Pros: I use it to enter payroll hours and manage vacation requests. Enabled to set up all requirements as per provincial and or federal requirements. Easy to use and agents love it.

Cons: The only area I would improve is the vacation request part. I would prefer for the vacation requests that are pending approval to be in a separate bin and not mixed with other alerts. Also, to access the vacation request, it's not super straight forward to open the request. Would prefer a big check mark or something similar.

Comments: RUN and WFN are priced pretty similarly, so if you don't need all the WFN capabilities, definitely go with RUN. But WFN allows you to grow and add additional things as needed, hopefully avoiding switching to different platforms all the time.

Pros: We switched from the ADP Run platform to Workforce Now. WFN is much less user friendly, but it does have a few additional functionalities that were not with RUN, which is why we switched.

Cons: The customer service options are pretty non-existent. I thought the RUN customer service line left a lot to be desired, but I have yet to get through for WFN. Even the implementation specialists were pretty useless. The best thing I've found is their online "Bridge" community, where you can post questions and search for other questions users have come across.

Cons: Lack of support. We are set up to call an 800 number and receive a case number therefore it is difficult to receive a quick response.

Pros: It gave us the capability to track all of our employees for us as a growing organization where as previously we only had paper and Excel. The price was right for our small non-profit budget.

Cons: The lack of customization. The agonizingly complicated report set up that were often full of errors.

Overall: It was our first HRIS system, so it automated a lot of processes for us and allowed us to better track a lot of information about our employees.

Pros: Easy to use, very informative and interactive. Reporting is easy to use. Ease of running previews for payroll purposes as well.

Cons: Hard to make quick changes when needed during payroll processing. Also, implementation was one of the more complex ones I have been through which may have been a result of the implementation team at ADP.

Pros: the ease of recruiting and moving hired candidates into payroll. syncing with timeclock makes it easy to process payroll

Cons: Customer Service - for the money spent on the software and service, better customer service would be desired. Waiting on hold for up to an hour is unproductive use of anybody's time.

Pros: Very user friendly and the user interface is easy to work with for user. Easy to learn software and not a lot of training involved.

Comments: I would recommend WFN to colleagues in large organizations

Pros: User-friendly, visibly appealing, good customer service with ease of instruction. I love the fact that you can use it for mass projects such as annual performance reviews. No paper!

Cons: reporting is a nightmare - very difficult to get the specifics you want. I would recommend having more standard reports after finding out what companies want it for.

We have been using ADP Workforce Now for 4 years and have had a relatively painless experience.

Pros: The user interface went through an upgrade a couple years ago and that drastically improved the end user and practitioner experience. The ATS is still very basic, but does a great job at keeping you organized.

Cons: Sometimes there are things that just don't work and calling technical support can be time consuming. The ability to customize the interface and various pages is cumbersome at times.

Overall: All things considering, it is easy to use.

Pros: Well, it is an all-in-one program that covers just about every need you might have. It is easy to run reports and all features worked quite well.

Cons: It is not very customizable. We had this software at a non-profit and every custom request costs alot of money.

Pros: Fairly user-friendly, navigates with ease. Can be configured for many different needs. Wide variety of reports available, and easy to set levels of access.

Cons: Some configurations require spending significant time on hold with customer service, rather than simply being able to edit in settings. Also, some error messages are overly vague, and finding explanations for them not easy

Still not 100% sure we'll be sticking with ADP long term. A lot of glitches, nothing is easy.

Pros: I like that there are a ton of features above and beyond payroll that you can add if you want, and their service offerings seem to be expanding. Ease of use has increased over the years as they have combined their different features onto one site instead of needing to go back and forth from say Payroll module to Time and Attendance module.

Cons: Reporting. You shouldn't need to spend hours trying to learn how to create and eventually get your data into a useable report. Time-off is built per customer and needs to be done by ADP because it is so complex. Then set up includes needing to talk with Payroll and then Time and Attendance to get those systems communicating properly, and going a step further is even more difficult trying to get approval processes in place.

Overall: They are one of the biggest payroll companies out there, so it's good to know they won't be going out of business. From a payroll perspective, they deliver. For everything else, it's a toss up.

Pros: Ability to create custom reports and view employee data/history. Fairly user-friendly and continuous upgrades.

Cons: Recent upgrades have made employee profiles more difficult to navigate and locate the data looking for (i.e. more clicks to access certain data and less visibility) and have complicated the reporting.

Pros: Could be a great product with the proper customer service, That's about all that I like about the product - it's potential

Cons: The customer service is awful. I typicially know more than the CSR does that answers the phone. It takes entirely too long to get answer on something and I have been run in circles more often than I can count.

Overall: Finally got us into a real HRIS system that was integrated with our payroll system. But it's a constand struggle

Pros: I used ADP Workforce now for a several years and enjoyed the simplicity of the system. The updates in HR and payroll were real time, not having to worry about uploading. Running workforce reports, turnover reports, etc., was so easy and seamless.

Cons: It was suppose to be upload to Deltek, our accounting software but did not without building a "bridge". we were told it was automatic and it was not.

Overall: Software was very efficient. You had to push it to the limits to find the value. At one firm, they used it minimally and were not happy with it but at my company it was pushed to the limits and was great.

Pros: I LOVE that I have access to multiple discounts and coupons through this site. I also love that I can track all of my information. From benefits and hired date to pay stubs, time off requests, and more.

Cons: There are times when it runs a bit slow but that's a rare thing. It's literally the only negative aspect I could come up with! That means ADP software is AWESOME!

Overall: I'm able to clock in and out from work very quickly, I can access all of my benefits and see my 401k info and more, I can easily request time off...the list just goes on and on!

Pros: The way it comunicate with our POS system (is where we have the timer for our employees), also the ability to download all the info, and the customer support are very profesional, they help us to make a weekly report so we upload all the resume with our accounting soffwarr, amaizing

Cons: We have a minor problem, most of the problem was a bad comunication about how to terminate a employee, so for a few months we where overpay adp because we never terminate our employees the way should bee, but at the end ADP make us a credit so we get our money back, nice to have someone on your sitr

Overall: On the past few years we are growing a lot, that been said, the time that we make a over 1200 employees payroll is amaizing, all the reports that are available is great, also comparing the price with other similar you will apreciate your actual quote.

Pros: The recruitment module was very nice and the fact it fed into the HR piece when you hired someone.

Cons: At the time I used it you could not upload documents into the employee profiles - this might be a feature they have added since that time
The customer service was lacking - almost non existent

Overall: It made the hiring process a lot easier using the recruitment module, open enrollment with the self service piece was quicker and easier on both the HR department and employees. I also liked the fact employees could look up information about themselves if needed.

Pros: Lots of features. Abilities to process payroll, HR files, Talent, Screening services. Carrying the information from one module to the next without multiple manual inputs is great.

Cons: Customer support and Implementation is very bad. No hands on. They teach you how to teach yourself.
Each section of the Software is set up by a different person and no two people know what the other is or has done.

Pros: I like that benefits, pay and reporting is all in one place. Makes a hub for our teams to get into and easy for us to show them all info in one place/process things in one place.

Cons: Often requires clearing cookies/cache and errors. Customer service is AWFUL - I compare this to Comcast. Our team does have a dedicated rep but our payroll and benefits admin often experiences long hold times and case #s where individuals can't assist.

Pros: Keeps history of all changes on employees records and most likely easy to create reports although sometimes is a little difficult to make the selections on what you need.

Cons: Could make some fixes to make it easier to user in terms of time card and schedules. Would be easier if schedule change can be done directly in the time card.

Overall: The benefit was to have history information from employees changes which was done manually and also have access to benefits area is awesome.

Pros: It has everything. Clock in and out, time cards, request off, payment, etc. I can also check all of these things at home!

Cons: The paycheck estimator isn't consistent and the system is often down. Otherwise, I am content with the program and have no problems.

Overall: My team is able to access their time cards, pay, request off time and previous activity. I don't have to do any of this for them which is nice and private!

Pros: ADP is easy to navigate and I like how the employee profiles are set up. I find that all the information is located in the correct categories, which makes it easier to find a particular field.

Cons: It can sometimes be very slow and some of the updates cause delays in employees being able to log into ADP

Pros: Takes away the requirement for standard punch clocks when we are technicians that are required to travel away from office and ultimately saves the company money from having us come to the office just to clock in when it is out of the way from the job site.

Cons: I understand the security reason in frequently changing the password often, but it was annoying to have to change it as often as ADP required it, making us come up with a new password every time.

Overall: I could leave straight from my house to the job site and clock in to work via phone instead of the old way we used to do by coming into the office first thing just to clock in to essentially pass right by my house again to get to the job.

Comments: I'd recommend this software to smaller companies who don't need a mega-HRIS, and need payroll capability.

Pros: Combines a lot of functionality of an HRIS and Payroll. They've done a lot of work recently to improve the UX, and be a lot less clunky.

Cons: ADP Workforcenow does a lot of things well, but it doesn't do any one thing amazingly. This is what happens when you have payroll and start adding other functionality on. However, I've been using it for 4 years now and there have been significatn improvements over that timeframe.

Pros: Inputting the paydata batch is quick and easy. Our employees appreciate the ability to choose direct deposit.

Cons: Getting answers to questions. Our questions have not often been easy or routine and can rarely be answered by the first level of support, but moving up the ladder to someone who can help is tedious, time consuming, frustrating. We often need answers quickly, not by email in a week or so, and people who reply by email half the time do not include their name. So if we do not understand the response or it does not fully answer the question, we cannot get clarification without more time consuming emails. The emails have only case numbers in the subject line so when there are two or more outstanding problems (as has been our case) it¿s very difficult to keep up with the email train. A phone call won't help when we don't know who to ask for so we reference the case number but still don't get someone who is familiar with the problem. We have dealt with SO MANY PEOPLE, all of whom are courteous and want to be helpful, but ADP seems to be so big and compartmentalized that we feel there is no one there who fully understands our company [church] and its needs. Pros: The layout of the system is user friendly. The reporting is easy to create and export as well as easy to update if you are working on a custom report. The timecards are simple enough to use, especially from the homepage.

Cons: The lack of customization available, the amount of times the software crashes, anything having to do with open enrollment - especially the approval process.

Comments: Unfortunately, I can not identify any pros from a reporting stand point. Not a lot good to say about any of it so far actually. Not user friendly at all. Very difficult to use and navigate. Basic information is not available. Very disappointed and will not recommend or accept a client using this platform again.

Cons: I am used to using ADP Run for most of my clients. It is very straight forward. I have been severely disappointed with how difficult it is to get simple information out of Work Force Now. My client was already on this platform. I have decided that not only will I never put a client on this platform, I will never accept another client that is already on it. VERY disappointed in ADP on this one. All I want to do is print copies of the ACTUAL quarterly reports filed, not their jumbled up "W&T Tax reports" that are basically a summary of payroll registers, but does not show you WHAT WAS ACTUALLY FILED with each tax jusrisdiction. Even if it did, I do not want their summaries. I WANT COPIES OF THE ACTUAL RETURNS FILED. Why is this basic information not available? I have contacted ADP and received no response. But really, why should I have to contact them and wait days for a response when this is so basic and should be readily available.

Comments: The customer service takes extensive periods of time for responses, unless working with payroll- they're great!

Pros: The layout and viewing is at least manageable- selected fonts are easy on the eyes and logically organized.

Cons: Search features on the applicabtvtravking software pull mismatched results. The program lacks the ability to build talent pools. The job posting process isntedious and almost always requires re-entry and adjustment.

Comments: it's tough when there is no direct account representative that knows exactly how our company is set up and understands the specifics that we deal with day to day.

Pros: The ease of employee time card management and use, and the payroll integration with time and attendance.

Cons: The recruitment /onboarding platform does not help us source, screen or onboard applicants. This process is a major pain, because everything is not done in ADP. Also, the background check process takes way to much time.

Pros: Most HRM systems don't offer everything out of the box. What makes ADP great is that it does. You can use the LMS component for training, you can use the payroll component for accounting and you can use workforce to manage your employees. Anyone who has had experience with ADP knows how simple it is use the platform.

Cons: My only complaint is that for the cost it may not be a good fit for a small organization but can work well with a medium size one.

Pros: ADP is constantly rolling out upgrades. These upgrades usually come with enhanced features that make our working lives much easier. Pros are the potential it has to do more, ease of use and the appearance.

Cons: Not so many additional options built it to the custom options, we are able to customize areas/fields etc but beyond that i.e. reporting on these customized fields etc. they just aren't there yet. Customer service is a con.

Comments: the product is good but the support is not there. it was a struggle to get contacts for specific types of issues. without a direct contact, cases fall through the cracks and have nowhere to be escalated to. Also, provide more simulations and demos for updated products - i have found those to be very helpful but lacking on certain topics.

Pros: lots of features and capabilities. Implementation team is good. Emily Brown with etime is amazing.

Cons: customer support is lacking. very hard to get direct contacts for more difficult cases, escalation time takes too long, service center often provides incorrect information that is contradicted by other specialists when contacting the service center again.

Pros: Being able to house so much information in one place. I have been able to cut down on boarding and paperwork drastically by having employees sign off on company policies via the portal and housing all of the new hire handouts there.

Cons: To really get to know how to use all of its functions takes a lot of time and training. Setting up some of the modules can be time consuming but once set up is complete, things go well.

Overall: I'm able to keep a handle on 130+ employees all in one spot

Pros: Holds a lot of data we need. Can speak between the HRIS system and payroll easily. Report writing is very strong and powerful.

Cons: Not flexible - ADP cannot create a lot of the custom dates and workflows that would really make the system useable to its full capacity for us. And the help desk call in is horrible - it took me over a month to get data restored that ADP deleted without our permission. I had to call in multiple times to get my issue addressed.

Comments: Get a fuller understanding of the marketplace and the technology. Go back to basics where the customer is always right, listen to them. Senior management must go back to the principles what made them the go to platform in the 60s and 70s. Don't be so tied to the shareholders and the price of your stock. I know, big business, etc. Remember most big businesses spawned from small business.

Pros: There aren't any. Your business model is flawed. Your leadership and strategy team continue to double down on 20-30 year old infrastructure. Your customer support team are set up to fail. 2/3 of your CS Team or more concerned with getting the client off the phone, rather than solving the problem. Also, your telephone menus take way too long to navigate through and it takes way too long to speak with a live person. Your client's are calling you because they have a problem with payroll/hris platforms. In other words it is URGENT! They need to pay their employees. Most employees live pay check to pay check. Swifter systems lead to swifter resolutions.

Cons: Customer support is in way over their heads. Clients are not provided with a designated contact for customer support unless they buy the top shelf platform. Your infrastructure is grossly outdated. You continue to rely on your older mainframe model which is causing the clumsiness and lack of agility within the product. Any request for customization is at least a 2 month project. There are much better platforms out there for less $ and provide you with a designated contact for customer support. Platform customization can be done with less rancor and professional service.

Pros: What I about this is the software is very user friendly and easy to access information. Everything is well organized by category.

Cons: The set up can get a little complicating. Make sure all your features are set up correctly and an are set up in the on features. The customer services representatives are not all in the same level of knowledge, so you might get a good one or one that knows very little. Also billing has no direct line, it's very difficult to get explanations on invoices.

However, from the admin's perspective, it can be quite tricky. There are some items that take several steps to access or in places you wouldn't think they would be in. Cons: -There has been times that the platforms do not talk to each other. -upgrades to the software without communicating how it will effect things behind the scenes. Has caused financial issues for us. - Very inconsistent customer service. You can call the service center on 5 separate times, receive 5 different reps and receive 5 different answers. - Call time to get a rep on the phone averages about 30 minutes. I think having to wait at least 30 minutes to get a rep on the phone for assistance is outrageous. - Does not provide analytics. Have to spend hours running a variety of reports to provide my management team or the federal government.

Pros: The software is very user friendly and improves almost daily! There is a lot of customization available for all size companies. The reporting feature is really good and also improves with every update. I love that the updates happen without any need for me to do anything. ADP does a really great job of notifying me of upcoming updates, what changes will happen, etc.

Cons: While the data is correct and easily accessible, the time and attendance reports are not customizable to the extent I need them - nor can they be easily downloaded to excel for example, for individual customization.

Pros: The interface of ADP WFN is organized and relatively simple to use and understand. I like that the Bridge has been introduced because I use that on a daily basis for any questions that I have that I don't necessarily need to call into the customer service line for. Bridge is my favorite thing connected to ADP.

Cons: Customer Service is not as good as it could be - reps never follow up. I often have to wait 15-30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone when I call in. When I do connect with customer service, they typically don't know the answer so I am forced to wait again for someone to come on the line that is knowledgeable about what I have questions about. However, there have been times where I speak to reps over the phone that are just fantastic - I wish I had their names. But, sadly, those people seem to be rare to connect with.

Pros: I really enjoy the single sign-on element to payroll, benefits and time and attendance. They also have a great app that allows employees to submit time off requests on the go.

Cons: When updating an employees information, sometimes it needs to be done in a few spots instead of 1 update to spread to all necessary fields.

Overall: Easy to use HRIS

Switched from PayChex Flex in January and like ADP so much better.

Pros: I really like the People section, especially the Pay Profile page. I often have to run compensation reports and love the Roll-up feature in the Pay Statements.

Cons: Bridge Customer Support - it's too slow and takes to long to find an answer. I prefer to call Customer Support. When I call customer support, I'm usually on hold for quite a while, but once I reach a rep, they are always extremely helpful and patient.

Overall: With previous payroll company, I was having problems almost every week which took up lots of my time, so the biggest benefit I've gotten so far is more time to spend on other things.

Pros: The flexibility of the software and capabilities is great. Client support representatives are helpful and will get other departments involved as necessary.

Cons: Alot of screens to flip thru when entering or looking for information. Custom reporting is sometimes tricky to get the information you want.

Overall: We are able to use the Geo Locations to track employee time.

Pros: The ease of the functionality and whole process of doing the payroll .
I like the fact you can find most all information in one place and not have to go to several different screens.
The termination process is very efficient.

Cons: I am happy with the Customer Support however when I call with questions I feel the ADP team is still learning this new software also.

Pros: I like the ease of using the program, i don't have to wait on the phone for assistance. i can solve a lot of the issues myself on the program without calling anyone.

Cons: There is nothing I have to say about the program that is negative. It works fine, If I do have a question I can still call someone to help me with an issue, which I really don't have any now.

Pros: I really like the ability to pre-process my payroll as many times as necessary. I take great care to balance the memo codes when balancing the payroll. This allows me to have a flawless 401K Audit at year end.

Cons: Pre-calculated checks; too many steps to complete in Manual Checks. The batch import feature is a bit confusing. Setting up tax jurisdictions often times gets messed up. Too many steps; too many people involved. Sometimes the ball gets dropped.

Overall: When set up properly, all taxes are processed and filed correctly. Compliance is key!

Pros: It's an online software and it is faster to reject payroll before transmitting it. I do like the option to cancel or void a check without calling ADP and having the option to upload information.

Cons: Continue upgrades. I'm getting tired of all the changes that sometimes instead of speeding the process it slow it down, it seems it can not get straight. I do not like the report section and of course it is annoying not to have the options to add the fields I want when creating batches. I have to use the fields that someone decided are the fields needed to create batches. I do not like at all that when I click on People (Personal information, employment or pay) the first employee in alphabetical order shows up or the last employee I was working on pops up. I'd like to have the option to select an employee without having on the screen the information of the first employee or the last one I was working on

Pros: I can see the result of my payroll right away and review them and make any changes and will get the results right away. Is easy to navigate from one menu to the next.

Cons: The change between the old software and the new version, however, once you learn it, is very easy.
The messaging platform is not very clear to understand and require a lot of maintenance.
There are small glitches here or there.

Overall: Easy and kick way to do your payroll and get all the official reporting and fillings

Pros: I like the immediate payroll preview and update of my records with payroll information as soon as my payroll is done processing.

Cons: I do not find the layout as intuitive as the "file folder" layout we used to have. Also, I am really unhappy with the outsourcing of the customer service overseas. The new customer service reps are not familiar with the software. Questions that used to be answered in 30 seconds now take 30 minutes, and frequently the answer is incorrect. Extremely frustrating.

Pros: I love how its easy to use and maneuver. Even if you haven't had training, you can figure the data entry part out pretty easy!

Cons: I don't like how I have to call customer service most of the time to run general reports. Maybe there should be a report section with instructions and different examples. I also don't like the fact that I only have access to certain things when its apart of my job to do most things in ADP.

Pros: Love the HR module and it's potential for our company. Love the ease of access to online employee files. Love Time & Attendance timecard features and ease of use for employees and their supervisors.

Cons: Huge learning curve of the web portal and payroll processing steps for HR/Payroll staff. Effective dates don't always work the way staff thinks they do. Do not love the reporting features. Reports are difficult to build and some reports that we need do not exist. My company does not have time to learn how to build complicated reports. Disappointed that this feature is not setup for us already.

Pros: that he deal with all the government agencies and pay them directly. The information is allways there but is kind of hard to find it

Cons: Reporting areas, Invoicing. Once the implementation is done and something happen is hard to go back to the person who help you in the implementation. The Quarterly Reports take too long

Pros: Intergration of payroll, time & attendance, time off, 401(k), and storage for HR docs for employees is very good. Also, upgrades via this managed service require no work on my end.

Cons: Product support is lacking; email support isn't prioritized. Requests take up to a week to get answered and many requests go unanswered.

Pros: It is powerful and flexible, can do everything I need. Customer service is always knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

Cons: Accomplishing a new task or getting a new report is generally not an intuitive experience. Online help is often not clear.

Overall: I can track factors such as hourly vacation accrual. ADP connects direct to Great Clips point of sale system for very efficient data acquisition. I have never found an error.

Pros: the pay history - their is a new feature of filter a time frame.
Employee's history is easy to access.
the creation of the Time and attendance batch is a lot easier.

Cons: The screen is so full that it took me time to find things, and their are some screen that you enter a date, the system won't take it not unless you are changing something on the employee folder.
On the Search bottom, sometimes I have difficulty on this piece.

Overall: We've used ADP for a while, so I would say we've invest our time and implementation was easy, fees were the same. the quality of training and customer support that we receive was excellent.

Pros: It offers any kind of information I am looking for. I am able to keep track of a lot of things I never could before. I also am very happy with the ACA applications. The software takes care of virtually everything I need to stay in compliance.

Cons: The software offers so much variety in what I can do now, that sometimes it is hard to remember where to find the things I don't do every week.

Overall: I am able to stay in compliance with ACA. I am able to manage my payroll much more efficiently and keep track of a lot of aspects that I never could before.

Pros: I really like the summary screens which gives a snap shot view of each sub-menu item and also allows you to quickly navigate there. It's a real time saver to see the most common and useful details all on one page.

Cons: Sometimes the system freezes and I'm forced to refresh the screen or close out of the browser entirely and re-login. Not sure if certain browsers don't work as well than others with WFN.

Overall: It's truly easy to use and learn for the seasoned payroll professional. Custom reporting is awesome and easy to use.

Pros: The time keeping function. Hours for each employee are uploaded from time clock to the PR module. No need to add up time cards by hand

Cons: Doesn't always calculate the correct time when employees punch out during the day. The standard lunch time does not get deducted in that case.

Cons: I sometimes find it difficult to find places to make employee changes. Since I have to have one hundred characters, I will say that I think it is unreasonable to ask someone to answer questions with a minimum of characters.

Pros: The report writer & benefits functions. You can tell a lot of effort has been put here. But even so I cannot get a basic year to date report with real language on it. Which seems like one of the most basic reports.

Cons: The Payroll area. It is antiquated and difficult to use with no plans to update. I worked at a payroll company for 13 years prior to using this software for a private company. While no software is perfect, you cannot do simple things like do a percentage override on one check. Everything is pay codes and accumulators. Their standard payroll reports and quarterly reports are not user friendly. You cannot even get a simple year to date report with real language on it, you have to play a matching game with the master control. You cannot get a facsimile of what they sent to the agency for any returns except the 941 & 940. The customer service is also lacking. Most times you call in and get bounced around and multiple answers or no follow up. As a person who knows payroll very well, this is the least functional payroll system I have ever used. It was in place when I came on board.

Overall: The employee benefits enrollment and report writer.

Pros: You can navigate quite easily and find answers within the software. Even though it was totally different from Payex, it had enough similar general features that made it easier to learn.

Cons: Can be overwhelming with the new benefits structure and set up for each employee. Took some time to learn exactly how to set up new benefits deductions and employee family members. Still have some concerns from time to time, but have been able to work through it.

Overall: Setting up employees and their dependents to ensure regulations are met. I feel it takes the burden off of trying to know how everything should be done.

Pros: Customer friendly. Visually has a good professional look. Updates keep up with the necessary changes that are needed for our business.

Cons: Can be challenging sometimes when training new employees as the learning curve can be steep. Price could be better.

Pros: Familiarity, the availability of the support team, the ability to run reports and gather information from our years of history.

Cons: Recently, there have been a lot of updates and changes. It's hard to keep up with that during our busy season.

Overall: Easy to manage our payroll. We're a small office for a seasonal business. During our busy season, our staff numbers can swell to 300 people. ADP makes it easy to manage that.

Pros: Ease of the dashboard and being able to transfer information from timesheets to payroll quicker - also a much faster payroll process in terms of processing the preliminary batches for review

Cons: The leave time in time and attendance - once it is entered, it's difficult to make changes to that day or correct mistakes without starting over, often receive error messages

Overall: Quicker processing for payroll - employees like the new dashboard for clocking in and out that also gives them payroll info, and the mobile app that goes with the software

Pros: The screens that bring different information together to make finding information or making changes easy.

Cons: The templates for new hires doesn't include all the information that is necessary for our company.

Overall: Easier to make changes and I can access the software when I'm not in the office.

Pros: Having used this software before, the ease of the set-up has greatly improved and the implementation team is much more attentive and knowledgeable. I also liked the continued follow-up during the set-up phase and the first few weeks of payroll submissions.

Cons: The tax process could have been explained in a little more detail at implementation along with the support tax resources.

Overall: Very easy to set-up and very affordable for a small company.

Pros: Very easy to use, one stop place, ADP can do most of what you need no need to get other software. They listen to your issues and they try and resolve quickly.

Cons: they still have a few issues to iron out but in its majority they have excellent service. Have had to contact managers a few times to get my issue resolved but bottom line my issue has been resolved and always politely and quickly

Overall: one stop place no need to get additional software. very easy to use.

Pros: I love the fact that it's a hire to retire software that can be as all encompassing as you want it to be. I like that we can recruit and have the candidates information in the systme when it's time to hire. I also like that you can have carrier connections that communicate with Benefit vendors to keep data accurate. ADP's customer service is top noctch.

Cons: I am not a huge fan of the performance review section of ADP. We are a smaller company who does not use a weight system for reviews and it's not as customizable to remove that as we'd like it to be.

Pros: Preview result is excellent with Work Force Now. We are able to correct mistakes and run preview reports anytime. We like pay data grid. It is easy to add or delete a row or a column on the grid. Customer service is important. When we need help, customer support is always there we can count on it.

Cons: This software has a lot of functions. Sometimes we took a while to find information we need on the software because some features we don't use frequently so we are not familiar with it. We would like to learn all the features on this software, it would be great ADP offers seminars in the local area, we would like to attend. Thanks!

Overall: It is online. No back-up from our end. Overall it is good quality software.

Pros: The array of reports that can be produced for everything is great. The payroll processing dashboard was a great idea to help give you a quick comparison to your last payroll.

Cons: Getting started it can be difficult to learn to build reports or find the information you need to put in the report.

Overall: Accurately and timely payroll processing and recordkeeping.

Pros: The software is user friendly and tells you when you have not completed a task.
Steps are clear and easy to follow.

Cons: I do not like the fact that the system times out...I wish we could select the length of time before timing out.

Overall: frees up time to accomplish other tasks.

Pros: What I like most about Workforce Now is how easy it is to use. I also really like that ADP continually releases updates based on feedback from their clients.

Cons: My least favorite thing about the Workforce Now software is the price. It is much more expensive than similar payroll services offered by other companies.

Pros: Automated results right away are very helpful. I do not like the fact that an Employee can not be looked up by social security number.

Cons: Navigation changes too often. I do not like the printed out views of payroll reports as they get cut off.
