Pros heel erg gemakkelijk voor de gebruiker, transparant over uitkomsten, tool voor (sfeer)verbetering werkervaring Cons implementeren is een randvoorwaarde. Goed implementeren is subjectief, maar de waarde aangeven bij implementatie en er ook naar handelen, vervolgacties benoemen en duidelijk linken aan de ingevulde onderzoeken, verbeteracties aantonen.
