Pros

I like the customizability in the platform and the continuous updates. I believe our use case is unique and the ability to adapt to work how i want it to is nice!

Cons

The reporting widgets can be cumbersome and it would be nice to be able to copy these tools across users rather than set each up individually.

So far its been great. Really enjoying the extra functionalities we get around the core products we need.

Pros

Great Value for money. Lot of different well built out features and functionalities that overlap. Customer support has been great also, we usually get an instant response to any queries and have been able to build our franchise business around the products pretty quickly. Addition of tasks and project features really complete the CRM functionality.

Cons

Would be great to have an email / SMS automation functionality to go along with the CRM. Some of the permissions aren't as flexible as they could be, but this is a minor thing and there are workarounds.

Sometimes the task updates and notifications can get a bit too frequent, making it hard to focus. It would be helpful to have more control over which types of notifications each user receives.

Pros

I liked Flowlu’s all-in-one structure — it combines project management, CRM, invoicing, and task tracking in one platform, which really helps keep everything organized and connected

Cons

Some features require a bit of time to learn, and the interface can feel slightly complex at first for new users.

We see Flowlu as an essential part of our company success as we scale. After bouncing between different all-in-one CRM systems, we finally found a platform we don't feel is holding us back.

Pros

Flowlu is designed for practical use from start to finish. Its modular system gives you the freedom to customize the platform to fit your exact needs. This setup encourages you to define your best processes, allowing you to effectively use Flowlu for your daily work, metric monitoring, and reminders.

Cons

The initial setup forced us to strategically define our needs, which ultimately made the platform useful. While some modules required time to evaluate, even the ones we decided not to use weren't a waste of time—they gave us greater focus on what truly matters to our process.

Pros

It has maken life easier for Project Tracking. The employee management and filters are great, easy to navigate through the boards. Security is never a compromise.

Cons

The notifications has filters but if it has an option to filter the read notifications it would be better. Sometimes we tend to forget the task we were working on, so It would be easier.

Pros

Pipeline is wonderfully streamlined for ease of organization with team members, tracking project stages and development, and managing customer contacts. This platform has been excellent for our family business!

Cons

The one feature present on the browser application that I wish was on the mobile app is the ability to create a contact while adding it to the project's card in the pipeline instead of having to navigate to the contacts tab. This is very helpful on my laptop to quickly organize a new card.

It is the chosen platform of the Maryland Pro Bono clinic to hold all of the pertinent information for the volunteer service.

Pros

Flowlu's platform organizes very dense information very well. It is easy to upload and locate resources once they are posted.

Cons

Not much to say here, Flowlu is an adequate platform to store resources and to be productive. Many other sites only do one of those well.

Overall, Flowlu has been a positive experience. It’s powerful in terms of centralizing project management and operational workflows, but it still requires improvement in analytics, reporting, and CRM integration to be a true all-in-one solution. With stronger dashboards and more intuitive design, it could easily become a leading platform for agencies and operations teams. Right now, I am afraid, and sorry for this, but I rather prefer other tools.

Pros

Flowlu is a very complete all-in-one platform. It centralizes projects, tasks, CRM and finance, which makes it easier to manage everything from a single place.

Cons

The UI layout can sometimes feel confusing and not as intuitive as expected. The CRM module is not deeply integrated with projects, which creates some duplication of effort. Dashboards are limited, they cannot be shared externally, and the data available is very surface-level, not allowing deeper insights. This makes reporting less useful compared to other tools.
