### "Pricey but Powerful Software for Vacation Property Owners"

I like it. I’ve tried another platform before, but Turno is definitely more powerful. It is pricier, but it has all the bells and whistles I need to make my business truly automated.

Pros

I love that I’m able to automate my cleaners, have checklists in case she misses anything, share photos so she knows exactly what the default setup of my property should look like, and set up automatic payments from my bank to hers. It’s a lifesaver for someone who’s busy or managing more than one property. Automation is the only way to keep your sanity as a business owner.

Cons

The sign-up process feels unnecessarily complicated for both hosts and cleaners. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get verified. It’s almost impossible if someone is undocumented or doesn’t have a valid U.S. ID. They also require a very clear headshot, almost like a passport photo, with no sunglasses and nothing blurry. On top of that, the language barrier can make things harder since my cleaner only speaks Spanish and I only speak English. A second thing I disliked is the cost, which is almost 2x more than their competitors.

5 stars! I've been on this platform for years and the support team has consistently blown me away. Every time I've reached out for help, I've gotten exactly what I needed. Their dedication, empathy, and efficiency are truly exceptional. I've never had a single negative experience that's worth mentioning, and that's saying a lot given the number of platforms I've interacted with. Kudos to the Turno support team for setting the bar high!

Pros

Their support team is always efficient, supportive, kind, empathetic + a generally always there in more than The logical sense

Cons

What I least like about Turno? there's nothing bad about turno to the extent that I feel need to write it down. I'm actually questioning if there's anything bad to be honest

Cons

I would like if we could "Pause" a cleaning job for our hourly cleaners that need lunch mid-clean. All else is great.

Pros

It is really a great tool that allows my team to have automation, and manage everything with less efforts. I had a great experience today with \[sensitive content hidden\] from the support team.

Cons

You're only true competition is Breezeway. I feel like you guys offer alot more with the marketplace, and being able to auto pay the cleaners! But maybe building out your properties to be able to keep track of appliances and maintenance and repairs etc would really help the overall feel. this would of course be a different tier subscription option I believe

Turno has really been a great way to find quality cleaners that help us run our business. The software is easy to use and the messaging works very well.

Pros

Excellent management of cleaning lists including photos. I love that you can require the cleaners to take photos of items when they are done.

Cons

I don't love the cost per clean for credit cards or electronic payments. I would rather just have a monthly fee or a monthly invoice.

My overall experience is the free trial that I did. I was able to customize my cleaning checklist and got a lot of idea during my free trial. I still personally clean my rental property and do not need to hire a cleaner, but if I do need to someday, definitely will use the app as the integration to my uplisting account is free and automatic sign up.

Pros

Turno is so easy to use and integrate to Uplisting PMS. It is pretty intuitive and easy to use for people that are already computer savvy. For people that are not so techy, it will take a bit. I like the tips that are built in. I like the cleaning checklist samples that you can save and edit to personalize. I like that I can create my own cleaning checklist and upload. I like that you can find cleaners through turno, and also advertise yourself through it to get a cleaning job as well.

Cons

I have not use it permanently because I do not need to hire a cleaner, for the brief moment I use it, I did not find anything wrong with it.

I'm just getting started so I'm not sure if it will be useful but the process of getting signed up is easy except for the cost of a background check before you know if it's even worth our while.

Pros

Ease of use getting started, efficiency, Customer Service: \[sensitive content hidden\] was a tremendous help to me as I was getting started and needed specific answers. He didn't just say that information is not readily available, he went looking for the information and found it for me. Bonus: He fixed it on his end. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

I don't like that there is no way of knowing if my specific area has many users before spending $90 on a background check. I need to know it's a worthwhile venture before spending time and money.

Pros

It has a very easily readable interface and is able to be updated quickly with new jobs for my clients.

Cons

It sometimes misses notifying my phone quickly when new jobs are posted which can be frustrating at times.

Just starting with Turno, looking for a new cleaner. Wasn't quite clear on how it worked, but got on the chat function with Emma and she was great. Patient, professional, and provided clear and concise directions. Thanks Emma!!

Pros

Looks like a great way to find vetted STR cleaners. I recently had an issue with my current cleaners, and in my search, I ran across Turno. Looks promising.

Cons

Nothing yet....just starting. Not real happy with how quickly the bids disappear. It would be nice to have a little more time to review them all.

Pros

Very secure , the team are very supportive, kind and friendly . They try to get you new clients .Turno is a great App to meet new clients

I dont really have a complaint. The company i work for sold and thew new company uses breezeway so i had trouble figuring out some of the payments

Cons

Tienen que investigar los malos comentarios de clientes muy complicados y te ponen 1 estrella y muchas veces es injusto para las limpiadoras por qué se hace un buen trabajo y lo que desean algunos clientes es no pagar la limpieza. Me toco vivir esas experiencias y dar muchas limpiezas gratis

Dans l'ensemble très bonne, l'outil est rapide à mettre en place. J'ai rencontré quelques bugs mais mon expérience avec le support a été parfaite et les problèmes ont été résolus rapidement

L'outil résout un problème que je rencontrais pour gérer la demande d'intervention de mon équipe de ménage et pour effectuer le suivi de sa réalisation. J'apprécie également l'intégration aux OTA et PMS majeur qui me permet de créer des missions automatiquement sans avoir à m'en soucier. Egalement l'existance d'un marketplace pour trouver des équipes de ménages est vraiment appréciable même si je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion d'en faire l'usage pour l'instant L'outil n'occasionne pas de frais supplémentaire si on vient avec son équipe de ménage ce qui est fort appréciable.

Cons

L'interface n'est pas très abouti et pourrait être un peu simplifiée. L'intégration à TaskBird pour l'assignation du personnel force à devoir créer.

Pros

I have never used an app that is so amazing. The customer service is by far the best on the planet. I love this app and I can't live without it after using it. Every host needs this. Well done.

It can be a little confusing at times. I feel it could be more user friendly, but all I do is message for help and in 2 minutes I have answers and all my problems are fixed. I really have never seen customer service as good as Turno,

Total waste of time and a waste of money and energy $125

Pros

Nothing the background check was excessively high. This platform is set up for inexperienced cleaners who can offer cheap labor, which translates into poor service this is not for professional cleaners.

Cons

It’s not far from Angie’s list and the rest of the lead generation companies that have 5/6 people competing for your business. Everyone offering the lowest offer was translates into the poor service.

How fast and helpful your services are. Vance was amazing and extra patient with me from a dumb error I made. He connected my calendar with Vrbo and fixed my Airbnb calendar. Now everything is running smooth again.

Cons

At first I was a little disappointed with not being able to directly call someone. That soon faded as \[sensitive content hidden\] took the time to understand what I needed help with. He even offered some advice.

Customer service tries to help, but there is no way to really contact anyone in charge of anything that matters

Pros

It integrates with my software i can see start and end times

Cons

It is glitchy. Sends the wrong list to my cleaning team. Also, it created duplicates of my properties and they refused to refund me for the duplicates. Not ethical as no services were rendered for these duplicates and they charged me a year subscription for each of these properties that were a software error.

Overall, my experience has been good so far. I have used for 2 cleaning projects at a specific property.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] did a great job helping me resolve my issue quickly, clearly stated why the issue came up (a setting was turned on) and asked for permission to update the setting so that future issues would be mitigated. Great work!

Cons

The only downside from Turno is that based on their requirements for using cleaners that they find for you is that you have to use their platform for all communication.
