It’s a good tool to measure the success of our workshop network.

Pros

Sales reports, the accuracy of information and the availability of their IT team.

Cons

Some time invoices doesn’t sync automatically, that’s generate some operators get annoyed to wait till next day to sync by GP staff.

As a new business we started with another CRM called Autorox which was only a third of the price of Garageplug and offered all features and functions of Garageplug.We did not have a parallel paper filing for the first two months and the implementation of Autorox was a disaster. First they did not have all commited features. Second there workflow was extremely difficult and buggy. Very delayed response from support teams. Most important of all their core and essential functions such as inventory etc didnt work at all. Their mobile app was atleast 12 months behind the web version and also highly instable.By moving to Garageplug within 2 months of launch we were able to control the loss of essntial inventory and financial information.

Pros

Amazing interface. Unified web and mobile versions. Speed of operation. Very good localisation.Quickbook Integration

Cons

Priced above the other competing products. Interface is very good in function but can improve the look of the interface as it is outdated

One of my favorite features in this system is Digital Inspection. Our mechanic can perform inspection with a digital checklist, can take and upload pictures and make the inspection more reliable.

Pros

My biggest concern is tracking history of the vehicle, How to manage hundreds of vehicles without losing a single record. Previously our day to day operation was not well organized, relied on manual paperwork and spreadsheet programs which is extremely difficult to track any information until we use GaragePlug application. This system has made our communication with our customers faster and easier. We can share every detail estimation, inspection, invoice including Request and Follow Up for approval through Email or Whatsapp. Our Periodic Maintenance services now rely on Service Reminder Feature in Garageplug App, This will enable customers to perform periodic maintenance on schedule. Overall we are happy with this system that has made our auto repair management efficient and more organized.

Garage Plug has helped me macro-manage a micro-management business. My physical presence is not needed at every workshop all the time. I can manage my teams more effectively.

Pros

UI, Learning Curve, Simplicity are the features I like the most.

Cons

Different Font Sizes might be a required option as older mechanics find it hard to read small alphabets on the screen. Many of them are short sighted.

This software is a game changer for auto repairs, our customers loves the notification report and inspection report, very easy to use, and can be accessed anywhere anytime.

Pros

We has been using garage plug software for 5 months, and it help us a lot in manage our daily operations and growing our business. Digital Inspection features help the mechanics to diagnose vehicles systematically and record all repairs suggestions. Customers collabaration are very good because we can share every stage of repair by email and whatsapp, sms. This is the best software for automotive with reasonable price.. SaaS platforms, android and ios. In my opinion this software are excellent, well deep thought and design, and super responsive customer support.

Cons

The software are perfect, If needs improvement, i will suggest for layout reports for health card, it will be good if it could be the same with inspection report layout.
