Ik vind het fijn om een steentje bij te dragen aan alles en iedereen wat Boswijk is en wat Boswijk maakt. Samen met alle medewerkers, disciplines e.d en managementteams enz, enz zijn wij trotse Boswijk.

Pros

Dat je gewoon even lekker kunt zeggen wat je graag zou willen zeggen. Een complimentje geven en laten merken dat ik dankbaar ben met hen allemaal achter mij. Ik ben zo ontzettend trots op onze teamleiders, manager en onze toppers van kwaliteitsverpleegkundige

Cons

Ik ben van mening dat alle medewerkers zelf kunnen bepalen of wij/zij wel of niet anoniem willen reageren. Maar snap ook echter heel goed dat dat niet echt bij te houden is voor het management.

Het zijn goede vragen die er gesteld worden en de cijfers die je moet geven van 1 tot 5 Is ook duidelijk

De volgorde is niet helemaal correct van 1 tot en met 19. Aangezien sommige onderwerpen wel veel op elkaar lijken.

Presentatie van de resultaten Direct een minpunt: als ik niet meer zeggen wil dan moet je dat wel accepteren!

Cons

Te veel animatie. Eén keer is goed, maar elke keer weer, terwijl je snel door de resultaten wil klikken is erg vermoeiend. Te lastig om de tabellarische overzicht te vinden. Kost me elke keer veel moeite om bij de relevante presentatie te komen. Ik wil één commentaar doorgeven en niet een uitgebreid klanttevredenheidsonderzoek moeten invullen! Dit werkt echt averechts!

Ook vanuit andere (bedrijfsleven) ervaringen werk ik met groot plezier met 2DAYSMOOD. Een frisse en duidelijke aanpak met goede opvolging en bewaking van de voortgang.

Pros

Goede klantvriendelijke opvolging die weinig inspanning (tijd!) van deelnemers vraagt.

Cons

Geen minpunten op dit moment, we houden de vinger aan de pols en melden ons al daar aanleiding toe is.
