I've had a great experience with Turno's support team. Whenever I reached out to them with requests or questions about our properties and projects, they responded quickly and efficiently. Their prompt assistance and willingness to go the extra mile have made managing everything so much easier especially my interaction with \[sensitive content hidden\] . Highly recommend their service!

Pros

Managing cleaner schedule and other projects, also the inventory.

Cons

Sometimes the app crashes and our cleaners will have a hard time because of it.

I love it. I have never had an easier time finding vendors. Now if only someone would create an app like this for qualified handypeople, I would die and go to heaven.

Pros

I was shocked to within a day have over 25 qualified cleaners bid for my job - I could see their name, price quote for my job, # of projects completed on Turno,their host rating, their # of reviews, their guest rating, their miles away from the job, theirSuperCleaner status, and any special notes or extras services they provide (like maintenance, staging, hosting, etc.) Talk about comprehensive, and quality and quantity and ease of selection! Wow! Most had a 5 star rating, their rates ranged from $50 - $225, and some had over 500 cleanings under their belt. What a selection!

Cons

There are a few features available on the web that are not available on the app. There are definitely some clunky features, like the checklists require adding items one at a time instead of a whole list. Some features require some hunting. This program/app will definitely improve over time, but the most important part - hooking you up with cleaners, scheduling them, and paying them, works like a charm!

Reason for choosing Turno

Better reputation, better support. Tidy is almost completely AI, and charges for human interaction. Turno provides generous human customer support for free.

I manage four vacation rentals and work a full time job. I could not do this without Turno and a platform management system. Turno expertly manages my cleaners, cleanings, payments and all. So Happy! I most impressed with their round the clock customer service REAL PEOPLE....not just thrown to AI bots!

Pros

My Platform management system and VRBO were both entering cleaning project into Turn. Vincent was excellent. He explained the problem to me and went above and beyond to remove the VRBO link. I am not very tech savvy so I appreciated him doing this from his end to ensure it was done correctly.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. I am very happy with the software program. I have been on it for three years now.

Great to establish clients, especially if you're starting new. Overall good but Turno needs realistic market pricing strategies.

Pros

Support is always available but sometimes they may not be able to answer questions regarding cleaning projects due to confidentiality between the host and turno.

Cons

Not enough information on cleaning projects when bidding. Most hosts don't provide enough information and expect pricing based on the range listed by Turno which is inaccurate for most regions. Also, it's difficult to chat with hosts after bidding as many hosts don't respond to messages. There should be some criteria for the host to respond as it wastes cleaners time messaging to ask for more clarifications. The range of price that Turno lists between regions when bidding is not very accurate which creates an inaccurate expectation of market price. For example, a 2500 sqft home with 4 bedrooms 3 baths and the range Turno gives for a specific region is $90 to $120. That's not accurate at all. No one is going to clean that home in that range, first of all. When you do bid higher, hosts aren't going to accept it because Turno has given them a range which is much lower. That needs to be more realistic to what the market demands.

Has changed our business completely. The amount of quality customers I have received is a true blessing. I have been able to scale our customers by just following the suggestions and not thinking I " know " better. GAME CHANGER!

Pros

I have been on Turno since May 2024. It has allowed me to find my niche and ONLY clean air bnb. Last month alone I made over $7000 dollars and have only secured more new customers since then. I have switched manager contacts a few times which hasn't mattered because the chat team is always on it.

Cons

At first I was having a hard time with the fees but the law of large numbers cured that. I just needed to keep working and doing my best.

How fast and helpful your services are. Vance was amazing and extra patient with me from a dumb error I made. He connected my calendar with Vrbo and fixed my Airbnb calendar. Now everything is running smooth again.

Cons

At first I was a little disappointed with not being able to directly call someone. That soon faded as \[sensitive content hidden\] took the time to understand what I needed help with. He even offered some advice.

Pros

It automates so many time consuming tasks, such as automatically building a cleaning schedule and confirming projects with housecleaners. Also, the automated payments save a ton of time. The customer service is top notch with response rates within a couple of minutes. My interaction with \[sensitive content hidden\] was great. She set up everything I needed for a new listing and was very knowledgeable

Cons

Payments are delayed for up to 2 weeks due to Stripe. Cleaners need to be paid sooner, since many live paycheck to paycheck.

Pros

I just had a poor experience with a cleaner at Turno that did not finish the job. I got on the chat with Turno and they quickly refunded my money. I worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] - they were excellent. The other cleaners I have found through Turno have been great.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Turno is the high fees that are applied to each clean. I think 5% would be more fair than 8%.
