Pros It is nice that you get to provide frequent feedback to management, and the company gets to monitor job satisfaction and other parameters. It is easy to use, and you can be as general or detailed as you would like with your responses. Cons I have no complaints, but I am not on the receiving end of this data, so I can't say how detailed the reports are. Cons if I had to list a con in regards to the software, I would probably say that it would be helpful to have more of a rating system for the level of emotion. For example, if you feel stressed what level is your stress? For example; Give a one through five scale And have us rate the emotion on that scale.
