Looks like the developers use their own tool for everyday work ;-) Pros First of all I was impressed by the transparent positive communication of the support, when confronted with critics. This is an all in one CRM / Task Management tool with an intuitive UX. The system of adding only the Features you need by installing as separated modules makes it easy to learn without being overwhelmed by the lots of features. However some of the points and strengths I read in various reviews encouraged me to give it a try. From there, and without having been able to extract all the juice yet, I can say that after having tried more than a dozen different solutions in the last 10 years, this is the most complete and at the same time simple to manage of them all. I am excited waiting for them to incorporate what they have planned in their roadmap and be able to manage my business from Flowlu like I never could before. There's a lot of different features, so it'll cater to small and larger businesses. Cons I found that without updated guides (all of the guides at the time were from before they did a UI overhaul), it was too complicated for me to figure out how to use for my simple use case. There's a good Facebook group with an active community, and they tried to help, and I even reached out to support who tried to help, but I just couldn't wrap my head around everything. For instance, I use one software to create invoice, another software for CRM, and other software for client portal. Using Flowlu, it is all there. Pros Flowlu is an All-in-one Business Management Software I can use to handle my clients. The CRM is very good. Project management module is advanced. I didn't realize that the invoicing module is also very good until I use it. For instance I can not delete an invoice if it related to a transaction. I use the white label solution and install it on my domain. This way my client won't know that I am using Flowlu. And one more. I use Xmind to create mindmap for my clients. I can upload my mindmap to Flowlu, and give the access to my client. This is something that is very rare. Flowlu said that it is not yet compatible with the newest Xmind, but I still tried it, and it just works :) Summary: using Flowlu, I can manage my business from 1 platform, and that is huge a time saver. Project management, CRM, email enquiries, invoicing, each with its own tool. The reason for this is that most attempts I've seen at doing everything end up in a mess in terms of UI and UX and force you to give up some of the depth of functionality in each area. Seeing the swath of positive reviews for Flowlu convinced me to give it a go. And now I'm a convert. There is just enough depth in every area Flowlu covers to satisfy most scenarios at least for my business model (small digital marketing agency). There is comprehensive CRM and leads generation, tied up to a build in email client, two types of project management build in (standard and agile), time tracking, budgeting and invoicing, documents and a knowledge base and project based team chat. Cons Because of the depth of functionality, although page layouts are clear and important info is easy to find, sometimes that comes at the expense of a few extra clicks to get to the minute details, but that's something I can live with. And it sure beats the hell out of switching between 3 or 4 separate platforms to get the job done. As a person with strong software engineering proficiency, I know the value of API and can recognize the full worth of it. And I am of the highest opinion of API this platform has. Also, I like its rich functionality. For example, Flowlu enables to create tons of Sales Funnels, each of them with highly customized stages. Indeed! This is highly convenient, useful, and helpful! I have used tons of software and always struggle to select the perfect tool for us. There are one or two tools that have robust features but the price is just insane and too much for my budget. Pros I am blown away by tons of features that I absolutely need for my company. It is very user-friendly. So far, I have not encountered any problems, all feature seems to work with no issues. And since I use Pabbly, I can integrate it with all my other tools. Best Features for me 1. Task Management 2. Workflows on Task 3. Gmail Sync and can be auto-added as opportunity. 4. Integrates with Pabbly Cons 1\. Chat feature - Hopefully they will add a feature where you can mention someone in a group chat. 2. Pros It replaces many different apps and tools all in the same place. Previously I was juggling Gmail, Trello, Asana, Invoicing directly through Paypal (previously using Dubsado), and missing out on a helpdesk and knowledge base which would have cut down on admin time. Flowlu includes all of this. Cons There are some features still in development like the client portal, contract signatures, and some integrations but they're on the roadmap. These aren't deal breakers and I'm okay with waiting for them. I am able handle CRM as well. Pros I genuinely loved this product. All the features can be within the app which may need multiple apps in past. This solves my current problem of handling my 27 staffs . I will stack upto tier 5 later for now i have purchased tier 3. As, different integration can be done and as per their plan in future i am excited for the product updates. Pros What made me buy Flowflu was project workflows and their built-in automations. Together, these enabled me to create project templates, tasks and even emails which would work in sequence without me having to remember to manually trigger them. Cons It's a shame that products can't be integrated with CRM opportunities as, for me, it's a critical component of why and how a prospect is interested in our business. The web app is speedy, which is a must have for me. If I have to spend my time on business administration, I'd rather it be swift rather than slow. The functionality provided is impressive and the onboarding was much appreciated. Invoices are stylish and simple one or two line invoices fit on one single page. I've had clients who have complained that a single line item invoice covers more than one page, and I'm happy to report that Flowlu doesn't have this problem. I'm looking forwards to the upcoming client portal as that'll be the last piece of my personal CRM jigsaw. May 25, 2021 5.0 in my search for an all-in system for CRM, invoicing, internal communication with different teams of different departments, i encountered a lot of system that were not as userfriendly, had no clear overview and such a nice user interface as Flowlu. Also the customization possibilites are great. I was amazed by all the possibilities. Often prodcuts ton(t live to the expectations set through marketing campaigns for the product. At Flowlu they did an extraordinary job by not only living up to teh expectations but by exceeding them. Finally, what realy convinced me of going for the highest plan was the custom domain, ip whitelisting and especially their roadmap, more specifivally their futur plans. i am very excited about this product and can only vouch for them and confirm this is a top product and a no brainer to purchase it when you are a small to medium sized company.
