I love using it. It has made keeping track of my prospects very easy.The search process to find my prospects is intuitive.

Pros

The ability to try before buying, up to a certain data amount. I had several days of full time use at work and did not want to cancel my plan when given the option. It was much more beneficial for me to upgrade my plan.

Cons

The lack of videos specific to me as an independent sales contributor using the database as my CRM. I am learning how to optimize it as I go along.

### "Can't beat it for the price"

Overall, the product is good. Wish there was more customer support in the US that could provide quicker resolutions and answers.

Pros

Very cost effective and customer support is quite friendly. The mobile app is useful although. When updating data, it is very quick.

Cons

Limitations on formatting invoices, limited ways to send data for invoice history. Mobile app missing some vital pieces of info that are only available on web app. API documentation needs to be updated. While customer support reps are great people and happy to do their best to help, it seems bugs that are reported, issues needing to be resolved, and some questions go unanswered for long periods of time while "waiting for a response from development team".

My overall experience with Flowlu has been very positive. The platform provides strong Security, great Value for Money, and responsive Customer Support. The tools for Project Collaboration and Team Collaboration make it easy to keep everyone aligned, while Project Tracking ensures that deadlines are met. In addition, the Employee Management feature has helped us stay organized internally. Overall, Flowlu has improved the way we manage our work and made our team more efficient.

Pros

The Project Collaboration, Team Collaboration, and Project Tracking features make it very easy to keep our groups organized and meet deadlines. It really improves efficiency and helps our team stay connected.

Cons

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it has so many features. It takes some time to learn how to use everything efficiently, but once you get used to it, it works really well.

CRM interface is user friendly. Links between CRM and record list is advantage. Adjustable user interface is good. You can expand the information you enter with custom fields

Cons

List import is problem because of CSV file format. Time tracker is not practical. CRM repost is not customizable. It is very basic.

I'm very happy with my flowlu. I'm able to quickly and easily keep track of my clients and their details, and the invoicing templates and invoicing system is a lifesaver. Keeps track of everything so I don't have to, and makes it look incredibly professional. Very happy!

Pros

The ability to quickly and easily invoice makes life a lot easier. Setting up invoicing templates which can be easily edited and send in a matter of minutes helps me not to forget

Cons

I'd like to be able to have more control over the organising of the sidebar, as there are a bunch of features I don't need to use. I also find the manner in which the settings are spread out to be unintuative and hard to find the specific thing I need

Definitely positive. It is not the perfect product yet, but the team seems to strive for it. If you are willing to adapt your processes slightly, you can have a powerful and multipurpose tool that can save you a lot of time and effort throughout your pre-sale and execution cycles. We offer strategic marketing consultations and we definitely get a lot of value for it.

Pros

The most obvious pro is having your CRM, Estimates, Invoices and Projects on single platform. But you also have: A client portal: where clients can see their documents, projects, tasks and interact with your team. External users, i.e. for external freelancers that do not need to really have access to your data (they do not count as user seats against your license) and a very useful Mobile App, pivotal especially if your sales are on the go. Last

Cons

Support could get better: they do reply to your enquiries but sometimes it can take more than a week. It is totally understandable that a start up like FLowlu might have a limited team, especially considering their fast roadmap to deliver new features. However they could get better with support, especially considering: Naming consistency: Probably due to translation from the team's native language, some labels in the interface are often a bit obscure, especially in the settings. I.e. same features/options called with slightly different names or different ones with same names. Documentation: Flowlu has an extensive documentation but due to the HUGE number of feature it offers, and the pace at which the product is progressing, sometimes the knowledge base article are lacunose, or simply outdated. Last but not least: lead magnets/webforms. One easy win for them would be upgrading their in-built web forms. At the moment you only have a few options, and you need to take the forms as they are and just embed them as they are. You can't change the fields, not even the label (i.e. if you need them in another language) I really hope they could come up with their own form builders or at least integrate with some major CMS, like WP, Elementor etc. In our case we went around this through Make.io

Overall, I am really pleased with Flowlu. Previously I was managing multiple CRMs and my Inbox as I could not fully adopt one as one or the other was missing vital features for my business. Flowlu has changed this for me.

Pros

\- simplicity - mature product/CRM that can be used straight away without waiting for a 'promised' roadmap item - support has been very receptive and helpful - run by a team - a great project management tool, that has milestones and granular control, subtasks, tagging etc. - no trackers adopted when using their CRM - true connect with Gmail (i.e. can move emails to different folders) and nominate which folders to sync - Simple - Can view and toggle between tabs with ease, whilst keeping the parent tab open in the background (i.e non-obtrusive tab view options) - Knowledgebase (Flowlu use what they sell and offer users) - Onboarding - Ability to 'approve' delegated tasks - Can link/send direct link to tasks etc. - Default new user permissions seem great - Quick integration to Connecting Apps (Pabbly Connect etc.) - Can copy and paste images easily into group 'feed - Can delete Milestone tasks at the project level

Cons

\- after starting off on a real high i.e a found a great CRM, my emails stopped syncing. Update: support fixed this and this is no longer an issue - A team invite confirmation email went straight to the spam folder - Webforms seem plan at this stage. More granular detail and options would be amazing incl. behavioural triggers. Now I can't find webforms on my account at all?? - Images pasted to Knowledgebase are of poor resolution

### "Promising & Customizable Project Management Tool"

Pros

A nice and promising all-in-one solution. I have tried various alternatives, but they are quite pricey when it comes to managing a team of 5 -10 people. With Flowlu you can actually do quite a lot on the free plan, which I did, and then switch to the paid plan, while the price is quite attractive. The roadmap looks solid and promising and the team behind Flowlu regularly rolls out new features. What I really like about the Flowlu team is that they hear and listen to their customer and take down the important feedback and improve bugs and add new functions as per user request. The support team is also quick and helpful. I was surprised to find a mindmap solution in it too. I have not tried all features yet, but what I have used so far is enough for my use case (digital marketing).

Cons

What I still don’t like about Flowlu is that they provide so many customization features that it is sometimes hard to follow and understand what and how should be ticked or unticked to use. It would be nice to have templates suitable for most industries (marketing, IT, Real Estate, etc.) so one could just choose the template and customize it to their needs. Another vital feature that I find unacceptable is that my assigned admins can see the CRM contacts, financial data and other data related to all organizations managed in Flowlu. Other PM tools allow complete isolations. I would really love to see each of my companies connected to Flowlu isolated completely, as it is a matter of security. Additionally, it would be great to have email sync reduced to 1 minute for all plans not just for the highest plan. Another important feature that still misses is the webforms that we can embed into websites. It would be nice to have a webform that is customizable taking into account various use cases. The client portal is also not there yet, but the team promised to add it soon. Subtasks are implemented in a strange manner and not tied to the main task, which should be changed.

Having tried various solutions, I decided to give Flowlu a chance and switch from two other PM tools I had been using. Even though I don’t have a need to manage hundreds of people, it is still important to stay on one tab and not to switch between different solutions as Flowlu has many features under one roof. So far, Flowlu is a multi-purpose tool and I can replace various small services I had been using previously.

Pros

It has a wonderful interface that looks great and is really easy to use. I particularly appreciate how many different functions it covers - everything I need is there. They are also frequently improving the product and adding functionality, which is great!

Cons

If you have a free account, it gets deleted with no warning, which has happened to me a few times, including when I was on a trial before getting a paid version, so I had to start from scratch again - very frustrating. I am delighted with the functionality of this system, how they managed to harmoniously include many functions in one system. Also - Flowlu is constantly making updates due to which the system acquires a perfect look. Thank you! I have studied more than 15 of the most popular CRM systems And if in short, Clickup is really overloaded with functionality and too complicated, Asana lacks a lot of things... The rest are narrowly focused on different industries. But Flowlu is a universal system with great prospects. If they had shares, I would buy!

Our experience with Flowlu has been marked with success and benefits. We have been able to work more intensively on our tasks without any delay. It help us ensure better task management at every stage of the project.

Pros

Flowlu has an in-product time tracking function that allows us to keep an eye on our time consumption. It helps us to break down tasks and assign them to individuals. Flowlu collaboration space allows us to keep in touch with all parties during projects. It has great automations which saves us lot of time on repetitive tasks.

Cons

For all we have asked for from Flowlu, it has responded really well without any setbacks. There is nothing to like least about it.

Pros

### "All in one Project and Customer Management Software"

I have many many different workflow items and tasks going on all at the same time. Flowlu helps me keep focused and take care of the most important things first. As well as store, and keep organized all my company data, customer data, customer interactions, billing, invoicing, job costing. I can't thank Flowlu enough for creating this amazing product. I don't have to use a million different softwares, I can keep everything in one place which is a Huge gift to me, and allows me peace of mind as I can more closely oversee every job in detail.

Pros

I love that the software has so many options, and they keep adding more. I found that many other software options were too simple, in that they didn't allow for the user to add as much detail or keep it as simple based on their needs. So I like that everything is In one place, I go only to this software for everything, and the sales teams are constantly adding new features, and taking into account suggestions I make for how the software can better suit my needs. Awesome! You don't find that kind of support in larger companies.

Cons

Well these "leasts" are past tense now, but I will say originally I think the thing I liked least was the support was based out of the United States, so I was concerned about Data safety and whether I would get support for the product. However, I have not seen any data safety problems so that's good. And even though support is in a different time zone then my own, they always answer 100% of the time. Which is more than can be said of many United States based companies.

Reason for choosing Flowlu

I chose Flowlu because the other products were too rigid. These other sites were meant more for sales, and I need sales, estimates, project management, CRM, Invoicing, Document Storage. The other Softwares I looked at only excelled at one item on my list, but not all of them at once. The other sites were also too simplified, I felt like I was using something made for a child. I needed something that could keep up with a fast paced, professional environment that has many different aspects needing attention. Flowlu does whatever and I mean really Whatever you want and need. That to me is invaluable as I grow my business.

Overall, Flowlu offers a huge value for any agency looking to combine all their needs into one platform. They have a robust online community, so if you have questions, comments, or suggestions, Flowlu's team and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] are there answering them. I am looking forward to using Flowlu for many clients and projects, and I grow my business!

Pros

Flowlu is meant to be the one-stop shop for agencies looking for a project management system, CRM, invoicing, knowledge base, and more. I just use the platform for project management, and it offers a lot of flexibility in managing any sort of client tasks. You have the ability to set up Workspaces which house various Projects that have various tasks. This offers a lot of flexibility when setting up various clients and projects for those different clients. Their ability to give different levels of permissions to different people (either individually or as a group) allows management of employees or freelancers very easily. Lastly, they have the ability to set up task templates and workflows that make assigning similar tasks ease, saving tons of time.

Cons

Flowlu offers a lot, more than what I need. Some features like email alerts that you could respond to via email to add comments to tasks are not available. Additionally, while they do have a mobile app, they don't have a mobile version of their website. While the pros definitely outweigh these cons, just know that they are still working on features like this.

Cons

While development pace is steady, it's a little slow. As is the product's loading times and speed.
