Pros: I like the drivers, based on the Employee Happiness Model, most. The give us the possibility to focus on the drivers with the biggest gaps between importance and satisfaction. So our call to action does not go to the assumed organizational, department or team problem, but to the biggest problem decided by the users: our employees!t
Cons: We would prefer the option to also make cross organizational overviews, so our multidisciplinaire teams are also supported by this tool.

Overall: We have managed to get our happiness level up resulting in more energy, productivity and FUN at work. At first we didn't now where to start exactly, but we found that work-life balance and internal communication were topics to improve. So we initiated some small improvements in our team and it'sworking.
Pros: The data dashboards are surprisingly valuable and useful in teams. Because of the weekly mood reports and trendlines, you can take action immedtiately or proactively to prevent bigger problems.
Cons: I would like to get more advice on how to interpret the data and how to continue with the given insights. For instance, what is an average ''healthy'' stress level in organization?

Cons: implementeren is een randvoorwaarde. Goed implementeren is subjectief, maar de waarde aangeven bij implementatie en er ook naar handelen, vervolgacties benoemen en duidelijk linken aan de ingevulde onderzoeken, verbeteracties aantonen. Daar zou meer ondersteuning bij passen zodat het uitnodigt

Ik zou wel eens een bedrijfs overzicht willen zien waarna ook de aantallen uitgesplitst zijn. Ik hoef geen persoonlijke toelichtingen te kunnen lezen van anderen, dat is voor een andere doelgroep

Cons: Er moet blijkbaar een minimum aantal invullers zijn om een representatief beeld te krijgen. Volgens mij heeft invullen weinig zin als de helft van je collega's deze enquetes niet invult, wat bij ons soms resulteert in geen beeld terwijl ik t trouw invul... motiveert niet dan.

Cons: De relatie tussen een smiley en de analyse zegt helemaal niks, er worden conclusies getrokken uit de smiley die nergens opslaan, daar waar je denkt ik geef een positief benoemde smiley weer wordt deze negatief uitgelegd.

Overall: 2DAYSMOOD is een zeer toegankelijke tool voor het meten en inzichtelijk maken van medewerkers geluk. De anonimiteit is prettig bij het invullen van de surveys, maar maakt het lastig om direct actie te ondernemen naar aanleiding van gegeven antwoorden op de stemmingsvraag. Bij ons is het moeilijk om de medewerkers gemotiveerd te houden om wekelijks de korte survey te laten invullen, waardoor de toegevoegde waarde van de applicatie op de lange termijn wellicht in gevaar komt.
Pros: Visueel ingestelde applicatie waardoor het prettig is om de data te lezen. Surveys zijn eenvoudig in te richten en zijn laagdrempelig in te vullen.
Cons: Alleen de navigatie in de applicatie is niet altijd even intuïtief waardoor het soms even zoeken is naar de juiste view.

Pros: Very user-friendly tool for both management (administrators) and employees (users). Fun to work with which leads to high response rates and use of results. The tool continuously measures moods and drivers but on an inviting and quick way. There are also many customization options and perfect customer support.
Cons: In our company everyone has a computer. I can imagine it's more difficult to implement when that's not the case. Good alternative is the mobile app, which works also really good.
