With features like CRM, Finance, and Mind maps I could not have gone wrong with my team management. The reason I buy this is mostly because they also have the "Knowledge Base" feature with great UI. Cons As of today the customer portal is still on the roadmap. It is inconvenient to add the customer as a user. So I am looking forward to what they promise to release later this year. It's the closest to an all-in-one system that I've ever seen. I'm thrilled I found it! Pros I love the ease of use and all the onboarding tips. There are also numerous Youtube videos. I can use this to create invoices, track my time, integrate my Gmail and Calendar. I can use just one program, Flowlu, instead of using ClickUp, Wave, etc. I am amazed at all the features it includes! It also is much easier to set up than Dubsado. Cons I cannot wait until they add proposals and contracts. It would also be wonderful if they could add a booking appointments feature. Since I am a newer business, it was easy for me to get set up and going. (Less than 12 hours). The features are great and their roadmap is exciting. The customer service has been pretty great. They always respond quickly and are very helpful. Pros I love that this software is seamless. I previously used Bitrix24 and found it very clunky. Flowlu has some of Bitrix' best features minus the glitches and overall confusing aspects of Bitrix24. Cons The only "con" I have noticed is that it's a newer software. It's rather easy to move around and get to what I'm looking for. I'm really looking forward to some upcoming tools they're working on. So far, the other aspects of the platform are quite brilliant. Looking forward to automating and streamlining my CRM. This would be a good platform to recommend to my other friends who are also business owners. Cons I did have a little struggle with the mobile app itself. Invoicing isn't as intuitive as I'd hoped, I couldn't figure out how to create an invoice on the fly. The support team is VERY responsive and know their product well. For users who want a more advanced set up, they have great tutorials and tips on how to make Flwolu work best for you. Pros Where do I start? The fact that we no longer have to log in to multiple places to do our work is the biggest pro. Flowlu has it all and integrates well with other popular systems. Flowlu is a tool that we will be able to use no matter the size of our business. Support is amazing and the knowledge base is great. There is a great community on Facebook where you can connect with other users and get some more tips. April 9, 2021 5.0 I really enjoy using Flowlu as it has saved me a lot of time in organising sale meetings and calls. I can also put everything to do with my business on the portal as it's like a cloud of all my information. Pros I really love the fact that my work emails are connected to the portal, so everything is accessible in one place. And everything is connected, so when a lead comes in, and converts to a sale - all the details through the sales pipeline stays. Cons There isn't anything I least like about this software! Cons Lo único malo que le veo es que (por el momento) no dispone de muchas integraciones, y por eso no iba a comprarlo. Pros I have been using FLowlu for the past 3 months. It is a great software that helps me run my business. I was looking to buy a CRM software but found a all in one business management tool with CRM functionality in it. I have tried other CRM before and this has something i will stick for long term. It help to run my daily operation and keep track of my sales, customers, knowledge base and more. I really like custom domain and email domain feature. It makes it easy to manage my contacts. Most of them are over complicated with steep learning curves. But Flowlu has a really user-friendly interface and is super easy to use. So many features like a Knowledge base, Emails Integration, Custom fields, Automations, API and Webhooks, a Calendar that syncs with my Google Calendar, and many more coming. It is an unbelievably amazing system I am so excited! We're a web design & marketing agency and the ability to assign tasks, create projects and workspaces the way that Flowlu allows is fantastic! We were using 17hats prior and this is 100 levels up over that. I spent a few days getting everything set up as I want it to be, then went and stacked a few more codes to get us to the highest plan as it's so worthwhile and worth every cent!!! We didn't need everything, so we decided to turned off some of its modules to reduce the clutter. Not much management software allows users to do this. After we got the essentials and set up, using it is as easy as it gets. Pros It has almost everything you need to organize and run your business. The amount of tools jam packed into Flowlu is astonishing. You can use it to manage tasks for teams, manage contacts with CRM, manage financial matters, set up knowledge base, and many more. Cons It has almost everything which made it a bit overwhelming at the beginning. For experienced business management platform users would be more at ease, but still would have to go through the learning curve of what each module is and what they can do. The team at Flowlu has gone out of its way to make this app as comprehensive and powerful as possible. They’ve also been smart about how they market their product by not holding back and giving full access to what they offer for free. Their pricing structure is easy to understand and people can see where they are expected to be spending their money. It is clear that there are no strings attached to this system and people will be able to use it at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed or lost in a sea of features that are hard for them to come by when needed the most. An awesome platform for managing work. I love how simple it is to use and how much easier it makes planning and tracking our tasks. This is an exhaustive and beneficial project management tool. You can also get support from them whenever you need it. Cons It has too many features and could do with a more modern UI/UX - it feels a little bit dated compared to modern tools. Therefore it is important to configure it in a way, that it matches with the use-case you want to achieve. It's best to hide all elements, that you do not need. Pros The strengths I see definitely in the agile project management part of it. It hats everything that you need to conduct agile projects. This alone is worth buying it as the limits are quite generous. Cons The weak part at the moment is the customer portal. It somehow does not yet exist. I like that you can inline-edit finance categories (for example add a description to a category on the category overview page without having to go to a separate page for that specific category first). And the 'rodger that' little pop up whenever a field is changed is friendly and fun feedback :-) It fits with the rest of the UI that feels the same way, responds fast, and is a joy to work with. I also really like that the team is very friendly and responds fast to questions. Cons The Finance section could be better. Currently it does not appear to be a replacement for accounting software as it's missing quite a few options (maybe that's not the goal, but that's what I had hoped). Ideally I'd like to divide income and expenses into NET and GROSS and have VAT automatically calculated (according to predefined VAT rate options). The option to add an exchange rate (for the day of purchase of an expense for example) that is then also automatically applied (with fields such as GROSS and NET before and after currency conversion) would be even better. The developers of this app have well thought out the plan to make life of small businesses easier by bringing several critical feature under one roof. Flow U is a complete business management software (not only one aspect as customer or finance but almost all the aspects). I would compare it with something like ZOHO CRM PLUS which is pretty expensive. With a reasonable price and fast user experience I am sure that Flow U will dominate the market in coming days. Cons Only thing that I wish would have included is inventory management. While Flow U is very suitable for my education company, it is not very helpful for my manufacturing company (www.kuffalo.com).
