Pros: Opitmization is the word here. In the company we have 18 trucks that serve more than 100 customers every day.
The waiting for the driver is one of the things that bothers our customers.
With Timing we can make them more happy with ETA and save their time.
To our staff we can save money, time and traffic and to give us the a picture about our drivers (locations, delays etc).
I am really happy that I chose to work with the support team. They are professionals and help us anytime.

Cons: The UI. The UI now is little bit old. but they are working on new one - I really waiting for that..

Overall: Customers are happy,
less mistakes because human,
more information about my drivers
