I use multiple features and it keeps track of it all Pros What I like most about humhealth is that it has more than one use. It has annual wellness visit and chronic care management and can be used for multiple things. Cons What I like least about humhealth is that it does not have many options to customize. Most times I have to use the drop downs it provides with no room to edit. If you are a service provider and want to establiosh an RPM/CCM program in place for your patients, you will recevie detailed and timely support from the team at Humhealth. I feel like \[sensitive content hidden\] , the \[sensitive content hidden\] of the Humhealth, has brought together a team of professionals that treat their job like a mission. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been my point person at Humhealth. He has been indispensable in the creation of my company and the service we provide to our clients. He scheduled several meetings to walk us through the website and how to create various levels of access based on clinical need, support staff, and patient access.Additionally, there are many technical unknowns for our startup that \[sensitive content hidden\] help us navigate efficiently. I'm not sure where we would be in our progress without his support and advice. I truly want to share a more detailed experience we have with Humhealth for any providers or service companies looking to incorporate RPM and CCM into their practice. Pros Ability to create Program Templates for ICD structure. Ability to toggle between Programs. Ability/ Ease of clearing RPM Alerts. Cons Transferring Patients to a new Clinician is time consuming and requires a x2 step process to complete the task; reducing this to x1 step would be beneficial. The RPM Program counts 99454 Transmission Days per Calendar Month only. The Administrative Dashboard is well organized and easy to maneuver through while the Clinician Dashboard is busy and overwhelming w/ information not utilized.
