I have used many other project management tools but Flowlu is by far the best, with very well thought out functionalities and UX. I can’t wait to implement the rest of the suite and wish Flowlu success! Educe Pros Flowlu onboarding process was smooth with their own project workflow that taught me how to use the tool to onboard my staff. I love the automation and templates...that provides flexibility and power. Flowlu has become a centralised hub and an integrated suite for our business, which helps to streamline our workflows tremendously. While I LOVE Trello for certain things, it was not working for me as my business and team grew. In an attempt to find a better "to do list maker", I stumbled upon Flowlu. Let me tell you- it's an absolute game changer. Since FlowLu, I am getting SO MUCH more done, and tasks are no longer forgotten or overdue. I sincerely believe that using Flowlu to organize my thoughts, projects and tasks will help my business grow in ways that it couldn't before. Pros I LOVE the project management tool. I have been able to organize all of my scatter thoughts, projects and goals into an easy to understand platform. My tasks are now getting done, whereas before that would often be forgotten. I can also see my progress in project completion, and organize tasks by priority. I honestly don't know how I got anything done without FlowLu. Cons It's not as "pretty" as other apps (ie Trello). Product manager Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Good software, Great Potential" May 27, 2021 5.0 Pros I have used a few CRM and Project Management like Clickup and Wrike but some of them are too complicated. Others have a steep learning curve. Flowlu has a really user-friendly interface and is super easy to use. It's also surprisingly inexpensive given it has deep automation. The automation in Flowlu is what truly sold me - they're going to make my work so much more efficient. The ability to send and read emails in Flowlu (with tracking) is another excellent feature. And with the client portal on the way, Flowlu has the chance to become one of the best CRM & PM services out there. Cons \- External services integration is very weak. This needs to be improved fast - No ability to create forms (there are workarounds for this, but I would like to be able to do it from within Flowlu) - Would love to see an increase in the # of email accounts you can have - There’s a lot to learn initially, so it feels overwhelming, and the videos meant to explain how to onboard is weak. Compared to other software options, I found many of them too simple, as they did not provide enough detail or kept it simple enough for individual needs. I really appreciate how easy it is to manage everything, and how the sales team continually adds new features and incorporates suggestions I make for making the software more useful to me. With Flowlu, four applications have been replaced, and life has been improved. This company offers excellent customer service. Cons There are still bugs, but they are less frequent with time - the program is obviously still maintained and continuing to grow. Pros My firm has successfully used Clio (for practice management) Lawmatics (for CRM) for the last few years. However, I hated having to switch back and forth between the apps and I hated the monthly fees. When I found a lifetime deal for Flowlu I was thrilled! Even though it is not specifically built for law firms, the platform is awesome as handling intake, keeping projects organized, and moving cases forward. Cons I'm really excited about the features on the roadmap and wish the client portal would be ready prior to August. Pros Let me just start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews (or barely), but I have to leave one here. Flowlu is a must buy. I fully-stacked it and I'm still coming out on top. I've bought several CRM's and nothing compares, this one is THE one. It's not perfect and has plenty of room for improvement, but I'm so impressed. Features I'd love to see added: - Client Portal, where clients can add projects to their workspace and that's it, currently they can see some internals of your business, hence why I've delayed giving access to my clients - A better time tracking tool, I think it'd be great for the timer to automatically start when they move from 'to-do' to 'in progress' and then stop when they move it to 'done'. - Better white-labelling, allowing you to place it on your subdomain etc. - Changing colour scheme to your brands colours - Bank integration, grabbing your expenses and payments automatically to fully use the Finance section It's still an amazing CRM and you'll be kicking yourself if you miss this. Pros I like Flowlu’s comprehensive suite of widgets to cover all of the necessady business functions for a consulting firm’s operation. Not only that, the fact that you can addortake away any feature based on how your business is efficient. Cons I wish the Flowlu platform allowed the entry of various bill rates for each user. June 12, 2021 4.0 A really great set of features and functions at a fair price, especially if you were able to get in on some of their promotions. I looks like the company does a good job of listening to the customer and implementing new features regularly such as having additional integration so that's always great. I expect to use this more over time, but since it's relatively new to me what I can say is that it's a robust package and I hope it can continue to get better and better over the long-term. Pros I like how the tasks management is handled. You can even see sub-tasks directly from the same view thus saving time clicking for more details. There are also modules for knowledge management and even mindmaping built in which is really nice because you don't need to have separate systems to use those features. Cons I would have liked to see the departments and company structure feature be part of the lower plan tiers. I am also waiting for the customer portal feature, but that's forthcoming (I hope!). CEO Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Flowlu all in one that works" May 24, 2021 5.0 I have lots of pm tools, but I have to admit this works out of the box fine Pros Flowlu can connect to your mail, so you see the mail in Flowlu and can create tasks directly from there. No more need to send yourself mails to create the tasks Flowlu can connect to your gmail calendar, so that you can manage your calendar in the same place where your have the project manager. You can create invoices from the platform. The possibility to create a knowledge base that can be seen to your users or even to any person by a direct link. There is a CRM although I have not used it myself so I can´t talk about it. The automatization features are pretty solid. And it integrates with Pabbly and Integrately. Above all Flowlu seems to work fast and without errors. The UI is simple enough but full of features. Cons Client portal is still in development. Mainly I use it for client management and provide good services to my client. Pros Yes, Flowlu is by far the best. Everything from its advanced features related to sales and customer management to its sleek design have made me a huge fan of this application. I have tried out many other CRM's & project management tools but ultimately Flowlu was the clear choice for me due to its amazing customer support team. And then there are all of the wonderful features like ip whitelisting, CNAME. invoicing, task etc. & integrations like integrately. In order to increase sales, you need to collect valuable customer information and ability to connect and disucss through inbuilt chat is plus. Easy time-tracking with multi-users; invoicing through payment integration; sleek Kanban Board that shows your product or client's feedback in real time and much more! Pros I do online events and conventions and I'm always struggling to coordinate the flow of information, so I've look for a collaboration tool that I can use. I found Flowlu and i was surprised, not only is a collaboration tool, but basically a way to manage your whole business. I've triedZoho, Pipedrive, NiftyPM, and Hubspot CRM. They've all been good...in their own ways, but I have to sacrifice 'something' with each product. I finally found Flowlu, a solution that allows me to manage everything in one place! No more juggling SaaS products for project management and CRM management. Having all information in one place normally means paying out the wahoo for a high-end, established product. Not with Flowlu! For a reasonable price, you get a well-designed, beautiful all-in-one management tool. Pros Flowlu is a beautifully designed CRM / accounting / product management tool. This tool performs to many different functions it will make your head explode. Cons The UI appears slightly dated. It has a rich set of features that have made our work so much easier. Pros Flowlu has a solid set of features that are ready for everyday use in a small to medium-sized business. It combines real-world functionality with a decent UI. It is stable and everything works smoothly. Additionally, the platform is well documented and I was able to integrate everything I needed without any issues. Cons There is virtually nothing that I didn't like about Flowlu. One thing that I feel missing is is a little bit of email marketing automation or direct integrations with other email marketing tools. It felt like a no-brainer to support the developers further! I run Flowlu on a dedicated monitor as it has truly become my all-in-one business companion. Prior to Flowlu, I was utilizing QuickBooks Online & whilst the finance options are (currently!) still not as robust as the dedicated financial platform that QB Online is, I still feel much better-served whit this option! What's more, the community around it is fantastic, as is the hands-on approach of the\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] & the development team & which is priceless. The future roadmap makes me even more excited with Client Portals, even better financial document templates & an all-new mobile app! Pros The ease of use & the linking options available across all the different modules is fantastic. There's real detail behind everything on offer with good customization options. Cons Certain features are still in development such as Client Portals & the mobile app is fairly basic, however, these are all being addressed in the near future as can be seen in their roadmap! Pros Flowlu is such a nice tool wich so many features included. You do not have to pay for any features because everything is included and the price is really amazing for that massive functions. We have used Pipedrive and Zoho in the past but now we will stay with Flowlu for shure. Cons For now there is a customer portal missing. But guess what? March 26, 2021 5.0 Pros From the moment I purchased this software, I have been very happy that I did so. Having used Zoho and Bitrix24 this is a welcome change. The ability to automate the sales process based on milestones is fantastic! I’m exploring the lists feature more and I love what it can do. The knowledge base will allow me to store my operations manual/SOP in the same place where my employees will be doing the bulk of their work. Flowlu does what I need now and what I will need in the future. The support team is super responsive. I’m super excited to see how the software will mature. Cons Honestly, I don't have any cons. Thanks Flowlu team for bringing the deal here. I feel (and have high hope) that this would be a great PM app I can finally stick for long-term. Pros I am so curious about Flowlu. I got advice from a friend in FB Group to get this but I would be skeptical as there are many PM apps out there. I myself also got quite a few (Bloo, StarInfinity, Plutio etc), and consider to commit to myself "no more PM app". But I cannot resist when I saw the introduction video, so I full-stacked. And Flowlu is soooo overwhelming at the first look (counted to almost 20 apps - WOW). I could not believe that all functions I want are there. Apart from the core PM module (must-have), I have CRM (Opportunities management), Finance management (from Estimates to Invoices and Cashflows), Knowledge Base management. And Agile Projects and Mindmaps are quite nice bonuses. Cons For sure it would take sometimes to learn and be familiar with all of those functions. But I can see the tutorial and help systems are quite neat and well-organized (impressively overwhelming again). This already meets and exceeds many of my expectations.
