating activities is not all encompassing causing you to still use paper forms, specifically when it comes to the I-9 and State Tax Form. The ATS module needs some updates in order to be competitive with other ATS softwares. The inability to customize a lot of the fields to your organizations needs can be very frustrating and with the constant software updates the changes are hard to keep up with and you aren't given a choice whether to if you want the new software update features. Specifically speaking, in order to most efficiently hire a candidate after the interview process it would be nice to do this electronically but you need personal information that the system doesn't require. Our ATS was setup requiring that a physical address was entered upon applying then all of a sudden I noticed that candidates weren't supplying this information and to my surprise this feature was taken away causing our organization to now have to find a work around receiving an employees physical address, SS number and date of birth before entering them into the system to be able to send them on-boarding.

Overall: With the daily issues that arise with the software I can't speak to it being that big of a benefit as of yet. A lot of the issues that I bring to the teams attention I often get the response that "everything is setup correctly, I am not sure what the issue is" it is very frustrating to have spent hours upon hours setting up each individual module to your organizations needs for the features to all of a sudden stop working and none of the representatives are able to give you answers nor follow-up with you regarding a resolution to any of your issues. So at this time I would say the only real benefit I have found thus far is electronic PTO tracking.

I found this app very straight forward to use and simple.

Pros: As previously stated, I found this software fairly straightforward. Obviously, it is nice not to have to manually input hours on the computer or on a sheet of paper. Simply establish the software and have employees download the app on their phone. It also has a GPS system to see where your phone is so that you don't "cheat the system". Clearly no system is perfect and anyone can cheat the system if they try, but it is nice that it is more direct and easier to keep people accountable.
The location and time card settings are also straight forward with a decent amount of options. My work experience was very plain as far as signing in and out, but it is nice that there are other options if needed (different clock in options, as well as break and signing out options).
Lastly, I didn't have many (if any) software problems on it. It didn't seem to ever have any problems or hiccups while logging hours. I used it for 2 years and never experienced any problems.

Cons: Obviously, it is a little bit annoying to have to literally sign in and out of breaks. But there really is no way around it. I often forgot to sign out for my lunch break until I actually sat down to eat. However, eventually signing out and back in for lunch break became a habit.

Overall: It was very simple and straight forward to use. Who doesn't have their phone on them? It's very simple to just pull out the phone to sign in and out rather than on paper or on a computer at home. Very convenient.

Comments: The system as a whole is good, but if you have any issues it is very much dependent upon who happens to be assigned to you at the time. My rating would be much higher if there was stability where you worked with the same person for a number of years as opposed to frequent changes.

Pros: The platform was good and made for relatively easy payroll processing. The interface for employees was also relatively straight forward.

Cons: The biggest issue I had was the turnover in account representatives. I had an excellent representative that was transferred, but then it was a revolving door.

Comments: If you need payroll and a few other things, ADP will do it. And they'll do some of it well. But not all of it. And it'll cost you. You've been warned. If you want a fully functional HRIS, this probably isn't for you.

Pros: ADP does payroll pretty well, and it seems that they are investing in developing smoother interfaces and more streamlined reporting. The other parts are tacked on from acquisitions. But those have been getting better over time as well. Think about how nice it is to have benefits enrollment tied directly to payroll! And ACA reporting! Huzzah! But with those pros, there are quite a few cons. Please read on...

Cons: Probably not the best bang for you buck, and the way they bill and invoice for separte products and services makes it very easy for them to slip little charges in that add up over time. ADP has recently updated their call-in system, but I've been on hold way more than normal. They seem to get better with customer service, then get worse, then get better again. Some of the reporting is counter intuitive....

Pros: Easy to use. Auto calculates the gross amount. Certified payrolls are easier to create I am told.

Cons: When you start a new batch, it would be nice if we could select an X number of rows for specific employees, as opposed to inserting one row at a time.
Right now the only feature available is to add rows for all employees.

Pros: The implementation process was very thorough and they provided value added advice when requested. There is a relatively high level of trust as they are the industry leaders and push out lots of helpful communication. This is in stark contrast to our previous payroll provider where there was absolutely no trust. So far they have been a pleasure to work with.

Cons: Sometimes there are functionalities that we used to have with our old payroll vendor that are not available with the industry leader. We'd like electronic forms to be signed and stored within employee's personnel records through ADP, but evidently that functionality does not exist at this time. Pay raises that occur in the middle of a pay period must be entered manually for that payroll which also feels like something they should've figured out how to automate by now.

Overall: They are the industry expert and provide value added advice and service. I appreciated the implementation process and felt it was thorough.

Pros: WFN is very easy to navigate. Changes are seamless and in real time. Payroll runs effortlessly. I love being able to completely control payroll, even down to being able to edit the schedules directly in the software. Custom reports come in handy as well. I would like to see more education around the usage and capabilities of reporting but it's awesome!

Cons: I don't have any complaints about the software, but I do wish that ADP was more responsive when engaged. Most of the customer service representatives seem to be irritated by helping, and short answered when asked for direction. It also feels like issues can't be resolved without waiting 30 minutes or more on hold, or being passed around from department to department.

Pros: I like that there are different modules so that all HR your functions are integrated into one system.

Cons: The system is not user friendly and has many limitations. In addition, you have a to pay a good amount to add each module and the customer service is horrible. It has gotten better since they added a dedicated Account Manager but they don't do a good job on educating you on what needs to be done.

Overall: Prior to ADP, we did not have an HRIS system so we finally have a history of records for our employees. Also, instead of using different vendors we are able to consolidate payroll and HR functions into one system.

Pros: ADP is well known, offering more features and functionality. it is secured and well developed. in most cases it is user friendly.

Cons: In most cases it is user friendly however in time sheet entry, it has to complicated to use occasionally...high cost vs other vendor

Pros: All in one system instead of several different log ins. Navigating from person to person is fairly easy.

Cons: New hire wizard needs more options to add to the templet Some places where things are stored are not easy to find. not much support

Pros: That newly entered information flows from one module to another and we no longer have to enter it two or three times.

Cons: Time & Attendance reports could be more versatile. Analytics needs to be able report on selected time frames, It's cool, but limited in it's usefulness because it does not have the flexibility to allow the user to select the time frames.

Overall: New Hire Wizards, Termination Wizards, Multiple work sites can access this information. It is sharp and on the ball with legal requirements. Customer service has greatly improved, very much appreciated. Benefits are easier to manage, with direct ties to our health care provider and 401k provider.

Comments: After reviewing 12 software platforms, we chose to go with ADP. They worked with our specific needs and concerns from negative experiences with other software providers. They made sure to walk through implementation with a plan and great communication!

Pros: The product is diverse and allows us to maintain our HR and Payroll in one central location. We also chose to use ADP for other services which is assisting in a more streamline process. Great Training provided to assist clients in knowing how to navigate the software as needed. Simple processes to get your HR and payroll needs met.

Cons: Systems can be a little separated and is a lot to learn. Sometimes the constant upgrades can be challenging to keep up with. The network environments working cohesively for the one your company is using. Our diverse industry struggles with the scheduling and view ability especially with mobile users.

Pros: What I like the most about WorkforceNow is that it has all of the information that you need from an HR stand point, in one place. A user can edit the layout and functions to better suit their company's needs.

Cons: The thing that I like the least about WorkforceNow (even though it is pretty great), is that it should come with more training materials - for both users and admins. Depending on the type of industry the software is being used for, some employees may need some further instruction.

Pros: I like the fact that the software is very user friendly. Even though there are updates, I can usually figure out on my own how to use the various functions available to me. They seem to be very logical and I seldom have any issues once I try to complete a certain task.

Cons: Some of the changes they make are changes that I don't find necessary to me and I can some time get a little lost as to what they are trying to accomplish. We are a very small company and this software is definitely more than we need but when we originally signed up with ADP, this level was where we got the most support. The lower levels of ADP (11 years ago) did not have folks who were very friendly and supportive so we had to go to a higher level at that time.

Overall: It makes my job easier and if I have any questions either when I call or if I send an email, I get a friendly person who does their best to solve my issue/problem.

Pros: The ability to do the payroll when it fits my schedule, and that all reports that I may need are at my fingertips, if I can find them.

Cons: Still learning how to navigate the software, and I'm afraid I'm going to screw something up when looking for a report.

Overall: That I can see the payroll the moment that I input. When I would call our payroll in, I had to trust that the hours were being put into the correct columns.

Pros: I can do my payroll and input easy. And it is easy and fast. Also, if i needs update on my staff details, it is easily done. User friendly and I can make corrections.

Cons: I don't know other details on how to get reports, my searching does not take me anywhere. Need some reading materials to show me where to get the reports but once I have it, I know it will be easier for me to follow and navigate it. Just need some help to follow and navigate.

Overall: Easy to learn and I can do my payroll and updates fast.

Pros: WorkforceNow saves my time to process payroll. It is easy to use and just click a button to process payroll. Even you are the first time user, you are easy to play with. And the most important is the customer service is super professional. I called them up several times and learned a lot of knowledge from them.

Pros: Not having to download the vac accruals, and also the speed of getting back the preview. The reporting is also a really good feature.

Cons: I find it hard to find things I need. Its a little confusing. Trying to find certain tasks makes it hard to get the payroll done fast.

Overall: Better reporting, faster return on previews.

Pros: I do the hourly payroll for our Company. The software has everything we need to effectively and efficiently process a payroll. I can't speak for the HR/Benefit side, but as far as entering weekly pay and report use, it's great!

Cons: I find the screen cumbersome at times. It doesn't always recognize when I put in a shift code. I have to watch this closely and if I'm keying in to fast, it won't recognize it. Also, when you insert a row for an employee, it drops your screen to the bottom, so I'm constantly scrolling up and down to enter payroll. Some of the report writing can be difficult, it you don't know what tables the information is in.

Pros: Streamlines process and makes doing payroll a more efficient process from start to finish. Has default reports that some may find useful.

Cons: Reporting can be too time consuming. It can be hard getting customer service help. Small companies may find it too expensive.

Pros: I LOVED their customer support. Calling into the center was always easy and the representatives always took their time in helping me figure out what I needed to do (usually some type of report). The system is easy to use and understand quickly. The ability to customize the system was also a great feature.

Cons: Though customization is great, it can be a blocker when you do not have an ADP "guru", of sorts, on the team to help figure out and own how your ADP instance flows. As an organization, we struggled with that.

Overall: ADP benefited our company as we grew and continued to acquire new companies in a short period of time. The ability to load new employees through Excel import was great and the custom reporting has been a life saver as well.

Pros: The software is fairly easy to use. The payroll process flows well and easy to go back and make corrections if necessary.

Cons: If you have to do a reversal on a payroll the process it not so easy. I do not have the ability to do this myself and it seems very complicated.

Pros: I like the ease of use. The new upgrades recently were helpful. The learning bytes were very helpful when we did our open enrollment updates this year.

Cons: The software is good. However, sometimes the customer service calls take a long time to answer. Another item that seems to have disappeared is being able to put in "no lunch" on hourly employees that have an automatic lunch punch.

Overall: Knowledge of payroll in 3 different states.

Pros: Ease of flow - one system versus several systems n one. The capabilities of the solution include human resources management, payroll, benefits, talent management, compliance, time and labor management and analytics.

Cons: Formatting features across the board.
Portal and recruiting has great formatting features whole job descriptions in job titles doesn't like bullets, also systems says can't update because of 4,000 character limit, but data trying to upload is not even half of that.

Pros: The software has a very user-friendly interface. Everything you need is pretty much on the dashboard so you can navigate very easily. The design of the software is very logical. ADP Work Force Now has knowledgeable support personnel.

Cons: ADP Work Force Now could improve its reporting section. For example, when entering a new hire, we wish there is a way to print out a new hire report just for the sections that we filled out; not the whole 7 pages. For example, if the company is not unionized, we don't need to see the section with all blank boxes. And we wish there is a way to select the section we would like to receive with payroll delivery package to avoid wasting paper resources.

Pros: All tax reports are available in a timely manner. Offers options for employees to access their paystubs. Quick turnaround to preview payroll once submitted

Cons: Too many tabs on portal for employee information. Could be more concise without all the confusing navigation from one tab to another.

Comments: Love the way this software works

Pros: The adp workforce now is a great site easy to access and work around. Love how it breaks down the time off for the emplyees and also tell them if they were approved for there day off requested and how it responds to there request

Cons: no cons except maybe the password setup is a little hard for the older employee to work with. The Graphs can be a little confusing for some of my employees

Comments: I am lucky enough to have a great sales rep who listens to my frustrations and takes them back to the company.

Pros: Easy to use, Good online training materials with live classes, Stay up-to-date with compliance and software

Pros: Very fast processing, everyone is happy with how fast we can get pay information for invoicing and paying invoices. GL is excellant, no errors and fast processing; adding items was a bit confusing but once figured out and done, there were never any problems.

Cons: Timecards/Time Off and Schedules are geared toward punching in/out. Our organization only uses hours, so all the verification reports tend to be quite useless. Scheduling is limited.

Overall: Accuracy of processes and information; shortened labor time to process payroll.

Pros: What I have liked best is the flexibility of the program, without a glitch, I was able to provided incredible services to a large number of employee and when I downsized by almost 75%, I was still able to provide the remaining employees with all the same benefits.

Cons: Probable the thing I dislike most is that I can not view multiple windows and/or employee files at the same time. The second would be that the pay statements, when printed do not include the PTO balances as they do on the check stubs.

Pros: The usability of it, the clarity of the directions, the ability to add notes on timecards, and the iPay system.

Cons: The vacation accrual system. The limits that are set on the accrual for rehires causes issues unless the person knows to reset the accrual year. This should be a pop up when rehiring employees.

Pros: You can customize the software and purchase only what you need. Software programs are easy to use. ADP is always updating its' programs and improving user experience.

Cons: I've used ADP for the past 10 years. The only thing i would say that needs improvment would be in their EZLabor Manager, time card reporting area. When printing Time Cards with signatures, I would also like to see in this report over-rides by Supervisors/Managers. Currently you have to run two seperate reports.

Overall: I'm very happy with this product.

Pros: The product is user friendly and easy to maneuver. There are easy to use help areas that you can access to find answers to a problem as well as "The Bridge" where you can post questions for response from Colleagues.

Overall: Less time spent on payroll. Time and Attendance is a real Time Saver!

Pros: The pay info is all on one page and the fast turn around on Previews and the reports. I don't have much else.

Cons: Our Code Hours and Earnings Audit report doesn't always give correct totals.

Pros: I like the fact that it calculates all the taxes and everything. Once I learned how to do the basic stuff I need, it's pretty easy to use.

Overall: I use it to process payroll.

Pros: I like thee quickness of receiving payroll reports and the ease of using the software. I also like the ability to customize reports.

Cons: I tried the Time and Attendance piece and frankly the help with set up was horrible and I finally dropped it. It was not at all the quality help as when I originally set up payroll with ADP. Ever since I attempted to use Time and Attendance, I continue to get messages regarding this feature which is annoying.

Overall: Precise payroll and support.

Pros: Really like that I can set up a special payroll myself without having to call in for support. Normal payroll processing is efficient and love being able to see the reports right away to review. I have a lot of calls from competitors and they lead in with cost and I tell them that is not my driving factor, reliability, functionality and processes are what I am most interested in and ADP has that solution and will not consider switching providers.

Overall: Ease of processing and reliability.

Pros: The ability to make changes in employee records for payroll purposes.
Processing payroll and being able to set up additional payrolls without calling ADP.

Cons: The forms to fill out for tax changes or additions are hard to understand. When you only do something like this 1 or 2 a year, it needs to be more user friendly.

Overall: Payroll reporting.

Pros: The availability and promptness in the turn around time for entries and reports. The functionality of the software seems much better than before. Even when the upgrades occur they are ease to get to and the changes seem to always make for better processing.

Cons: That the payroll reports are only available during ADP hours. I can understand not being allow to submit the payroll except when ADP is in operation, but at times being able to look at the preview reports on a weekend would be very helpful, especially during the holidays.

Overall: Quick and easy use

Pros: I like the fact that now the system gets updated frequently and does not impact work by having to be scheduled

Cons: The complexity of building custom reports. Also, in the paydata batch, adding rows is now taking a few seconds to load when before was immediate.

Pros: Anytime there has been a massive update on the site, I find it has made it easier to use. I am pleased with the new ways to run payroll and reset it. I also love The Bridge. I use it frequently when I am trying to compete a new task on ADP and have always found my answer.

Overall: I have all of my employee's information a click-away. I am quickly able to complete employment verifications, print pay statements, enter/delete direct deposits, add new employees, run payroll, and the list goes on!

Pros: The time and attendance record keeping Some standard reports are good others are very difficult to run.

Cons: All the updates changing the way things are handled. Not being able to see certain things when in an employee record. Reports are not easy to create

Pros: Payroll Process is very easy, employee self-feature is very useful, The Bridge is a great tool for help.

Cons: Report building is too complicated. Some setup tools for example Wage Rate Program is not accommodating for multiple department and job functions.

Overall: I can do my job efficiently and saves a lot of time.

Pros: It has been improved a lot with lots of good features. I like most is to import paydata from Excel. It saves lot of time.

Cons: The least about this software is that it kicks out from the system after a certain time and to set up goal amount. It's confusing some times.

Overall: Easy reporting and importing exporting data.

Pros: I like that my suggestions during feedback have actually resulted in changes for the better. I love the integration of our employee data over 13 company codes.

Cons: I believe updates don't get tested enough before implementation. I am frustrated by how small the screen is no matter how big my browser window is.

Overall: Since my review is complete, it's hard to tell if you're still asking about the software I just finished reviewing or if you're asking about the Capterra experience.

Pros: That for the most part, it's easy to use. the best new perk is that we now have a dedicated service rep for our payroll needs.

Cons: I don't like the benefits software, I find it not user friendly. Reports can be difficult to run. I don't like the fact that the dedicated service rep is only able to handle payroll issues and can't handle reports, benefits, T & L, etc.
