Pros: customers can create their own file when reaching out to us thru our website and request appointments

Cons: when using the app to share a Doc typing message really slow to show up on screen
Customers get confused when filling out the appointment Location instaed of the address they mention the name of the place like ( my House , or driveway , or patio, // since we do driveway and patio work they just miss understand it is the address of the meeting )

Overall: a Organized system to engage with my potential customers 24/7

Support is hard to reach , takes hours to get a response. Was put on hold with VERY annoying music.

Pros: The scheduling feature. With some adjustments it will be much better, like color code appointments and such.

Cons: As I said before, customer support is hard to reach, almost as if there is no one there. When I finally got someone on the line she lacked the knowledge to help me and seemed eager to finish the call. I am moving to a new website very soon and need someone with knowledge to answer a few questions.

Overall: Scheduling feature is good.

Vcita enter my life because I had to take an online apointment for me ! Since then, I became a user.

Pros: Online apointment is really helfull but I can also manage my client's email a better way. I have nearly all what I need to mange my clients with Vcita.

Cons: I don't really like taking a lot of time setting my vcita calendar... when I'm not available or when I have to set spécific days and hour available.

Overall: Cohesion !

Pros: The scheduling flexibility and control is valuable beyond words. You have the ability to organize services and set specific parameters for each.

Cons: Minor bugs with the App Version that do not translate over to the PC Version. Otherwise, I have not experienced any "cons" that are beyond the learning curve of new software.

Overall: Customer service and their attention to the client's needs shows that they care about their users more than about making money.

Pros: Invoicing and doc library and the website widget for scheduling and taking payments. Ease of use and cost effective when considering the payment platform build in with Stripe

Cons: Can attach more than one doc from the library to the same recipient. Not a lot to mention here over all the program is a good investment.

Overall: Ease of taking payments and invoicing for services

Pros: 1. Love the POP up on the website - engages visitors and my business grew because of it
2. I like the ability for my patients to schedule their own appointments and I can make recurring appointments
3. People can schedule with other team members
4. Syncs with Google Calendar
5. Works well on mobile

Cons: 1. On rare occasion the sync with Google calendar doesn't work and it messes up my schedule.
2. I ask for 48 hour cancellation but clients can still cancel last minute and the system lets them reschedule it even though the policy says they cannot
3. Email campaigns are rudimentary and are extremely cumbersome for those with over 500 mailing list and one cannot divide the blast based on metrics (the most active clients in the last 6 months, certain age groups etc.)

Overall: Love having my clients book online and syncs with Google calendar.

Pros: Easy to setup, somewhat flexible, comprehensive set of features, integration with Google, helpful support team. Approaching the all-in-one CRM, scheduling, and cart solution I've been wanting since I started in business over 10 years ago.

Cons: A bit pricey /mo, but I paid up front and got a discount code so that shaved a lot off the bottom line. There are some missing features I need to make this a total solution for me, so I am still using some other tools on my website to fill the gaps, like ScheduleOnce and Paypal buttons. I'd love to eliminate the need to cobble bits together, as I've had to do since day 1. vCita is the closest I've come.

Pros: Vcita allows me to organize and keep me updated on my appointments. And there are other features that I want to implement in my daily use.

Cons: Vcita does all I need and much more. I want to explore the potential that I just do a look.

Pros: It's affordable and gets the job done. I like how it keeps me notified of appointment requests, how I can do everything I need to from my phone on the go.

Cons: I find it hard to navigate at times. Some things are buried deep and I can not find them or I don't know the right phrase to find what I want to do.

Pros: I like having all my clients in one place. I love that new features are being added all the time. I love that I can integrate it with my website

Cons: I would like more payment processing options

Pros: Vcita is my personal assistant, it manages my agenda and payment requests, i only need to keep my calendar updated and get meeting requests and Paypal payment notifications ;)

Cons: Would love to have my local currency (COP) included on the list.
I've had some issues with conversion attribution in Google Analytics with one of my clients (That I recommended vcita to)

Overall: I don't need a personal assistant thanks to vcita ;)

Pros: Lots of scheduling ability, for prospects and clients. However, it needs more. It would be great to track all the movement of a client in the CRM, make phone calls, create and track help desk tickets etc.. Or something close. But it is a good scheduler. Possibly the best out there.

Cons: Poor CRM capability. I have stopped using it. I am looking to move our team to a more versatile platform.

Cons: too expensive, I just received your bill for continuing the services and it seems quite high..can you bring down the price?

Pros: + Ease of use - this tool is very easy to use for me, and my clients love it for the easy of use.
+ HUGE Time Savings - I have spent no time scheduling meetings this year, and my admin has spent less than 30 minutes.
+ Mobile interface - including a simple app, and SMS reminders
+ Overall cost
+ Customization
+ Record-keeping - I can easily search the meeting history for any of my students

Cons: - Cost of SMS packages - I stopped sending reminders because it was not a great cost-benefit ratio.
- Lack of group-scheduling feature.

Overall: I save at least 1 hour every week, and my admin saves 2-3 hours every week . This means that our team gets a lot more done in a week than was possible with vCita.

Pros: I like that once it is set up, it is pretty much done. Adding services and changing the schedule are very easy to perform. Integration with clients very smooth.

Cons: I sometimes have to get an access code for Vcita / Stripe, which is ok considering the information that they hold. It bugs my bookkeeper, however.

Very good booking system but with very few possibilities for customisation. Shopping cart missing.

Pros: Easy to use and configure, the clients are is very nice and the open API helps a lot. For a regular appointment system provides all of what is needed.

Cons: However, when coming to multi lingual capability, customisations, shopping cart (or multiple bookings in one single reservation) and the time to update the product or integrate new features, the system is very weak compared to your competitors. The lack of such capabilities made me start using a another software.
You just have to read the Facebook forum to see how many clients are not happy with the product.

Overall: Better understanding of the features I need for my business and for my clients.

I am not tech savvy but I can use this software and the customer service is excellent.

Pros: It's easy to learn and use for both myself and my clients. I can customize the communications and the reminders are great. I also like that I can book events through the software so I don't have to use Eventbrite or any other outside program. I get paid in two days rather than wait for Eventbrite to hold my money until the event is over. I love that I can choose whether or not I require payment for my different services. There's also an email component built in so I can communicate with my clients directly. It's very complete for what I want and need.

Cons: I can't make admin changes from the phone app. I have to go into the desk/laptop version. It's not a big deal but sometimes I want to make changes to my settings when I think about them and have to wait until I can get to the full version .

Overall: A complete online scheduling, email, CRM, event booking, stat tracking system. It's perfect for me.

I love Vcita, it really helps a busy person like myself, manage my day.

Pros: Vcita syncing with Google. I have two calendars a Vcita and a Google calendar, whatever I put in my Google calendar automatically appears in my Vcita calendar, and whatever I put in my Vcita calendar automatically appears in my Google calendar. Love, Love, Love this feature!

Overall: The fact that Vcita sync's with Google. So, whatever I put on one calendar shows up on the other calendar. The outcome is that I never miss anything.

Great program! I love that team members can book their own calls with me!

Pros: Calendar feature is easy to use and I like the overall format and the way it looks, and the reminders that are sent out prior to the meetings.

Cons: I have had issues with time zones- it is supposed to automatically adjust to the client time zone when they book a meeting, but every few weeks something goes wrong and I call a client at the wrong time, which doesn't reflect very well on our business.

I love the fact that it is a "set it and forget it" type of program.

Pros: Allows customer/research participant to self-schedule, integrates my google calendar.

Cons: Month-to-month cost is high. I don't need it all the time, so yearly subscription doesn't work for me, but I feel I'm getting charged too much in comparison to annual fee for my monthly plan.

Overall: Captured research participants that would not have responded to me directly -- landing page with my picture & credentials is very helpful in gaining their confidence.

Pros: The floating Word Press Plugin makes it so easy for clients to reach out to me. I do not have to worry about a call to action on every page. vCita is there, no matter where they click! Adwords is EXPENSIVE vCita ensures I get the return on investment converting the clicks into paying clients in my office.

Cons: The app notifications on my phone are not consistent. They work and they do not. I have to make sure I check my inbox frequently to stay on top of contact requests and appointment changes. It works very well for a single location, with multiple people, I opened a 2nd office and clients have trouble picking the right location.

Overall: Better return on my Adwords marketing budget. It also saves me hours of a week playing telephone tag to schedule clients. I work and vCita schedules so I do not have to get involved. Everything else is just gravey!

Pros: Vcita has "grown" along with my dog walking/pet care business that I started 3 years ago. I use it everyday.
The facebook page for improvement suggestions has been a great way to listen to customer needs. I'm impressed by all of the positive changes so far

Cons: The accounting aspect. I wanted to clear out my data so I could start the calendar year with a zero balance and use it to track my earnings/ cash flow. I am not able to use vCita for this so I have to pay a book keeper to do it.
Cant archive old clients. I have about 70 customers over the last 3 years. I only have about 20 "active" at any one time so I'd like there to be a data file/storage for the in-actives that I can access/reactivate when they want my services. Not able to be able to color code my appointments so I use Google calendar.
Server shuts down or times out so when I'm on the road when that happens I have to rely on my backup google calendar to make sure I'm on time for appointments or don't miss one.

Overall: Automation, ease of use, runs my business life efficiently

Pros: The software is easy to use, intuitive and performs consistently over time. I searched a long time for a CRM system that I could use for my small coaching and consulting practice.

Cons: Sometimes, it would be helpful to have tutorials to assist in infrequently used procedures or attributes of the program.

Overall: Ease of use, intuitive, and consistently faultless over time. Customers always comment on how good the system is from their perspective.

Pros: I am able to keep up with my schedule and all appointments, and keep everything well organize. In my line of business I need to keep up with appointments, time line for sending out ads, promotions. As a travel agent we must keep up with who is traveling and their time frame of traveling. This software helps in this area.

Cons: It doesn't capture my clients interest enough to want to use it in scheduling their appointments. I would like them to click and schedule their own appointments at their earliest convenience.

Overall: Scheduling appointments and staying well organized.

Pros: I like the easy navigation and mobile app. It's very easy to create invoices, appointments, and communicate with my clients because the app is mobile.

Cons: The functionality to my clients looks "old school". They feel it is old technology because of the way it looks when creating an appointment. They feel it needs to be updated. I also feel that there needs to be an update to the scheduling so that my clients have confidence when setting appointments.

Cons: Private appointment schedule don't want to be shown in my shared google calendar while group sessions schedule do want. I still don't get used to this point.

Comments: I provide business management consulting for optometrists. All my work is done through appointments and email. vCita flawlessly syncs my calendar and allows clients to schedule when I'm actually available. Prior to vCita, I spent way too much time suggesting times, getting voicemails, etc. Besides that, they have done a great job of allowing a feature-rich "live-site" that is easy to set up and super customizable. I think for many businesses it would suffice to be the landing page.

Pros: Very simple appointment set-ups. Before vCita there was a ton of back and other emails, or worse than that - phone calls.

Cons: The invoicing/billing system is not as robust as some other programs out there. Specifically I would like the program to send out regular monthly retainer billing.

Recommendations to other buyers: You get out of it what you put into it. Take your time setting up your calendar so vCita knows when you are actually available.

Pros: This is the best software I have seen for one on one service providers and it is easy to set up and use.

Cons: The internal dashboards were confusing until I understood them. I had help from the support team. They do a good job.

Overall: vCita Software is great for anyone who has had clients look over his/ her website, send an email with a confused and confusing list of times they have available. Then after you get back to the client you find that their schedule has changed. The back and forth of appointment setting is eliminated with vCita as it is for other programs, but these features are embedded within a client portal that offers that authority aura. You can add the portal to your website, or if you don't want the portal, you can still use all the other vCita features. vCita allows you to bill and invoice and view everything from your mobile on the go very cool.

Some of those vCita features don't work for me because I communicate with groups of people at once rather than one on one. Still I found vCita software to be flexible and I liked that fact that their forms integrated easily with my website. It is pretty easy to learn although some of the internal dashboards are a little confusing. vCita's support team is good and I was able to get everything up and running as I wanted.

Recommendations to other buyers: Carefully look over their feature sets, it is richer than it looks at first.

Pros: Could become the single best product of its kind for Quickbooks integration if they can iron out some things and add a few more.

Cons: Horrific support. I was so convinced of the potential for this product that I upgraded to the paid subscription in hopes it would open additional features and better support. It didn't. The "Premium" support took a full week to respond and when they did it was incorrect. Payment gateways are PayPal and Stripe only. No QBMS integration which for a QB customer is usually preferred. Flexibility is not great. There is some but most things are rigidly set. For example, we use QB in a B2B environment but vCita will only display the lists with first and last names so we have no idea who half the clients in the lists are until we open them. Integrated data is very limited. The syncing of my Quickbooks company brought over very basic info like name and address. No phone numbers at all. No documents already attached (or references to them). No previous payments (or references to them). No company names. It needs some sort of integration with a "Dropbox" like storage.

Comments: Scheduling interviews with businesses in different time zones used to be a nightmare before I found vCita. Now, I am confident I'll never miss a call thanks to vCita sending notifications to both parties in our respective time zones.

Pros: The vCita Team is very responsive and open to new feature requests. All it took was a suggestion of making directions to a client's location accessible through the app and they made it a one-click solution! Because the app works across different devices, I can run my business from anywhere.

Cons: I'm ready to delve into their email campaign feature and see it integrates with Constant Contact. Having more auto-responder integrations would be great.

Recommendations to other buyers: As a vCita Partner, I highly recommend vCita to any business who needs an interactive CRM solution. They offer a free trial--take it for a test drive!

Comments: I use vcita daily to chat with our customers. It has been a really helpful tool because parents/students can see our pop-up chat on our site and shoot me a message anytime. Unlike live chat, it allows me to respond to the messages when I am available and doesn't show the customer that I am typing. Vcita is a life saver!

I contacted the company to do a trial of their software, I got a call from a rep a week after i signed up for the trial, I explained the girl the features i needed for my business and she acknowledged those features were not available at the moment, so she went ahead and cancelled the free trial and advised me i should check later to see if those features were added. to my surprise on May 8th there was a charge on my credit card for $575, I called and the lady said they wont give me the money back! WTF? now i have a software that I dont need but yet they charged me. how do you do business like that? I hope they fix this issue

Comments: I had vcita for more than a year. Through that time I had several bugs that cost me a lot of time. The answer by the support was usually that they would work on it and get back to me. Which then did not happen. After a while I asked them and they would answer they think they fixed it and I should report if I find more problems. A while ago they encountered a bug which they still cannot fix. The sync with outlook does not work properly so all times are shown regardless if they are free in my calendar or not. To be fair, they gave me back my money when they could not fix it after some weeks. It cost me several weeks of nerves though, more than 5 hours for calls and emails and some trust of my clients with failed appointments.

Pros: Price is ok, pretty easy to use.

Cons: Too many hickups and bugs. Costs time and trust of your clients.

Comments: I've been a vCita customer since 2012 using the basic (free) plan. Since upgrading, I've seen a significant boost in my streamlined productivity and follow up. My clients also appreciate the reminders for appointments and ease of communication with me.

Pros: The integration of the new dashboard with the mobile app is simply sublime. :)

Cons: I'd love to see improvements for the email campaigns. If vCita adds email marketing to their service, I wouldn't need any other CRM tool/service.

The plugin also gives opportunity for prospects to schedule appointment , pay online etc. Prospects are also able to book service with difficulty.

Comments: I have been doing life coaching and small business consulting and am about to start doing mental health case management. I just got my LLC and am doing everything by myself. It's a lot of work, but companies like vCita, that do a few things really well, have been making it possible for me to put my business together. I have been extremely concerned for the confidentiality of my client information (who wants to be hacked, really?), but I have also needed to make sure I can get paid beforehand or store a credit card. vCita is HIPAA compliant, whichi s a huge relief, although I found out HIPAA compliance is only relevent if you deal with insurance companies, which I don't. Through emails over two weeks, Kylee K. has patiently answered all of my questions. With every answer, she has shown me how much vCita can actually do, how flexible it is, and how customizable it is. I am going to be advertising and launching in the next few weeks and I am confident that if I have problems, they shouldn't be with vCita.

Pros: Easy to use, great customer support, and the articles for explaining things actually explain them, so you don't have to google it even after getting an answer. The things I asked about that they didn't have, Kylee gave me the link to a features suggestion forum for users and encouraged me to list the features there. She also invited me to beta test for an AWeber integration, so I would assume that asking about your email marketing provider would be a good way to let their development team know which ones to make API's for first.

Cons: The only email marketing integration is Mailchimp and I have AWeber. This is annoying, but not a deal breaker. There is not two factor authentication for admin and users. I don't know that two factor authentication would be useful for clients, but I would really like this for account holders and anyone who can else who would be using it on the emplyee side. There is no way to sort clients by date since last appointment, appointment type, or anything else.

Comments: Using Vcita cut down on my "no show" rate and it freed up time now that I don't have to take appointments over the phone. I just renewed my subscription for another year because it is one of the best business tools to make life easier, to save time, and to make more money.

Pros: Love the app, love that it reminds my clients by text and email, love that it takes payments so that I don't have to. I also love the CRM.

Cons: The only thing I think it is missing is an email campaign option like Infusionsoft. I would love to schedule emails to remind clients of my other products, services, and events. That would be the last piece to allow me to increase my income.

Comments: I was turned onto vcita by a fellow coach in my area and feel like i struck gold on my first time out. This scheduling software has great customization features and is incredibly easy to set up and use. Since companies hire me to coach their employees having this software takes all of the scheduling duties of private coaching sessions off the plate of wellness coordinators and they love. It has improved all aspects of my business with the capability of billing and sending follow up documents to clients. I highly recommend it.

Comments: vCita truly allows us the freedom to teach and not be on the phone all the time. The online booking portal allows our students to set up, change, and cancel appointments 24/7, without our needing to answer the phone endlessly. This gives us time with our families and more time teaching. In addition, it's easy to use. And we love the reminders that we get, our students get and the ease of doing all of it online. We have used it for almost a year-- and it has never let us down. In addition, when we recently moved and needed to fix one last place for the address- the customer service person helped us in less than 10 minutes. And that small change saved our students and us-- all the hassle of a student going to the wrong location.

Pros: It's affordable, easy for anyone to use and works seamlessly with our website. You can turn off the automatic pop ups or use them depending on what will work best with your customers.

Cons: You do have to enter a lot of information. Which is not really a con, because it's customizable. However, if you have to change an address, there are multiple places you'll need to do it.

Comments: A while back, I was looking for a customer management system, which would allow my clients to schedule and pay for appointments with me. I found vCita, and loved it right away. It integrated right with my site, allowed new clients to easily sign up, and for me to interact with my existing clients. I love that it also integrates with Stripe, so payments become a lot easier. I try not to use PayPal if I don't have to. Their support is also phenomenal. They get bak to me quickly each time. There was a bit of a bug in the software when I first joined, but they had it fixed in what I considered an incredibly short time. I was very happy to find that they are so attentive to such feedback. I highly recommend vCita for all aspects of customer management.

Comments: Unlike a lot of other business programs that you set up yourself, VCita offers responsive and helpful customer support for a reasonable entry point. The program is designed to be a time saver for small businesses without an admin team. Comments: I've been using VCita since June 2015. It's been a tremendous enhancement to by business as an intuitive Life Coach and Energy Healer. It gives me a greater sense of freedom knowing that my clients can schedule and change appointments without always needing access to me personally. The payment feature has been wonderful. It saves time in the appointment because payment is handled before the client arrives. Additionally, it makes the enforcement of my 24 hour cancellation much easier because payment has already been made. I had a glitch in the payment system, however, in September. A Payment made seemed to disappear into the ethers. Imagine my surprise when Ran Oelgiesser, the CMO of VCita gave me a call during his off hours to make certain that I knew the attention to detail that was being taken for my situation and the concern for a quick and beneficial outcome. With his attention to detal the glitch was discovered and rectified. I found this level of customer service not only comforting, but exemplary. Thank you, VCita, you have been a life saver in many ways. I highly recommend this scheduling software.

Pros: I love the fact that people can schedule or reschedule their own appointments from my website or even Facebook.

Cons: I would like to be able to schedule group class signups from vCita, and thankfully they are working on that now! So, soon I can have class signups online, and that will save me lots of time.

Recommendations to other buyers: As you compare, realize that you can spend hundreds more on other programs that have extra bells and whistles that you may never use. (Trust me, I already tried that route!) Pros: Professional schedule appearance is nice for my clients

Cons: The interface on the phone - the app will help me. Is it out? Also I think that it syncs with part of my iCal settings but not others . The other day someone scheduled something when I already had something in the I -calendar . Perhaps I had that other thing set as a different color in the I cal interface as opposed to all the color that represents my clients ? Not sure why the window popped up as available to the client ?

Recommendations to other buyers: Interface smoothness is helpful but I find that when I'm trying to navigate between the scheduling preferences and the rest of the tabs sometimes it gets a little confusing - i.e. Dashboard and the settings

Comments: I meet with clients one on one and wowing my clients is very important. If you don't stay in touch, follow up and keep that loving relationship going it can be a game changer. Comments: I normally don't post reviews, but I am exceptionally displeased with this company. As with most cloud solutions, they work on a subscription basis. Be very careful. When renewal time comes, they send you a ubiquitous email with the renewal notice hidden at the bottom... on a Saturday. Then then bill you on a Saturday so you don't have time to dispute the charges. And of course, they don't issue refunds.

Pros: it worked for the one event I used it for.

Cons: They are a foreign company will scrupulous business practices.

When you sign up for an annual subscription you get a 14 day free trial. At checkout, we are very clear of the date you will be charged for your annual subscription. 3. As a courtesy, we send an email reminder 5-6 days prior to your trial end date, and two emails before your annual renewal. 4. We don't charge our clients on Saturdays intentionally. We charge you 14days after you signed up, and then again a year after renewal. In your case it happened to be a Saturday I guess. 5. Our billing and refund policy is available online and included in our renewal emails. You are always welcome to come back and use vCita - we will help you customize vCita and make the most of your subscription.

Comments: I looked into this app for the scheduling feature and after being contacted by a representative I was offered a free trial of the premium account. After realizing that it was not what I needed I decided that I was not going to use the service. I went to cancel my trial on the day it ended and to my surprise I had already been charged for an ENTIRE YEAR!! I immediately canceled the service and contacted the representative. I was told that they would not refund my money and there was nothing they could do about it. I contacted the CEO and have yet to hear back from him. The only recourse I have left apparently is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I is without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with a company. Save your money and refuse any free trials, just use the free version.

Comments: I did not realize how much I needed this product until I tried it. Having online scheduling on my website and social media sites, on my email signature and within email marketing has increased the number of appointment requests I am receiving. Sending clients invoices with links for online payments has been very well received by them; I like getting payments within hours instead of weeks of sending the invoice.

Comments: I personally think vCita provides a product that is cutting edge, easy to use and ready to meet the demands of this generation of savvy mobile technology users. For my purposes, providing an scheduling system that both my office staff and patients can share from any location or device is crucial to meeting the needs of both sides of the equation. When staff and patients are happy using a system that is the link-pin to the success of my practice, it allows me to focus my efforts on what really matters - caring for the needs of my patients. I look forward to future enhancements in the service.

Pros: 1. Accessibility from anywhere. 2. Common sense interface for staff and patients. 3. Great responsiveness to mobile device interactions, i.e. messaging from within an e-mail to either cancel, confirm or reschedule appointments.

Cons: 1. Needs the ability to develop formatted responses from the "reply to" area when responding to a message. 2. Needs HIPAA compliance certification, despite the fact it is secure (https) and requires a patient to create an account.

Comments: I am SO happy after discovering vCita! As a small business owner, this handy, simple software is PERFECT for me! I've tried various systems to help me get organized, including Infusionsoft (too hard to understand and too expensive!); 1ShoppingCart (better, but still expensive and didn't meet all my needs); Appointment-plus, pricier and is not as simple and does not allow the ease that I have with vCita, Constant Contact, etc. vCita answers ALL my needs for MUCH less money and MUCH less headaches! Did I mention SIMPLE to use?!! For those of us who aren't tech-y, and who actually want to make a living at what we do best, this system is great! Too much of the other software out there is difficult to understand, time-consuming, and needs tons of additional plug-ins (that all cost extra money). If you are a self-employed practitioner of any sort that needs to set up appointments, have your database all in one place, gather people from your website, have clients make appointments from your website or even Facebook, then this is the software for you!

Pros: Simple to use and understand, great support staff, affordable, and fits my business model.

Cons: The email campaign section is in beta stage, but great things are coming down the pike! So I can still send campaigns which is fine for me at this point.

Comments: vCita is a great tool for any company that needs to use online scheduling. The livesite widget is very effective.

Pros: Livesite widget, video, in person and phone appointment options.

Cons: Not a very robust on the CRM, Payment and emailing features.

Comments: This site definitely appeals to the average person because the layout is so simple but very VERY effective. It is a clean site with a flawless look, and someone without any technical background would definitely appreciate it. The layout makes anyone feel comfortable because it is so well done and clean looking. You feel as if you are in good hands and you know that you will be able to find anything you need on this site. Though it needs more improvement , like providing more customizable filters, directives and providing international payment gateways instead of paypal alone. But I like this site and our physicians love it too.

Comments: Hello Vcita is that hidden gem that i discovered among the many CRM apps in today's market place. It is very easy to use. Affordable and they have good customer support. They even customized the vcita plugin in our website http://www.dbauniversity.com/ with the look and feel we wanted. Comments: I just started using vCita to give my readers a way to book complimentary blog consults with me. I'm really impressed with how easy this was to do. I'm ok with computers and technology but was afraid booking appointments and getting them transferred to my Google calendar would be complicated. I was so glad that with vCita it was actually really simple.

Pros: easy to use good way to have communication with my clients simple to figure out

Cons: none so far.

Comments: We've been using vCita for a while now and the service and features are amazing! Is speeds up our process, saves time, money and emails back and forth. I recommend to all my clients!

Pros: Google calendar integration, easy to setup and get ready to go. Has multiples appointment types, different fees for each, customisation, widgets and it integrates very well with our wordpress sites.

Cons: Not yet found.

Comments: I recently came across VCita and utilize it for my yoga, coaching, and massage business. I am also a psychology/counseling intern part-time and that position consumes time I would otherwise spend managing my private healing arts business. VCita has supported me to manage scheduling and client information in one convenient interface. This has afforded me more time to focus on other details of my private business. I love how my clients can schedule directly online and do not need to call, text, or email me directly to make an appointment. They love it too, as it gives them more independence. This saves me hours of time per month that I can use to focus on other important business-related tasks. I find this system also helps bolster new business and brings in return business as well.

Cons: I would like to see a more in depth section for client notes for those of us in the health industry. I am curious to learn more about any syncing abilities with financing softwares. Thank you, Romi

Comments: The vCita team is really well organized and they know how to treat a customer right. From our first introduction to vCita for a demo to our most recent interaction where they set everything up for us, every interaction has been exemplary. The tools themselves are extremely useful and simple to implement, making it a no-brainer to add advanced scheduling and payment features to your website when most folks probably shy away from that level of complexity. The only thing I would love to see is more integrations with other tools - we currently use another CRM (OnePage) and since there is no option to integrate with it, Wufoo, or Zapier, we're left with the choice to either manually extract data or have two systems of record. Otherwise I think this is a fantastic solution that can help LOTS of folks get more business through their website.

Pros: Easy to use; Knowledgeable and friendly staff; Very reasonable pricing; Flexible implementation

Cons: Limited CRM integrations Inability to schedule with a team vs an individual

Comments: I am a small business owner who is working on building a better website and this is the perfect addition! I was referred to vCita by a friend of mine who also uses vCita. The entire process is very user friendly AND the customer service is top notch! I recently had a billing issue and I was able to call and promptly get it straightened out! Thank you Chris for your help! I am excited to continue using vCita! I highly recommend it!

Pros: User friendly, great customer service, friendly staff, great tools, appealing layouts, great price for all the features you get, works with wordpress.org, monthly or annual payment options, significant discount with annual payment option.

Cons: Does not work with WordPress.com

Comments: I've been using Vcita for a month now and just love it. I live in South America, which means that I used to mess up my calendar every time Daylight Savings Time started in the USA. Now my clients can book their own appointments in their time zone and Vcita ensures the time translates into my time zone perfectly. I work with busy authors and they love the ease of scheduling their own appointments with Vcita. Thank you for saving me time and headaches!

Pros: No more time zone confusion Saves time Clients can easily set up or change their appointments without emailing or calling me Looks professional and accessible Helps me block my time effectively

Cons: No synching well with my google calendar. I have to manually enter appointments in my calendar but that is a minor annoyance for an otherwise great product.

Comments: As a hypnotist, speaker and consultant, I have a variety of appointment needs, and vCita seems to fit my needs. It also houses my contact list, so it is a great solution to keeping all my contact info in one place without having to duplicate tasks. I'm looking forward to all that vCita can do for me.

Comments: This plugin is great for ANY business small or large that values being organized with their customer database. It's like having a secretary that can multi-task 24/7/365! You can't go wrong by implementing this plugin into your everyday business website activities. Not to mention the top notch customer service cVita provides. It's an asset to ALL businesses.
