Customer service tries to help, but there is no way to really contact anyone in charge of anything that matters

Pros

It integrates with my software i can see start and end times

Cons

It is glitchy. Sends the wrong list to my cleaning team. Also, it created duplicates of my properties and they refused to refund me for the duplicates. Not ethical as no services were rendered for these duplicates and they charged me a year subscription for each of these properties that were a software error.

Well, \[sensitive content hidden\] made my experience a very good one. She helped me specifically with securing an appointment for cleaners to clean my place. I have found a cleaner and she is coming tomorrow to clean two of my places! All because of \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The support team is unlike any support team I have encountered. They must be trained so well! And \[sensitive content hidden\] was so nice.

Cons

Well, there are just so many things to click on it is mind-boggling. And then there is some jargon that regular folks just aren't used to. Like the difference between a cleaner being assigned, added, a teammate, a back up person, enabled,. It's hard to know the difference between a cleaner being assigned and enabled.etc

I recently needed help with the interface and wasn't sure how to cancel my project. It took me 5 minutes to connect to Turno help and get the necessary assistance from \[sensitive content hidden\]. He was super knowledgeable and clear. I have learned new skills and it was fast and effective. I am impressed with \[sensitive content hidden\]'s quick response.

Pros

The possibility to connect to my calendar on Airbnb and the possibility to create my own checklists. Also, human help accessibility, when I had questions about the software

Cons

I do not really have any complains about Turno so far. Only positive experience. It is a complex software and I believe it is as simple to use as it can be.

The staff is very helpful whenever I have time to reach out with a question. Isa was very helpful on my most recent round of questions.

Pros

I like that people can sign up for the work they want, and then sign in, finish the job and get paid, and all the paperwork is generated for taxes.

Cons

I would like to be able to write in cleaners or take jobs myself without signing up with a different email as a cleaner (since my email is attached already as the property manager)

Please don’t change how this work,because you are the only platform I can trust

Carly helped me figured out my issue . I had just one project in few weeks because of availability in my area. Now I may have much more .

Cons

Turno is the only application I using as a cleaner now. I tried Angi,Thumbtack,Bark and just get scammed for many hundred dollars with no existing jobs,because I had to pay bids before I got any job. I like how Turno works,if I get the job I will pay small fee after the job is done and I am appreciated for this as a small company,the paying bids before get the job will ruin me and my family.

I hope to speak with her or other customer service reps like her in the future!

The platform makes it easily to find, schedule, and pay cleaners.

Cons

The platform has a lot of restrictions on how cleaners should be contacted and worked with. I do understand a need for some restrictions, but the reliance on the platform causes some pause!

good. Feel like its needed service at a great price.

Pros

I had a question in implementing checklists and inventory in Turno and reluctantly turned to the chat. I normally don't get any valuable info there (based on use from other sites - I've never chatted with Turno before) but today with Beryl that was different! My assistant Beryl was great! She answered everything I needed to know. Sure hope she's available next time I have a question!

Cons

Can't update inventory globally. Could be faster to implement inventory and manage it.
