If there is a issue assistance gets on the issue right away, support is friendly. I have no complaints about Humhealth. I'm very pleased with the service in general. Pros The product is easy to use, and with the alerts it gives you when a patient blood pressure is out of range, it makes it so easy to see what patient vitals are out of range. I like the support the product provides if there are any issues or questions. But in general it is very friendly to use and well organized. Cons I can't think of something that I like the least about Humhealth. I see that they keep on improving, yes at times maybe it gets a bit slow but it gets solved right away. When it gets a bit slow its just maybe for 30 mins but it could be my internet or other issues not necessary with Humhealth. Review Source BL Beverly L. Pros Ability to create Program Templates for ICD structure. Ability to toggle between Programs. Ability/ Ease of clearing RPM Alerts. Cons Transferring Patients to a new Clinician is time consuming and requires a x2 step process to complete the task; reducing this to x1 step would be beneficial. The RPM Program counts 99454 Transmission Days per Calendar Month only. The Administrative Dashboard is well organized and easy to maneuver through while the Clinician Dashboard is busy and overwhelming w/ information not utilized. The team at Humhealth appears to see their role in the healthcare industry as a mission. Humhealth is an exceptional company. Pros The most important focus in our industry is patient management. This is where Humhealth excels. The platform is designed for ease of use for the provider, patient, and support staff. If you are a service provider and want to establiosh an RPM/CCM program in place for your patients, you will recevie detailed and timely support from the team at Humhealth. I feel like \[sensitive content hidden\] , the \[sensitive content hidden\] of the Humhealth, has brought together a team of professionals that treat their job like a mission. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been my point person at Humhealth. He has been indispensable in the creation of my company and the service we provide to our clients. He scheduled several meetings to walk us through the website and how to create various levels of access based on clinical need, support staff, and patient access.Additionally, there are many technical unknowns for our startup that \[sensitive content hidden\] help us navigate efficiently. I'm not sure where we would be in our progress without his support and advice. I truly want to share a more detailed experience we have with Humhealth for any providers or service companies looking to incorporate RPM and CCM into their practice. The team truly feels like a partner in our business. We are not just their customer. Lastly, there is a reason I did not mention anything about pricing. The company's pricing is one of the most competitive in the industry, but more importantly, the service, support, and advice is much more valuable. Cons No company, nor any individual is perfect, but I truly don't have any cons to share at this point in my experience with Humhealth. It’s easy to navigate, helps track the CCM timer, and the team provides great training and quick support whenever issues come up. Pros The Hum Health platform is easy to navigate and user-friendly for staff. Accurate CCM timer tracking, which helps with compliance and billing. Cons It would be even better with more integration options (EHRs,( PRACTICE FUSION Integration, billing systems, etc.). I use multiple features and it keeps track of it all Pros What I like most about humhealth is that it has more than one use. It has annual wellness visit and chronic care management and can be used for multiple things. Cons What I like least about humhealth is that it does not have many options to customize. Pros Humhealth is the best RPM software I have come across. I tried 2 different companies before I signed for HUmhealth. I have Humhealth for over 2 years now. They have user friendly features and excellent customer service. They trained my staff and help on ongoing basis with any new feature or reratining nee staff. They are very efficient. Cons I dont really have any feature that I dont like or is not useful for patient care.
