I had just one project in few weeks because of availability in my area. Now I may have much more . Cons Turno is the only application I using as a cleaner now. I tried Angi,Thumbtack,Bark and just get scammed for many hundred dollars with no existing jobs,because I had to pay bids before I got any job. I like how Turno works,if I get the job I will pay small fee after the job is done and I am appreciated for this as a small company,the paying bids before get the job will ruin me and my family. Cons The platform has a lot of restrictions on how cleaners should be contacted and worked with. I do understand a need for some restrictions, but the reliance on the platform causes some pause! Pros I had a question in implementing checklists and inventory in Turno and reluctantly turned to the chat. I normally don't get any valuable info there (based on use from other sites - I've never chatted with Turno before) but today with Beryl that was different! My assistant Beryl was great! She answered everything I needed to know. Sure hope she's available next time I have a question! Cons Can't update inventory globally. Could be faster to implement inventory and manage it.
